Excellent park. Beautiful setting with breathtaking mountain views. Managers are amazing and run the park extremely well; home owners are kind, friendly, and respectful.

Easy access and parking

This is a great park to live in. They have a great. Manager, Terri. The outdoor pool is always clear as can be, the total area is always clean, restrooms are clean, stocked, and always operational.Any issues are handled in an expeditious manner, and not drug on for long periods of time. The park is as safe.as could be concerning the streets, parking, trees etc. I wish I lived here, and they have an allotment of rent controlled spaces also. Management have an attitude. Units 4 sale are cosmetically fixed. Livible units are too expensive.Make sure you have an inspector to check the unit you want to buy.

Dont know how this park was rated best park in Hemet. The park I live in is so much better. Maybe the residents voted for this?

I just moved here a month ago after a long and exhaustive search throughout the Inland Empire for my next home! At first I thought I was going to buy in the sister park...Fairview, but things evolved and I ended up here in Linda Vista and I’m extremely happy in this wonderful park.It is very well kept, quiet, peaceful, comfortable and the location can’t be beat!!The managers Steve and Teri Apodaca are awesome they keep things running very smoothly! They made me feel welcome from the very start!The view is so breathtaking I never tire of looking out my windows and sitting on my patio!!! The neighbors are amazing, super nice, friendly, everyone looks out for one another and is so supportive and caring! I feel so at home and safe here! I’m very happy I ended up in Linda Vista in this beautiful valley!The only thing is that you won’t find a home in here too often because no one wants to leave!!! If you’re looking though check in with Steve at Fairview the available homes will be posted over at the office there!
