PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSEDERING THIS PLACE : Ive lived here for a long time and at first the previous staff was friendly and polite but the current staff is total opposite. They NEVER answer the phones. And when you go up to the office to ask a question they respond with an attitude. Theyre just plain rude. I avoid going to the office because they also dont even wear their mask properly. They wear it under their nose. And that also goes for the maintenance staff. For the community:youll find a pot hole in every other turn you see. Its not well kept. I would avoid this place whomever reads this.

Our Family has lived in this park for 21 years, I love our Manager Sharla, she keeps our park extremely clean, she also cares for her tenets.Pay your rent on time, keep your yard mowed and cleanAnd your lives be good

I have lived here for almost 5 years. This is a nice, quite, clean Mobile Home Community.Great Management Team.

When I first moved in 5 years ago it was keept very clean but it seems like now they dont care. This place is not clean, the pool area and park are not well kept. They just keep on increasing the rent and they dont even take care of the place.

The maintenance lady wrote me a terrible letter cause we accidentally ran over a dog running on the street then they poked holes in my tires. She needs to be fired

The management is horrible here! They are always looking for a reason to complain. They had my car that was covered up in my driveway illegally towed! It cost me $300 to get it home the same day It was towed.
