Beautiful old mansion, theres quite a lot of history involved in the formation of Everett and local industry tied to the Rucker family.

The mansion is immaculately maintained, and open to publiv view, not kept behind large foliage. Its vicinity affords a spectacular view of Puget Sound and its a nice walk through the neighborhood.

This haunted Mansion RUCKER MANSION is in SUCH a BEAUTIFUL area over looking the Bay..talk about amazing and the mansion its self is also beautiful. I would and will be visiting the area often. And Maybe some day I will see her ghost that be awesome I like coming also at night to snap pics in hopes to see her in one of the windows.

Nice quiet street and beautiful views to walk along on the way to mansion. Do the Laurel Drive loop starting from the bottom of the hill.

Beautiful neighborhood. Love walking around sundown. Be forewarned, lots of steep hills, not for the faint of heart. Excellent views with great cardio.

Lots of old money ran through Everett back in the day! FOR EVERGREEN!

This place has a great view of the bay, not to mention the huge mansion right behind the lookout,both awesome sights to see.

The historical building hasnt changed and is a very beautiful building to go visit and the views of the water is AMAZING!
