Incredible Covid safety practices, great place, and the movie was fabulous!

So happy this place is back open. I like the changes since the pandemic closures. I was able to pre-order our snacks & pick them up when I arrived. Loved how it was bagged and ready for me.

I am in a electric wheelchair that is very heavy. Since I am paraplegic i has to call my family get me and put me in the car to take me home. AMC employee was so accommodating with assisting me to keep my electric wheelchair there until I had a taxi service that can come and get it for me. It was no problem at all. They seen a man sit there in their lobby for 4 hours close to closing time, waiting on the taxi service that I use that never came back to get me. Love this place. Employees are so nice and theater always up to standards.

Awesome reclining seats! Super comfy though better sit at row C or D so that you can recline fully and not feel like youre looking at your feet to see the screen. The food areas are not very well kept, though. Condiment and drink areas always seem to be a bit dirty. The theater and restrooms are pretty clean, though. Overall a good theater!

Very clean, prices are good because of covid. Social distancing is on point, only reason I didnt give it a five is because the lady at ticket counter was kinda rude, the guy at concessions was super nice.

I love this theater, reclining comfortable seats, clean facility, reasonable prices. Definitely suggest getting the AMC membership for 19.95 if your a movie head. You can see any movie 3 times in one week. Then turn around and do it all again the next week. You even get discounts at the concession stand which is a plus. Can you imagine paying less than $20 for the entire month and getting to watch any movie you want all month long!. The price pays for itself

AMC Traders Point 12 is excellent. All the theaters have comfortable seats, crystal clear screens, and great audio. The IMAX theaters are especially good. They have a great selection of foods, ranging from simple snacks to full on meals. The Bavarian pretzel is particularly satisfying, if a bit pricey.

Ive never had any bad experiences here. They have the nice reclining seats. Bathrooms are clean, staff is helpful. Great place to see a movie.

Traders point is a nice outdoor mall with a clean safe feeling. The theater is nice too with 12 theater showings at the same time, a concession stand that serves not on typical theater stuff like popcorn but things like flatbread pizza. It also has a small bar. Concessions and drinks are not cheap are not cheap though. Be prepared for sticker shock

My fiance and I frequent this theater often as we are AMC A-List members. The theater staff is always friendly, and the theaters are relatively clean most of the time. It is best to avoid this location during high traffic periods. They get run over, and the concessions and bathrooms quickly become a war zone of trash. The screens could use an update as well; several have blemishes and marks.

Went to see star wars on Christmas day, and even with the theater being jam packed, the it didnt feel crowded at all. The theater was very clean and the seats were extremely comfortable. I didnt get anything from the concession stands though, so cant remark on the goods served there. Overall great experience

I love this theater!! My and my bf have the AMC a list passes and are able to see 3 movies a week for free and the membership is 20$ a month each! You can also upgrade your popcorn and drink by paying for a small and getting large on both of you have A-List.It has wonderful seats that recline and the wait lines at food and getting your tickets are always handled quickly!

We went to see Avengers Endgame and it was good experience. We saw it in Imax 3D. The Imax and 3D experience were great. Sound was a bit low I felt. The seats were not recliner as i found at AMC washington square 2 months back. They could not even be moved a bit backwards. Overall good theatre.

Good theater. But it is soooo cold in there. Feel like they keep the air on on the winter. I knew something was wrong when everyone around us had blankets. Also dont let them give you the popcorn sitting behind them.stale

Always great movie experience!

Been here a few times, they need to start looking at replacing the seats, they are a bit weathered and showing their age. The movie locked up on us and had to go find someone to reboot it, I tried calling...but to high call volume (at 10PM) they never picked up. Then following the reboot we had no sound, you would think the person would have checked that after the reboot.

All of my previous experiences at this theater have been good, a movie theater like the rest. It is relatively well maintained and typically crowded during peak hours. Today we came to see an advertised matinee and so far no one has opened the doors for us (regardless of our advanced purchase of tickets). Hoping they can see that we are here and would like to come in and watch the movie.Update: we got in and will be seeing the movie. Really nice upgrades to the theater and all of the amenities.

