For being downtown it is nice to have a place to pull over and get out to stretch or use the bench and a nice walk along Riverside too.

Not much to it. A couple benches, room for 3 or 4 vehicles parallel parked. Nice view across the valley looking toward Lake Stevens. Has a free little library.

The train. It traps you in and out if you live there I would move. Only one road in and out . If train is there youre waiting a long time . Im sure they are not telling home buyers about the train trap. Its a bad place for houses unless they put more roads.

Been going to this park my whole life. It has gone through many phases and upgrades. New play area, picnic, local public garden area and upgrades to ball fields also......

Pair of benches with a small garden in front. Overlooks an industrial area for a glimpse of the river and mountains. Nothing to do but a free book box.
