The most calm and good place to live if your on a budget, yes there is a lot of Hispanics but there is also a few white people here too.

This park is getting cleaned up. Id likw to see the newly vacant store help the park and unite the community by offering creative ways to reach children and all age groups..

Really scary. It was like visiting the twilight zone and getting stuck.

We live here. We go by the managers rules and we keep our yard clean. We even mow the neighbors yard to make our side look better. We cant make everyone do the same, thats the managers job. Just wish the manager would be more strict on their rules.

They need better roads

Dirty, cramped, stray animals everywhere, trash in almost every yard. Never recommend this place.
