Nice park friendly residence good manager good staff could benefit from night security but all in all a good community.

This is not a friendly place the manager has been terrible since Bob and Bev retired . They were the most awesome Managers ever since they left this place had gone down the drain. We have no security at all they mess up especially on your rent space . I did a big mistake by buying my place here . I go to work and stay inside if your not involved in any activity the better off you are . Stay to yourself is the best way to say it . There activities here suck there over by 7 . What’s that saying out of sight out of mind there head maintenance doesn’t know nothing the lower guy like Dennis is the only one I trust to work on my property and has any knowledge on anything .

I dont hate this place its a local place for a a happy life

I am being harrassed & discriminated against by the current manager,she has recruited my neighbors to watch me and my home ! I payed 1 years advanced for space rent & they are not to use said funds for utilities which they are doing! Buissinesses are being allowed to conduct by other residents but Im being targeted & told I cannot! That is discrimination! ! I warn anyone not to reside here for the unjust segregation & prejudice is not legal or worth it! I have no choice but to pursue legal action for my civil rights are being violated!

Very nice place to live your retirement years. Lots of activities lots of friendly neighbors, beautiful mountain view. Nice management. I would recommend to anyone looking for a retirement place to live.

Nice gated mobile home park. Homes are reasonably priced. You do not own the land. Rent on the home I showed was $580 per month.

Beautiful mobile home park in East Hemet. You can purchase homes and they also have rentals. Great management!

Home is very nice, but the new management is not so much. Just had a run in with new management (Dean) about yard maintenance. He acted like I was stopping him from working and told me to let him do his job. His job includes being polite to the residents of this park. Not sure who will leave first, him or me.

Senior mobile home park. They have a great rummage sale now and then.

Nice quite gated community

It was pretty bad. Chips tasted stale and food just really wasnt that good compared to other Mexican restaurants Ive been too

The new manager, Paula, is an asset to Casa Del Rey Mobile Home Park. Paula, along with her maintenance team are very professional.
