We are here for a Thanksgiving Getaway and this is our first time down here. We found this park during our bike ride and it was ABSOLUTELY Amazing. We loved the bike Trail and the beauty of the park.We were delighted to see many alligators and beautiful birds about. I highly recommend this park if you wish to see nature at its best.Under no circumstances should you feed the Alligators or agitate them; or you could end up being gatored

We loved visiting this park! We wanted our kids to get to see alligators in their natural habitat and we were not disappointed.The park also has walking trails and a playground! Definitely a great place to visit and the best thing is, its free!

Really nice park. It has a pretty big play ground for the kids and a nice sized pond to walk around. We went here to see some alligators and found them. From a distance of course.

Love this place! Wonderful place to stop walk the dog see nature take pictures of alligators some native birds and walk around a lake. A must see when in Hilton Head!

Perfect park with plenty of parking, and trails to walk. We even saw birds and alligators here. This is a great park to visit when your in Hilton Head on vacation- no fees, public bathrooms were clean and they had vending machines- including a water fountain and a bottle filler. Very clean and relaxing.

Cute little Park to stroll around alone or with your favorite K-9 freind, keepem on the leash you will probably see an alligator (I did), paved with a short little board walk thru some woods over wetlands, babbling brook today after 4 days of rain. Was beautiful and relaxing. Plenty for the kids to do, fishing pier playground exercise stations clean restrooms.

Cute little Park, paved trail around the pond with a short board walk in the wooded section where the pond drains, after the last four days of rain there was quite a rush of excess water, very calming babbling brook sounding. Keep your dog on the leash there are alligators !! Playground, exercising stations, clean restrooms, fishing pier .

Really nice park with a walking track around it.. lots of wildlife there it was cool to see turtles, alligators and ton of birds.

A very nice walking trail around a pond. We saw 2 alligators floating in the water and lots of different birds. Dog friendly must be on leash.

This park has a nice paved walking path for humans and dogs alike. Do not, however, walk your dog near the picnic areas due to the fact that people have a hard time finding the garbage receptacles and leave chicken bones and other harmful refuse on the ground. Covered picnic/party areas, small playground and public bathrooms available. Wooded walking trails. Ample parking.

Great town park with paved trail and playgrounds

My family and I loved it we saw alligators, turtles, and tons of birds. It is a very clean park with beautiful scenery. I recommend it to anyone who loves nature and animals. It was amazing!

It was a great ending to a wonderful day. We rolled in here and my mom was excited to see her first gators! Go when there is sun out to see them basking in the sun on or near the shoreline

Yaaa boi went to a nature trail type area ya feel… there is a big pond in the middle. This pond kinda reminds me of my beautiful, sophisticated mcdonalds 99 cent drinks of any size, but this pond was only a little bigger. In the pond there was water dogs, the locals like to call them alligators, but ya boy got to survive so he can get back to the motherland (McDonalds), so I didnt go anywhere near the water dogs turf, “alligators”. Other than the dogs there was birds, the birds added a nice nature feel to the whole vibe of the place. There was also a playground that instantly brought back memories of that mcdonalds playground I saw this morning, but some little dorks where on it so I did what any rational person would do and dropped kicked the kids of the top of the slide, jk. I waited on the swinging and fell fast asleep and dreamt of mcdonalds. By the time I woke up it was midnight, and you best believe I was hangry, but I had to play on that playground first. After the exciting slide, I journeyed my way, running from the water dogs who had submerged from the pond (only a little tho), and drove to mcdonalds. This is my part of the day where I got some delicious fries and a Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon, I ended that day with a smile and fries :).

I love this park. It is good for many different activities.

I dont think they stock or manage the pond like they should. Especially since its the only public fishing spot on the whole island. Its a waste of time to fish. Was there for 5 hours, caught nothing.

Wonderful park. Lovely wildlife, calming views. The trails around it are great for biking. Also, new pull up bars and things were just installed!

Great Walking path, Take My Dog There At Least Once A Week.

Didnt catch any fish but an alligator snatched my crank bait. Thankfully he spit it out. Lots of Gators!

I thoroughly enjoy the Park; especially since the underbrush has been cleared in many areas in the last several months. The view from all angles is great,The web site is the opposite---not able to find rules and regs for pavillion use.please upgrade.j grauer 681 5646