The theater is wonderful. However, online ticketing is extremely frustrating. I selected a seat, but then canceled my order. I tried to order again and select the same seat, but it said unavailable even though I canceled my previous order. Although, I contacted the online help service thing and they were very helpful. There is always a frustration with online ticketing and it is very annoying.

A convenient theater that has IMAX screens and is clean with friendly staff. The only issue with it is that the seats can tend to get a little uncomfortable. Otherwise a great place to watch a movie.

My wife and I love the movies and AMC showplace 12 is our favorite theater. They have very comfortable reclining seats, offer lots of showtimes and have reasonably priced tickets. Their food options are also great, in addition to movie theater classics they have a full bar and food offerings!

I take my granddaughters to the movies every Thanksgiving to get them from underfoot while the meal gets made. They asked if we were going to the same place as last year. I said yep, and there eyes lit up. They like the chairs.

Very friendly staff. We got great help with our tickets and discount card. The popcorn was very tasty and the line moved quickly. The seats were very comfortable. It was a cool relaxing setting. It did seem pricey. We were very satisfied with the overall experience. We we definitely be back.

Ive been going here for years. Its never been a bad choice. I recommend it to everyone of my friends when they want to catch a movie.

Clean enough, decent concessions. Unpleasantly loud even by movie standards though - I dont think I could have stayed without earplugs. Im not a big fan of their reclining chairs, but I guess those are mandatory now.

A nice family friendly theater, with friendly helpful staff. Excellent place to take the family out to watch a movie.

This theatre is very nice. The only concern is the area where you make drinks is never clean. Ive been here 15+ times & cleanliness is the only complaint.

Not the best theater Ive ever been to, but its decent enough. Its pretty clean. The staff arent overly friendly but theyre mostly young, so I get it. The reclining chairs are quite nice. I love being able to purchase tickets online ahead of time to hold our seats. The bar is nice (when its open). And everything food and drink is crazy expensive, but that is to be expected!

This is not the Theaters we had when I was a kid. The only major grip I have about theaters are the prices for the snacks. However it pays for the luxury and the fine help. Will go back.

When I got to my seat I had to go get napkins to wipe off my seat. They should do a better job cleaning in between movies

IMAX screen doesnt meet expectations when compared to the standard viewing rooms with better seats and comparable screen size. Hoping that tge IMAX room gets the same facelift that the Perry Crossing location got!

AMC theatres has changed a lot over the years. They now offer reserved seating with reclining seats, providing a premium movie experience. Make sure to buy tickets in advance to get the best seats. I would recommend the seats in the upper half, they provide ample space between rows and allow better visibility of the screen. One item to note, is that seats are in twos with a liftable armrest (at least in the theatres I have been in), so make sure to reserve two adjoining seats if you are with a date or spouse... otherwise your date may be sitting with a stranger!

I love AMC but not this location. Staff training is so lacking at this location l cant stand it. We pay for the A-List status so as to enjoy the perks of being a member, one of which you can bypass the concession stand line by being in the Premier line. Well l waited for over 10mins l promise as they acted like they could not see me. They helped everyone in the regular line to the point that if l had stood in the regular line, then l actually would have been served much faster. They made me feel as though l should just cancel my membership and l have been a member since 2017. If they cannot honor the A-list status we pay for then what is the point of being an A-list member? I am kind of over this location. I stay in Avon, so AMC 17 is closer. I should just start going there because clearly l was not considered a valuable customer.

We took 3 kids (ages 6, 10, and 12) to a kids show and they played series of horror film previews with adult scenes and profanity. They were very apologetic for playing wrong trailers/movie and offered a refund and complimentary tickets for another time. That was a nice offer since we didnt ask for refund. Fast forward 4 months and give them another try to have terrible customer service at first. The girl that helped was way to busy planning her weekend and chatting with staff. She sold me wrong tickets. I requested a later time but she was too busy talking to friends to hear me. very unprofessional. she managed to give me correct tickets after I had to interrupt her conversation again. Then she ripped them in half even though the tickets were for a later show. Im grateful the ticket taker later on accepted the pieces of tickets I handed him. The staff behind concession were great, very polite, friendly, and expedited orders quickly. The facility overall was clean and the reclining chairs are nice. Overall its a decent place and will return.

