Its amazing great for family or a self get away

There are elevators to reach the upper floors. Only cost $5 per week for chair pads and $5 per week for an umbrella. Id say thats pretty cheap. Pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities on property.

Not the biggest or fanciest, sometimes small and quant is better. We loved it.

You cant beat the beach.

Been coming for 20 plus years and will continue too. Not fancy but nice, clean and well taken care of.

A friend has an interval condo there. It is nice with all the amenities. Has a beautiful view of beach and sunset.

Great family friendly vacation spot. No hotel room, its just condos, 1 and 2 bedrooms units with pool, hot tub and tennis.

Vacation here once a year. We just love. Whether you are into nature trails or dining out there is something for everyone. Make sure you dont miss a sunset on the beach. Its nature at its finest.

Clean safe friendly beaches are wonderful

Nice place. Clean feel. Nice location. One of their rules is quite disappointing; you cant be in hot tub or swimming pool at night. For some people a hot tub is more enjoyable when the sun goes down in July. They really need ceiling fans in the balconies. You never feel a breeze in the balcony area, maybe because the screen blocks the wind. Not sure, but its always hot and sticky in the balcony areas.

Amenities include a pool which ranges from 46 to 8, a hot tub, grilling area, volley ball net and tennis court. It is on the ocean with most units having an ocean view. The property is reasonably well maintained and there are free lounge chairs to use on the beach.

New management is horrible. No roll-away beds, only offer air beds. I have a bad back, not going to sleep on a air bed all week. was told by manager I would have to rent a roll-away if I wanted one. My parents are owners and we have been coming here since I was 7, and I am now 40. Always slept on a roll-away...never got injured. People today are too sensitive and think everything is bad for you and should be banned. *eyeroll* How ever did we ever make it to 40, if everything is going to kill you?...SMH...Bathroom not accessible for handicapped, also this place does not offer shower chairs and I called different rental places and no one rents them here. Avoid if you are handicapped!!! Shower is up on the wall too high for short people also. Also the wash clothes are the size of a hand towel and too massive to bathe with. The toilet is oblong and they put a round toilet seat on it. Could not wipe your self while sitting on it.

Great location. Some units are outdated and need to be updated. I will try somewhere else next time.

We are owners at Windward and it has always been a family friendly resort. We purchased our weeks when the building was being constructed in 1981. While raising our children we stayed in our unit every Easter Break (Spring) and have great memories. We are now retired and spend the winters in North Port, Fl and our grown children and their families continue to use our weeks. They are now creating the same great memories with their children.

Small timeshare resort on the beach with a small pool, tennis court, basketball, ping pong, shuffleboard, playground, grills. We had a great corner unit with screened patio & Gulf view. Bedroom on East side of condo very warm in am. Parking is extremely limited - only 1 car per condo & strictly enforced!

Beautiful beach front condo. Pool, Hot tub, volleyball, tennis court, bag toss (corn hole for us northerners) Free laundry facility... Family friendly (NO PETS). 1&2 Bedroom condominium, timeshare or rent by week.

Well lets just say I cant wait till July so I can go back there we have two units there and we love the place very nice

Were here only a few days and have a few more to go ...wish I didnt have to leave this place and go back to Chicago the views from the 4th floor are gorgeous and our condo unit was very clean & comfortable the staff and all the people we met at the Resort were friendly and made us feel welcome. Hope we can come back here again!!!!

Its located on the north end of the island. I met some friends down there for an annual beach outing. Had a great day, enjoyed several amenities, volley ball, corn hole, bikes, and pool. At night, we used the trolley to go to the times square on the beach. The trolley stop is very close to the resort. I didnt stay the night but my experience there was very good.

Beat place Ive ever been!!! I absolutely love it here and if I could I would never leave. Awesome and nice staff with some of the best Customer service u could ask for!!! :)

Comfortable, pleasant place to stay in Ft Meyers Beach. Recently renovated, carefully maintained. Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful pool and beach right there. Family oriented with a large playroom/meeting room adjacent to the office and pool. An easy walk to the town square. Good restarants, shopping there. Grocery nearby. One of the best bargains, situated right on the beach. We have syayed here many times. We love it and recommend it

I am on my third night here and my unit is near the pool. It is 2:26am and people are still in the pool that closes at dusk yelling and screaming. This is the 3rd night it has happened. Staff is gone by 3 or 5pm depending on the day so there is an after hours number for problems but they tell you to call the police. Huh??? You mean to tell me as much as a week costs here theres no person here- even sleeping on site or something that can help enforce the rules so me and my kid can sleep? And I should call the cops? You really want cops here? How to stress out a vacationer in two easy steps: 1. Post rules that make travelers feel confident they will be able to sleep. 2. Tell said travelers that yeah- we put those rules up, but you really need cops to enforce them. Perfect. Just what I wanted to do. I mean- I am not necessarily on board with a pool closing at dusk- night swimming is nice and hot tubs are great when its not high noon in Florida- but 2:30am is a bit much. Also- if you have an emergency (like a water break or something that HAS to be dealt with immediately and the cops wont get involved with) and someone actually has to come here after hours to help you- you owe them $25 cash. Ummmm- ok- I have been going to resorts my whole life- never heard of a place that you as a guest couldnt get help without paying $25 cash. This isnt a street corner where I ran out of gas and youre doing me a favor. Its a freaking resort where I have paid money for a certain level of comfort and security and providing it is your job as staff here. Your job is not to shake down your guests for $25 if your place falls apart or your other guests are unruly.Wifi is spotty if it works at all, TV is the same way. Talked to the people in the office and they dont know what to do to fix it. Bathroom faucet leaks, couch fabric is scratchy which matters if you have been out in the sun all day. Activities this week have been canceled via a dry erase board by the pool, towels only switched out once a week, no cleaning of the rooms to speak of- thats on you which I dont mind because I dont like people in and out of my room.Its nice they have chairs you can take to the beach, and the view is cool. I would probably not come back unless it was for a drunk-fest with friends. For a family trip- I would try someplace on Sanibel or Pink Shell resort down the road.
