Gorgeous!! Perfect tree-lined walking trail close to the water and easy hiking trails. My dogs love it here!! Well kept field and trails. Love it!!

Never knew this trail existed. Beautiful walk through the woods. Some spots are a bit muddy when wet but overall all a great hidden gem.

Beautiful trail right in the middle of the city and next to some busy roads, but the trail totally cuts you off from the outside world. Easy trail, perfect for families / kids / bike rides. I was very impressed with the height of the trees here. They go up 100-150 feet, quite unlike the trees in other parks I have seen. The park appears dense but is actually quite open from the inside, quite hollow, given the tall trees. Definitely worth a visit.

McCollum Park has large fields for athletic activities, a half mile paved loop for walking and jogging surround it. There is a lush forest trail adjacent to the fields and a Nature Center. Theres also a pool and playground area. Of course the pool is closed for now but the playground is open!Just wish people would respect the Porta-Potties as they can sometimes be unusable due to individuals ruining it for everyone.

Pros -1. Right in the Mill creek neighborhood beside the freeway with ample parking2. Lots of trees and ferns so you feel in a big forest3. Slight elevation at places to keep the cardio up and running4. Creek and ducks along the wayCons-1. Looks a bit shabby at places. Probably needs some maintenance2. No markings on where to go or which turn to take. I had to pull out my phone maps to keep me informed on the direction

I love this trail for hiding and finding painted rocks! So fun! Also. You can find river rocks and mushrooms! Just be careful and I wouldn’t recommend going alone. It is a sketchy trail. I find some weird stuff here.

Nice walk except for the used needles behind an old building (restroom Im assuming) near the parking lot.

What a slice of heaven this trail is, and the park has about everything one could want in a park. The woods around the trail are a sanctuary, and i have seen a doe when walking the trail.Plus it has a ballot box!!!

This was the first time to McCollum Park. Thoroughly enjoyed it! The walking trail through the woods was just what was needed to refresh. One draw back was that the playground didnt have a swing(s).

This is a beautiful little trail so close to everything! Its fun to take all the side trails and find different areas to explore. Definitely recommend it!

The trails out back in this area are beautiful!! I loved walking around and seeing the greenery. There are all sorts of nook and cranny areas that make it special.

Best calm and beautiful trail n the Lynnwood picnic Park area very tranquil and I enjoyed it go every week now regular every other day. Pet friendly but keep on leash could see bears.

Huge park in Everett close to freeway and has easy access. Good place to walk and has a fun animal place for kids. Easy to park and parking is free. Good security and not too busy. Picnic tables and cooking area

Shaded trail with protected and cared for spawn stream. Trail is undulating, great for walk/hike. You can see homes close by and so is the inter urban trail. One end of the trail ends in an open space with a camp meeting spot, not always kept well perhaps due to the neighborhood clientele. Watch out for dog poo that are behind by negligent owners/walkers.

I love the secluded forest feel to this cute, peaceful area in McCollum park, but unfortunately, so do tweakers and assorted addicts.Enjoy the ambience, but PLEASE be careful. Despite the best efforts of the conscientious rangers and the dedicated pool staff in summer, there are sometimes needles and other sketchy debris in the underbrush.This is a nice peaceful place to visit (mother nature will offer you a free snack during blackberry season) as long as you exercise proper situational awareness and supervise your children.

Nice trail

I had no idea this was back there, its a great little cluster of trees like an oasis in the woods from the encroaching civilization and development. Did a homeless person camp here last night? Maybe. DIs this a fine walk to take to get away from the distractions and hustle bustle that Mill Creek often assaults our eyes and ears with?Sure. I guess.

This is a great place for a casual walk. Close by but will make you feel youre walking in the forest.

One of my favorite places in Mill Creek. The forest loop takes away the noise pollution as best it can. And the birds and smell of the cedar and salmonberry takes over! Little trails cut in and out of the entire loop. Dont be afraid to go off path, although there are a few dead ends. But its small enough the turn around and isnt a big deal.Only four stars because there is quite a bit of trash and the occasional sketchy/inappropriate person. They keep to themselves. And mostly stay in or behind the A frame party rental shelter. There are tons of people around. A lovely playground. A stream that rolls through occasionally. And people leave gifts along the path for kids to find.The DUI wall is intense if you stop and really feel what its about. I hope it makes an impact.

This was a very nice, flat trail through the woods. With a stream and some old growth trees. Recommended if you need something close by that gets you back to nature for a bit.

They have walking trails and you can take your dog theyre your kids theyre open areas its just a great place to relax or take a jog

Great park havent been there since I was a teenager

Love this trail. Its paved and wide and goes forever!!Tons of shade no road noise and really quiet. Lots of places to stop and rest of you need. Great for littles stroller and wheelchairs.

A good place to walk for all levels. Perfect for a quiet weekend or evening stroll. Especially nice on warm days because youll stay under the trees. There are places to cool your feet in North Creek. Its even graded enough for casual bike riders.

Just discovered this peaceful path within the city. Right off the park behind the tree, there is a nostalgic stepping stone bridge over the creek. Leads to this woodsy Forest trail. Follow far enough youll see what looks to be a hand built lean-to.

Clean and safe

This park has it all! If you like an easy hike in the woods with the chance of stepping on dog or human feces, you will feel right at home. I especially love jogging in there and a random unleashed dog comes and harasses me, even though they are supposed to be leashed. What really makes this park memorable is the possibility of running into the random meth head/ psychopath that is hiding from the cops. Then you will hear, ... we are sending in the canine unit. These police officers are top of the class, lets warn the criminals so they can run away via the many exits through out the park or jump someones fence. I know, they have to follow protocol but if a criminal hides in there, from what I have seen, they get away because the cops just park and walk up and down the road, never set foot in said park because they are too afraid due to the fact that you can hide in the brush and no one will see you.

Descent park, big loop for walking. Looks like most of the park had been abandoned for some reason. The bmx park is shut down and the baseball field is clearly not maintained or level for that matter.