This is my favorite spot to fo see movies other than AMC Castleton. The theaters are clean and neat and I love the reclining seats!

Went to see Avengers Endgame. Was good seating. But the concession line was very long on opening day and only three registers open. One of the cleaning staff decided to heckle the people waiting through the credits very rudely. If the staffing improves this place would easily be 5 stars.

Had a good time, prices were a bit much but most movie theaters are nowadays. the lobby and the theater as well as the bathrooms for very clean which was nice my only complaint is the seats we were in row D, which is closer to the screen, and they were extremely uncomfortable. Whatever cushion they used it literally felt like cardboard. I dont know if all the seats are like that but I know the seats closest to the screen, I believe its rows A through F, are all like that. Not comfortable at all and the seats themselves were extremely narrow. Im not a big girl but Im also not a twig any woman with hips is going to have a hard time not feeling squished in between the armrests. If the seats were better it would have been a five-star.

Probably the best movie theater in the city of Indianapolis. The service and employees really push the over the competition. Always clean. The seat reclining is a very nice touch. Easy for couples to enjoy each other company. Can reserve seats online or select seats at the counter so you can tell when they overbooked. Only place I go for movies.

Saw Spider Man: Far From Home here. The movie didnt start on time, so I had to leave the theater to inform the staff who responded immediately. Unfortunately I didnt get to see any trailers for upcoming movies, but the movie started maybe 2 mins later than expected. I consider that speedy to make right still

Absolutely horrible setup. Why would you put the ticket checker 15 feet in front of the door? It completely bottlenecks the line.Went on Thursday night to a busy Endgame crowd. We were expecting a wait with concessions. Ordered a few items and were told it would be 6-8 minutes. 20 minutes later (the previews are already showing) we ask the manager to just refund the order. He responds that “it’s obvious it would be a 15-20 minute wait.” Obvious? Not when I’m told it’ll be less than 10 minutes AND not when I see three or four people who had ordered even more intricate food after us get theirs before us. He ended up not refunding our order and we end up waiting another 5 minutes for the food. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, the food wasn’t even worth it. $13 for two sliders? And I had to pay for a drink on top of that.I’m not an unreasonable person. I get this is the biggest movie of the decade. But they were not prepared at all.

Enjoyed this remolded location. We had plenty of seating to chose from. The lines for concession were short, which was nice since I had my two small children with us! We were even offered a free bag of gummy candies!

My boyfriend and I love traders point ! its the only theatre we go to! Every Tuesday we are in there like swimwear for $5 Tuesdays!

Was extremely disgusting and could feel tiny bites upon my body. Literally felt horrid just sitting there and couldn’t even watch my movie due to the disgust I was in. My fiancé and I had to waste money on this just to leave before it even started.

Very clean very friendly....a refresher from AMC 17 on the Southside.. Its not near as big so parking was easy and getting through the concession line was fast.. Id recommend

Seats stated already taken and had to sit in section A. Looked around and no one but a few people were in the theater. So disappointed, because the sound was too loud up there and I could have been sitting in the back.

Prepurchased my tickets and when I made it there with my family realized I got the wrong ones. They were so polite and generous to let me change them out for what I wanted and never made a fuss about it. Everyone there is amazing!

The theater was very hot, seats were sticky, and the sound was poor. Will not be back.

Reclining seats, bar, spacious theater, ans being able to buy tickets online and just walk up to a digital booth to get your tickets makes getting in and enjoying your time easy. No comment on theater food prices...because no matter where you go its always a little ridiculous.Bar prices here are a bit high. Special cocktails for an opening night can hit the 15 range, any where else youd go you would pay 8 to 10.

This place is Amazing! I like everything about the place which is over the top in decoration and style. They also sell beer and wine. The blockbusters on the IMAX are pretty cool. Place gets busy during the blockbuster opening nights but theres no delay from it. They server hot dogs but they take a few mins. Arrive early have a beer and a dog before the show!

