Great for kids of all ages. Well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. Lots of public parking.
Nice shady park to let them run and explore while safely contained! Trees are incorporated into the play structures, like treehouses. There is also a tree inside they play area that is low and horizontal that makes a great structure, itself! The park is very sandy, so plan to bring sandals or go barefoot. My tennis shoes will probably be dusting the world with sand for weeks to come!
Fantastic park with cute features. My 4 yo had a blast. Lots to do and play. All set on sand which was nice. Would definitely go back.
A great park with a lot to do with small kids.
One of the nicest playground we have seen.... But HHI has a clear message for all: we do not want visitors here and the lack of easy beach access for non beach front properties is a clear message not talking about all the atrocious fees to get anywhere on the island.
Ill give it 5 once the new section is open! Its a fun, lots of room to run around, just wish there was a little more for 8-10 year olds. Some lights would be nice, too but I understand that would not fit the natural look!
Nice break for kids while you are in Harbour Town. Plenty of playground items to stay for 30 minute or so. One playset was closed while we were there. It is located right next to the public parking lot, so be ready to stop there on the way in and way out as my 4 year old pointed out. There is also a general store right there with drinks and ice cream.
Great playground with bunch of different activities.
Nice space to play. You do need to pay $8 per car load to come into Harbour Town area. Play space is appropriate for a variety in ages of kids.
A wonderful playground with multiple play areas for different ages, they even have a tree house. When we went it was extremely crowded, with many older kids playing on structures that were designed for toddler and preschool aged children. It seemed as if some parents used the playground as a babysitter while they shopped, especially with the older children. One boy in particular, probably ten or so, was climbing on the exterior of the largest play structure, probably 15-20 ft tall.I dont discredit the park for this, as the structures themselves are nice, but just something to be aware of, especially if you have younger children that can be ran over by the larger kids running around. The playground is covered in sand, as opposed to mulch, so be sure to bring extra socks, or wear sandals!
This is a pretty cool playground. It is very well shaded, close to restrooms, restaurants, and parking. It is enclosed and has stuff for older and younger kids.
Great place for kids up to about 9 or 10. Very family friendly and near everything.
It was a great playground. My 5 year old son really liked it. The only problem my 14 year old and me had was getting bitten by something while watching him play. Gnats or something.
Greg has started yet for this season. I hope to go back in a month or so. My children loved to see him 30 years. My Grandson James 20 months hopes to see Greg Russell.
Lll moo llLoLollll ok love pLLllll Itll on m
This park was pretty fun. Its nice and shaded and the kids had tons of fun.
We have loved this place for years. We usually pack a lunch and eat on the stage under the huge oak tree, let the kids play for a bit and then grab some ice cream. Grab a rocking chair in the shade and watch the day drift by.
Awesome playground...kids loved it!
We played Pokémon go here when it launched. Caught a lot of good Pokémon and got to hear live music too.
Kids of all ages love this playground! Plenty of shady areas for parents...of course we had to pay the entry fee but it was worth it
Good playground, but you have to pay to enter sea pines...
I remember visiting this playground as a child and loving the beautiful trees with low limbs, perfect for climbing. We visited the playground recently with our 10 month old son, and it is better than ever. The low-limbed trees are still healthy and full of kids. A tree house has been added so that children can climb in a larger tree and look out over the part. The playground has been updated with a new slide that resembles a tree-trunk, a realistic life-size stone alligator and tortoise (perfect for photos), a teeter-totter, rope obstacle, and swings (both big kid and toddler on opposite sides of the playground). Our son had fun playing in the sand around the alligator and holding on/walking around the alligator. It was the perfect height for him to play with safely. This is a great playground with a ton of space so that it will not feel overcrowded with 30+ kids playing. The parking lot can fill up quickly on weekends, but there is plenty of space for bikes to park on the gravel next to the playground.
Really cute playground! It satisfies the little ones so then you can manage some grown up time in the shops and on the pier.
Beautiful location and perfect for kids
Great natural park with lots of shade
It was a cute little areas with a few stores, some good ice cream and live music. Has a great playground for your little ones as well.
This playground is fantastic, kids had a blast!
Awesome playground for kids to get outside
A fabulous play structure blended into the trees in Harbour Town. Kids love the open and adventurous structure and parents will love the safety of the area.
Well shaded playground was fun for both my boys (5 & 7) and provided a great break from the hot sun during our visit to Harbour Town. Fenceposts help ensure kids dont roam.
Great park for the kids to burn off some energy before the show
Great for kids and family. It is such a great place to be!
Wonderful playground! Well kept, lots of room to run and climb!
Beautiful relaxing playground!
Playground is suitable for ages 2-10. Gregg Russell, however, is highly overrated.
Great place to visit
An absolute MUST if you’re on the island with kids
Great for kids an adults
Really amazing trees to climb on.
Fun!
Kids really enjoyed it
No dead bodies.
Nice setting
Wow!
Incredible. Just go!
Gregg is an institution and lots of fun
Always a great show!
