Very bad management! Several bad drug houses here that the management doesn’t wanna deal with at all.

Nice quiet 55 plus community

Management is not doing their job. I am handicapped, barely able to walk a block. Do not drive. I walked to the office area to do laundry, only to find out that the gates all around are chained. It would have been nice if the management had send out notices to everyone. They could have also stated that the laundry room, near the office, is not open for use. They are not doing their job!

Sierra Dawn clean nice big Home Owners Group all the places are kept my home sweet home foreclosed houses and the coolest people in the world lives there

Just some advice... If Your thinking of purchasing in Sierra Dawn South ... Find out if there are any rentals around the property your interested in.. If there are, think twice... about buying your retirement home next to a home that gets rented out.

No space rental. When you buy your fabricated home, you also buy the land. Low yearly property taxes.

We live here....wobderful place.....recommend to all....hoa is cheapest around too.

Nice relaxing day shotting pool with 1 of the residents that i was visiting.

5 tropically warm swimming pools 4 spas and saunas too. Exercise equipment, ceramics lapidary, billiards you name it we have it plus we own our own property

I enjoy living here at Sierra Dawn South. For the most part, quite and clean. The pools, spas and rec room are amazing.. Keep in mind that the association fee is raised yearly...

Best RV park value in all of California. You not only own your lot but you are part owner in all of the amenities including the 4 clubhouses, 5 pools, 4 spas, 1 sauna, wood shop, gem and mineral hobby shop, pickle ball court, shuffle board courts, horseshoe courts, workout rooms, community library, ballrooms with kitchens, billiard rooms, card rooms, ping pong tables, dog park, and many, many clubs and activities. The monthly dues are for cable TV, maintenance and future repairs/replacements and are very low. Great Value!

I live here and between security and the emenities I will never move again. You own the land and place together. Art linkletter knew what he was doing when he built the ace for his mom, thanks Art!

The amenities are nice and plentiful. The area is well kept

Very quiet and living is less stressful than living in a more populated city, ie; LA..etc..

Its quiet and peaceful, I feel safe here and the area is beautiful. Its also affordable

A very large common interest development(over 1400 units) set on city streets in Hemet, with the Common Property consisting of 4 clubhouse complexes with swimming pools,hot tubs,laundries, auditoriums,and a variety of interesting facilities spread throughtout : poolrooms, woodshop, gem shop, gym, sauna, poker room, 2 superior shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pitches, etc.The unusual setup on city streets with no gates can lead to problems with crime and trespassing. Conflict between Owners and the Board of Directors is not unknown, and creates tense situations at times.e.g. The Boardclaim to the right to close certain facilities by cutting off utilities to the premises.
