I have lived here 7 months now.....they are improving Soo much!!! The office staff is amazing!!! Maintenance is great!!! If I have a problem they are quick to fix it!!! The neighborhood is quite.. we have not had any issues here at all!!! I would recommend it to anyone looking!!! There are bunches of new homes coming in(they are beautiful). Great place to live!!

I have lived here for 4 years the management is great they work with you its nice they done a lot to clean it up i love it here the office people are fantastic

It looks like their trying to bring it up, if you can live with the broken down 1950s trailers around you the area itself is nice and scenic, the staff seems eager to be accommodating

If i could give them a negative number of stars I would!! They are the worst mobile home park Ive ever seen!! I outright bought my home from them over a year ago, never received my title for the home. Then I found out it was an abandoned home and was not supposed to be sold!! All their amenities that they have listed, great playground, beautiful pool, big clubhouse, yeah they have none of that its all a straight lie!! The maintenance does no repairs to anything in the park at all!! They swindle and scam all tenants!! I know another couple whos lease said their move in was April...the park told them they had more work to do on the home. Finally in July they let them move in and they had not done any of the repairs to the home. It had live wires hanging out of sockets..sockets with no covers...holes in the walls...water poured out from under the sink...there was an inch thick of mold in the dishwasher...the vent covers werent fasten down..no smoke detectors...it was terrible and it was a rental!! Im telling u stay away from this place!!!

THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE REVIEWS!! me and my family have been looking for a half way descent place to move to, we really did not want to have to go the mobile home route again but in defense of mobile homes we have seen and lived in some really nice mobile homes in our past so they are not all crappy trash holes, but i seen a bunch of ads on craigslist about this place and they seemed to be descent in price and from the pictures on the ads they looked fairly nice, but when i showed my wife she said that she had heard nothing but bad stuff about this place, but of course i had to check it out for myself, well here i am and thanks to google reviews now i know for sure, i will never rent from you scumbags and i hope the tenants group together and take your asses to court, sue you and shut this place down, people like you should never be able to scam people again.....remember...god is watching....oh and btw now that i know what you are all about i will be flagging every ad i see from you on craigslist...have a nice day!!!

Very good place

Bought a mobile home from these people and didnt get my title for 16 months! Went to get the home in my name and found out they were delinquent on taxes and couldnt even turn the title over to me without a permit. I decided to sale back to them and leave the property but didnt pay attention and they never signed the bill of sales! I was out 3,000 dollars! Now I have a title to a trailer I can do nothing with without a permit and they screwed me 3,000 I was promised. Very unhappy with this!

DONT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM!!! They wont work on your house they let other people who dont work here go through the Office its a druggie who they let take over this place! The maintenance SUCKS!!! Im surprised our home hasnt burnt down to the ground the electrical is RIDICULOUS!! They are charcoal black wires! 5 wires going to just 1 outlet nobody cares about this place it was all good til stupid people and lazy people came in the office! They are rude they half ass everything i could keep going on about this place !!!!

I accidentally pulled in here while trying to find garage sale. It was a trashy cluttered mess. One side you couldnt even drive down the street to get out. I had to back up & turn around because a hoarders mass of clutter spilled out into the road.

Maintenance is a joke here, office personnel needs more training

My husband and I was trying to get a trailer and it was the worst experience I have ever had to go through....very unprofessional company...would not recommend this place to my worst enemy...

Such a joke I moved out of there because my roommate changed the locks on me and stole from me and they wont even take my name off the lease theyre going to try to charge me for me not living there biggest joke Ive ever known

This trailer park is trash, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, the maintenance people was mean to my dog the day we moved out, they lied about the rent, they up the rent all the time, just dont live here Im giving you a warning !!!! They dont have a park for the kids to play, they filled the pool up with concrete (so no pool ) they keep bringing in new trailers but cant get no one to rent them out ! And their trailer and infested with bed bugs bad !!!
