Quiet community with friendly people

Great place.

We had to move here out of state and did not get to see what we were moving into. They were accommodating. The skyped and sent us photos. We were not disappointed. Very quiet, no one bothers you or is in your business. Affordable rates. They work with you to make it enjoyable. Nice big porch on my lot. I like the trailer. More comfy to me then some site build houses I have had. Misty and Christina are great! Felipe and the maintenance crew is good too. Wonderful place for family (especially my large one) and open fields for my kids to run around in.

We have a friend that lives there and they seem to like it. My family and i are waiting to hear back to know if were approved but keep getting the run around. Ive called nearly all of the Yes! Communities for almost a month and never got any call backs after leaving multiple messages. We didnt get any answers until we actually showed up to an office. Now, were waiting for an approval. Which, as previously stated, we keep being given a run around. I would like to get some answers.

Lived there for 3 years awesome community

Seemed nice and well kempt. Visited a friend there that said it pretty high crime. Had no problems and when we exited local police were right outside the park watching out for crime.

I love living here .I have been here 20 yrs. The office is nice if you have a problem they will try to fix it you just have to be patient if they cant get to it right away they have so many trl to take care of. I just try and treat everyone the way Jesus wants us to treat people like you would like to be treated

Worst mobile home park community!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

Ive lived there for 4 years met good people and friends if you like trailer parks this is good for you

I never imagined I would live in a mobile home but I do and I really love it. It is nice and you would never know from the inside I hope to purchase in the near future. Area is mostly quiet and staff are always friendly. Would definitly recommend

Not a good place to live and raise a family the office help do nothing to help make this a better mobile home park. To many people transiting in and out, only means one thing(drugs). Not safe to leave your car parked outside do to vandalism and the office does nothing they should hire security to be patrolled but they do not, not safe for any families raising children

I HAVE LIVED HERE, 3 years I own my home... I havent had any issues in 2 1/2 years.. Had one issues about parking. Talk to the office and so far no more issue... For the most part its quite here in my area.. In the fall its nice to sit outside on my deck and chill.. I had to call the office regarding my plumbing they were nice an will check on the problem.. I plan to be here for awhile.. I would love to buy a new home, but thats a dream... Thank you office for handling my issues.

The assistant harass you if ur rent is late and wont leave u alone

Its nice and quiet over here and our house is beautiful the porches are HUGE. And the only issue we have had is a door lock broke and we couldnt open the door. Other than that so far our experience has been amazing

Prices nd the area is ok. But the customer service is freaking terrible they go to lunch from 11 nd no one is there till after 3 I dont reccomend no one to come here there service is like an apartment very terrible!

Management is very unprofessional! Maintenance crew is the worst! You can do better repairs even if you dont know how!

Very nice trailer park but why is the pool always closed? Also most all of their signs through the trailer park are so faded out, I couldnt tell you how many people I saw run them.

The houses are nice, but the decks are low quality, and get unmanageably sticky from pine sap in the summers. There are God knows how many stray animals, and when I first moved here, there was a FIRE in the back field, and a month ago, someone lit a dumpster and shed on fire. This place is alright to live in in a pinch, but its not great.

Theyll never fix their basketball court, pool is overcrowded in the summer. They harrass people who live there about stuff like blinds and stuff being on your porch even if its organized. And the color of your porch lol. Not to mention they keep adding trailers anywhere they can squeeze em. If i could rate it 0 stars i would.

A fairly good place to live

Nice neighborhood, no crime issues, and nice staff. We have rented here for over 4 years and will be moving a home in soon that we are buying. Maintenance can be kind of slow on some things, but thats the case with pretty much anywhere that you rent.

I LOVE THE STAFF AND THEE MAINTENANCE MAN FELIPE IS SUPER HELPFUL. PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY IN THE COMMUNITY WE HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 7 MTHS WERE ABLE TO BUY OUR TRAILER THRU THE H.E.R.O PROGRAM THEY OFFER WHICH STANDS FOR HELP EVERY RENTER OWN. JUANITA ONE OF THE LEASING AGENTS WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE WE WERE ABLE TO BUY. BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST COMMUNITIES IN THE AREA

Old staff is good, new peple at the office that they hire is very unprofessional and they talk to you very rude.

Misty is the best property manager ive ever dealt with, she goes above and beyond for all of her residents. She makes you feel right at home!

Lived here for 4 years. They never take care of any work orders for the home unless you contact corporate. They overcharge for water usage. The office people are extremely rude. They are now demanding that you give them your bank account number to pull payment for rent out of your account.

Bought a house here in November and have been waiting 5 months for them to finish the repairs to my home... Very frustrating.

Good place for low income families.

I go in and out of this park many times during the week. The maintenance and office staff are very helpful and courteous.

Ok, so many issues, crime rate is horrible, office has no motivation to fix, no security. Stolen Vehicles, robberies, drugs, I am a buisness owner and I cant even keep my tools in my shed I have to keep them in my living room. But the staff are good people. Their loyalties lie with yes communities tho. Dont trust when they say that they will do something after you move in. They promised to level my house and that never happened. Among a few other things after we purchased our home. Which we extremely overpaid. Had our house appraised at a third the selling price they sold it to us for. We need security, it is not safe.

Home I was in was overrun with roaches. Renter said the office wont do anything about them. Badly run down home. Very sad to pay so much monthly rent and live in these conditions. Very unhealthy!!!? Would not live there. Staff very unfriendly!

Dogs run free, i know cause one ran after me. Manager ignores. Cars in repair shown, when shouldnt allow. Lots are real small for what they charge.no parking found so park on road.lots are not kept up by park.you are on your own.lazy mgr..when you see her.

The neighborhood is very clean & kept neat.

Managers and staff are extreamly difficult to get into touch with. They make agreements and renig unless you can prove they took place beyond a reasonable doubt. Mind your Ps and Qs and its stress-free living. Mow your lawn the day their mowers come out or as their mowers are mowing so they can see you or they will mow your lawn again and charge you. My husband mowed and they charged us anyway. Get your electrictity transfered quick no matter what agreememt they have with you because they dont stick to agreements. We are still awaiting reimbursement for an electricty charge from their company. We were charged close to $200.00 for a weekend of electricity that they agreed would be free of charge due to delay on agreed move in date on their part. Our average electricty bill is 116.00 dollars and our last bill was 89.00 for a month. Where did 200.00 for 3 days come from? Im still awaiting feedback on emails and relentless calls over the past month going on 2. Im rating this place a 2 until firther notice. When I am made whole I will change my rating.
