One gate doesnt shut securely. There are no trees in the dog area. LOTS of dirt that gets muddy when rainy. Dog area is small. The rest of the regular park is pretty. Bathrooms were closed as of October 14, 2020.

Basic. I have been there 3 times and every time there are people who dont clean up after their dog though. One time I was there a lady brought 3 dogs and didnt clean up...nasty!! Even though its obvious, there should be a sign posted and doggie poop bags available.

Great place for dog interaction and a nice place to play fetch with your 4 legged bestfriend. The reason for 3 stars is because the water spout is broken/not working and its usually on from spring to fall.

My dogs absolutely love their visits to this park. And it is so close to our house. There is always so many other dogs their and my dogs love to meet other dogs. Also the park is so clean and they do a great job of not having dog poop everywhere. They have a great supply of poop bags which are so helpful. I love it here.

Perfect for a handful of dogs to play fetch, etc. Fence is secure allowing dogs of all sizes to be kept in. Would like more owners to fill in dug holes. Built in water dish (need to bring own water) and poop bags have been stocked each time weve been there.

I really enjoy going to this dog park because of how often there are usually other dogs there as well. They also habe a drinking fountain for the dogs to drink from, which i thought was an incredible feature to have as all dogs get thirsty as they play! Rarely are there any dog fights as most people who go there have friendly pets. The whole grass field by the tennis court is completely fenced in for the dogs to play off their leashes with each other.

Lowell dog park and Cavalero hill dog park in lake Stevens are each less than ten minutes of my house. I don’t have a preference but thought I would list pros and cons of each.Lowell:+doggie poop bags available+ usually less dogs, sometimes none at all+ four benches+ trash can inside the dog park+ running water for dogs- about 1/5 the size of cavalero-right by a road- more dog poop on the ground- seems a little bit grungierCavalero:+much bigger+ more dogs+ has a “shy dog” area+ more grass+ not by the main road- trash can is outside the dog park-no dog poop bags- less seating (but also has more dogs so more people )- no running water

The off Ieash area is not very big. Ive had trouble with inappropriate dog behavior here with unconcerned owners overall I appreciate the space when I cant get to Loganberry. There are not very many off leash choices in Everett. The Lowell kids park is great, and there is a nice amount of space for the dogs ON leash to walk over on that side.

One star for the off leash area, another for the water source, minus one for the size, minus another because it was empty on a nice day, and minus another because it has a sign discriminating against pit bull breeds. We don’t have one but we do not believe the breed makes the aggressive. People do!

First off its not a dog park. Its a City Park & dogs are allowed on a leash & u pick poop up etc like any city park. There are 3 Lowell parks & this gets confusing.as to which one is what your looking for.The Upper park is on West side of the RR tracks & has a flushing restroom (closed in winter) & a sink with cold, no hot or luke warm water. This is where you take the.little.kids as there is a playground. Theres also tennix courts but.get little.use. lots of open space big.trees shade and trains.going by.The Lower Park is for adults, but older kids can have fun if they like walking & nature. There are paved & unpaved.trails, good for biking too. Not to long. Parking lot is unpaved. If you spent an hour on it youre slow. Flat too, so no hills to climb & the Snohomish River is right along the trail path.Lowell Boat Launch or the rotary as the city named it. This parking lot is paved & has room for trucks with boat.trailer to.park.for.$7, credit card only. It connects directly with the other park by trail so my recommendation is park here. It also has 2.outhouses no modern plumbing here folks.Hours are seasonal...6am-10pm summerTo 8pm winterRumor is they are changing.hours.due to budget cuts. So, ask a ranger if he hasnt been laid off. Most are very helpful, others are hunters trying to catch vandals, or people up to no good. So, you know how it goes. Enjoy.

If you have children and the dog needs out at the same time, this park would be a good emergency get out of the house place. If you are looking for off leash fun, it is about the dimensions of a dining and living room of dirt. Have fun with that. I ended up just walking my dog on leash around the little park.

Fr
Review №78

Real big area fenced area for dogs to run around in without fear of getting too cornered. And a lot of levels for the dogs to play in - my pup loved climbing the rocks by the entrance. Speaking of, the park does have an enclosed pen before you enter the park to give you a chance to unleash your pup before entering, which is always nice.Giving 4 stars because when I went with my pup yesterday, there was no water in the drinking fountain for the dogs which was pretty disappointing; but maybe they arent expecting as many dogs in the fall time? Either way, maybe bring a bottle of water for your pup along, just in case. For the humans, theres quite a few chairs and benches out and about and theres even a few chairs under an old bus stop cover which is pretty smart. The park also recedes down from the street a little bit so no worries about the dogs being distracted by bike riders or other dogs walking by.

Its ok nothing special though just a dirt field fenced off and I have heard there was some bacteria in the dirt that was making dogs sick here back a couple of years ago. Although I dont think its an issue anymore and the city temporarily shut the park down to clean it up and has since re opened
