Could be a whole lot better, hoodlums destroy and break in to things all the time with nothing done about it. So all the little punk brats that run around the mobile home community without any kind of supervision. Depending on what they do, they get dealt with accordingly...ATTN OFFICE Tell YES Communities to install cameras, is not that expensive too do.

I really like the lady in the office, Lexi. She is very nice and she works hard to help you with any situation. Its not often you find someone like that. It is a good place to live, there isnt a lot of traffic late so its very quiet. Everyone is friendly they Ive come across so far. I havent seen any crime at all.

My friend was approved to rent a trailer in this park by the owner of the mobile home and passed everything on the background check through the mobile home park then they told my friend that she didnt qualify because she was only on her current job for 3 months and that the fact she could show tax returns for the last two years showing that she had previously run her own house cleaning business didnt matter....all this after she told them how long she had been employed at her current job and they said it was ok. Seems like they lied to get the application fee when they had no intention of approving her. She is a single mom with 4 young children.......

This is a very nice Mobile Home Park if you can catch him in the office it would be great but you have to call him before you show up because they close the office early due to the covid-19 but its very quiet out there peaceful you can have your animals and everything I do love this place

No high speed internet what else i can say !!!

This place sucks. The residents have no rights. Their cars get towed even though the park doesnt offer enough parking. And the sewer backs up regularly, it floods anytime a drop of rain falls. I hate this place. Do yourself a favor and do not consider moving here and if you know a resident have them visit you.

Small lots are my friends that live there only problem, great community park with summer swimming pool, neighborhood partys & Ho Downs / personal partys / birthdays and such

This place is the best place its very peaceful and children love playing in the streets since I live there I have experienced a lot! this place is a great place to live at lots of kids to play with and really fun

Ive been here for about 7 years now. Its a nice place to live, no complaints.

Used to be great but neglectful ownership and chaotic management has led to inferior people living there. A teen girl was murdered in November of 2017 right inside the park by two boys that lived elsewhere in the park.

I use to live there 10 years ago it was beautiful it looks just like a drug park Even then it had drugaddicts,and drunkeds selling boot leg beer I moved out.it was shocking and very sad to see very sorry. i liked my spot there.Get your kids out you can tell bad bad mngmt is not caring about yall or the future.

We moved our home here about a year ago when we had a decent manager and since she left this place has went down hill worst mistake of my life and the new manager sucks hell she doesnt do a damn thing doesnt even know what goes on on the property please dont move here