Earlier today, I pre-purchased one ticket for $18 on the AMC website for Jesus is King - A Kanye West Film. The IMAX showing was for 5:30 pm on October 31.I arrived at the AMC main entrance at 5:30 sharp, and, thinking that I had a few minutes of commercials before the film actually started, I ordered a cup of coffee at the concession stand. I waited 12 minutes for my coffee. As soon as I had my cup, I rushed to the theatre and sat down, but noticed the film had already started playing. I checked my watch and it was 5:43. I sat through the remainder of the film and was shocked when the movie came to a close very quickly. After the last credit rolled, the time was 5:59.I checked the running time of the film online and learned that it was 38 minutes long. Doing the math, that means the theatre started playing the film no later than 5:21 pm (assuming there were no commercials). Because of the early start time and my lengthy wait for coffee, I was only able to see about 15 minutes of the film.This was an extremely disappointing experience, and almost a complete waste of time and money.

Had a nice time! We informed the staff that we purchased tickets on line and wasnt able to attend. The staff immediately contacted the manager and we were given complimentary tickets for a movie! This, the cleanliness and the comfortable chairs afforded a nice date night experience. Looking forward to going again.

Great for movies, snacks great special the 4 cheese bread

Im from Lafayette and our Eastside 10 just upgraded similarly as this amc has done. It is decently executed and I like the slightly more modern look. Employees seemed fine. I recommend against purchasing the flatbreads if you dislike greasy foods or a long wait time. Only one employee was tasked with the foods that were other than popcorn related and about 6 of us were waiting. Arrived 20 min early and walked in as the lights went dim at movie start. Not a bad experience over all. Sound and screen were about average.

Each theater has few, but really plush leather reclining seats. The screen are large, and the popcorn has free refills. I have not seen there bar working for a while now, so no booze.

Have enjoyed experiences of being A-List subscriber for last 3 months. This theater handles getting you in to your movie well. Priority lane for concessions is nice, but minimally beneficial at the times we have gone.

My main theater to come to. I always buy a ticket with the signature recliners, makes it worth coming out to the theater instead of watching a movie at home.

Super comfortable seating. Great concessions, if a bit pricey. But assigned seating is the worst invention since toll roads. At least the sound quality is nice.

So we went to see a movie pretty late and a group of kids (about 10) were in a rated R horror move somehow and were super loud and disruptive. My friend, myself and some other guests went on two different occasions to report them to management. I get they there isnt much they can really do but I was told that she didnt know what to do because there are so many if them. Since the same movie we were in the middle of had just started in another theater she said we can move to that one which had much smaller seats than the ones we originally paid for. Im definitely not a fan of how it was handled and how the staff didnt really care since it seemed like it would be more work than its worth to handle. I used to go out of my way to go to this theater but I think Ive learned my lesson and will stick closer to home.

Its been a very long time since I been to a theater, and I truly enjoyed all the new updates. Thought Id sacrifice and take my grandsons to see Wonder Part; it was great!

I cant endorse or be a customer of an establishment that refuses to accept a valid state drivers license. Temporary identification is something that is unavoidable in the state of Indiana upon license renewal and not a reason to provide disparate treatment. AMC policy needs to be changed.

I work at a adult daycare center,where we service various disabilities,guess stood in line to be served at the concession stand, the manager Sarah accused the guest of cutting the line,I was trying to explain that they were already in line,I work with elderly people who have various disabilities such as alzheimers, dementia various forns,also seizures,strokes etc.So they wouldnt understand,she refused and went to other customers..Perhaps training in the field of these different diseases and disabilities would be of big help in the community,because of dealing with the public on a daily basis. .Thanks sincerely concerned customer.

The theater parking has plenty of spaces. Take intro account that we were there at 1:00 pm in the afternoon. The interior is well kept, clean and tidy. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The concession stand had plenty of goodies to choose from and enjoy during the movie. The theater was clean and the seats very comfortable.

Always a good time here up to date seats and sounds.

$6 for a small popcorn?! Really?! After paying $14 a person for the movie?!The place was clean. Sound and picture were good.Did I mention $6 for a SMALL popcorn?!At least the water cups were free.
