I am so grateful for Mesquite Greens for giving me a chance to be a home owner when no one else would! I feel like they were honest through the whole buying process. They didn’t try to deceive me or trick me! It is an all around great community! Antonio was awesome didn’t pressure me and was straight up with me the whole time! He went above and beyond his job duties to help me! I highly recommend his expertise!

Visting a friend and her water was just shut off without any type of notice, she said it happens often they shut it off never gets a heads up. Wow this place is beyond ridiculous for not warning there resdients, she was in the middle of shower and water gets turned off. For maintenance they just shut all water off

Community its not good... and lots are super hi 700 moth just for lot rent.crazy

Use this as a last resort, weve been here a little over 3 months now, rent constantly gets pushed up, things get stolen and you vehicles gas will get siphoned. Neighbors dont respect your area and end up parking in front of your house, neighbors are very disrespectful, I have found trash, beer bottles, and ketchup littering my yard, my trashcan, and the steps leading up to my house

Front office does a horrible job of communication with their residents. They’re very friendly when you’re trying to rent/buy from them but once you’ve done that they only want your money every month and do not really care about your experience while living here. Our mail box has been broken for the past 2-3 months now and has not been fixed! We’ve signed up for the lawn service program which we pay monthly and no one has came out to service our lawn.. not a very good experience overall living here. Front office could use some help!

My family and I has lived within the Mesquite Green community for nearly six months . The move in process was smooth for the most part. I see myself and my family potentially growing here .

Great neighbors and beautiful land scape

Worst place ever to live & when trying to talk to the office Mark does everything possible to piss you off so that he can shut down & not talk to you anymore, then will call the police on you if you refuse to leave because you want to resolve the matter. Every time you try to talk, he sits there & talks over you & acts like a 5 year old. He doesnt let you get a word in. They constantly attack you if your not a sheep like everyone else & fall in line to follow their rules. Then last year towards the end of the year they sent out a notice on new rules & told everyone to sign & turn in. I refused & told him if he wants people to follow new rules that he needs to draw up a new contact. I also told him that if he wants Id gladly sign a new contract but that he would have to cut my rent in half for my basically nonexistent lot. He of course refused saying that I had to follow the new rules & that he would enforce them even if I didnt sign the paper. I told him that he could tell me to clean the yard & mow it, as is their requirements but to try to start telling me what I can & cant do inside of my own home is crossing the line & if he so much as tried I would sue. Also my contract says that my rent is not late & does not access a fee until after the 6th which means the fee starts applying in the 7th. If I ever have an issue that Ill need to pay on the 6th they start telling me that the new rules state that I will be charged a late fee even with letting them know whats going on because they dont care. I tell him to check my contract & that its the only thing I must abide by & he refuses to check. By the way, this management is out of rolling hills because any time they put a manager in our office, I explain whats happening to them once I see that they are nice, they start trying to do the right thing &ntry to help people in our community & end up getting fired or relocated because they dont want people who help the residents, they want people who will make the residents miserable. They also raise the rent twice a year & in just 2 years I went from paying $530 to $600 because of how many times they raised it, in part they claim that its for the amenities they provide us which is a pool that is open like 4 weeks out of the entire year. They also claim to pay a part of the community water bill but when asked to see the information, they refuse to provide it further showing that they have no intention of showing proof for 2 reasons. Reason 1, they arent paying for the water at all & 2 they dont want to show that they charge different residents different water fees based on their like or dislike of that customer. They also put severe restrictions on all children residing there basically saying that they are no longer allowed to play outside, plus no roller blading, no skate boarding, no playing soccer or any sport really. Plus we cant put ANYTHING outside our homes without permission first, my neighbor had put up a really nice wire butterfly & was forced to take it down or face $100 fine. If you want to expand or replace your porch, you have to ask permission & they only give you like 3 days to complete it, on top of the design plans that they want you to provide showing the end result along with before & after pictures. They dont allow any childrens outside toys to be left out on the porch even if they are left neatly & if you want to put patio furniture you again must ask permission. They now also want the residents to start treating the lawns so that they look like the golf club type grass, that & they want us to start maintaining their trees that are behind the homes but we have to ask permission before cutting them. They have flat out told me they wanted me gone but when I told them I would happily leave & that all they had to do is to pay to move my home to which they laughed in my face & said it was cute. Then Mike proceeded to say that all he has to do is file eviction for whatever he wants & take me to court & if he wins he gets my house & if he loses Im forced out & have to pay for my own home removal.

They never fix stuff fast and never nice to people this place to live u live so scard cause u never know when u wake up with no problems the only thing is communication never a nice friendlu face from the lady there i lost my home and friends there

The manager is not good the place is way to high on rent & they dont know how to be nice to other people
