Great place too live...if your thinking of moving here I recommend buying honestly in the end its better then renting also cheaper...1st thing first..community is up kept & is strict on the up keeping of the mini yard..which does get annoying but its worth it makes the area look more like a house community & they do tow cars if its not on your lot or in visitors..which is annoying but helps keep people from parking in the fire lane...some pot wholes around the community but get patched from time to time..elementary school near by which is good but also con is the highschool & middle school are farther apart...besides that for the price its worth it great place raise kids ..ps on a side note make sure you check your home head too toe when you buy...because they give you the year buyer insurance to fix or adjust anything wrong with place in the first year...
Pretty decent community where I still live, the property manager is a good lady. Never had a problem. Of course I do pay my bills on time at the first of the month. Unlike some of the people I have read reviews from who are having problems because they arent catered to and seem to run late a lot.
I did not go to this place
We applied to live here after touring a unit and speaking with the leasing manager, Elizabeth, in late March.I was told that to apply, I must apply as a co-applicant with my boyfriend, who is the sole bread winner in the household and I am a stay-at-home mom. I do not have the best credit, but was told I must apply as a co-applicant and could not apply as just an occupant. Elizabeth said she would call us. She never called us and it took 3 days to get an answer. We were denied based on my credit (even though my boyfriend has good credit). So I asked if we could edit the application to remove me, and suddenly the answer to this was yes and Elizabeth told me she would call me back Monday. She never called, so we headed over to the property and she FINALLY answered at 1120 saying we go to lunch at 1130. I told her we were already on the way, so she put me on hold to speak to the manager. She came back telling me that even if my boyfriend applied on his own, he would not be approved due to his credit. For the record, the Yes! Communities corporate policy states that a low credit score (he has NO delinquent accounts) can be made up for with a higher deposit. I asked about this, and Elizabeth told me that they dont do that. I asked if we could apply at a different property, and she told me policy wouldnt allow that either. So we were repeatedly blown off by Elizabeth, and then LIED to.I know we were lied to because immediately after we called another Yes! Communities property, who let us reapply with my as a tenant and not an applicant, and we were approved and my boyfriends credit approved with a higher deposit. What Elizabeth was saying was corporate policy wasnt corporate policy at all, but rather for some reason they did not want us living in their community. We are now renting a nice unit in another Yes! Communities community and we are very happy here and have not had to deal with being blown off here. So, if you are interested in a mobile home with Yes! Communities, go to literally any other property. The leasing manager here will not respect your time or you.
I didnt hate or lose living here, personal reasons. Management is friendly and willing to work with you. They will tow your vehicle for being parked on the street at night. Its hard to get someone to answer the phone in the office. But other then the random noisey neighbor, its a good place to live.
Love this place. The staff in the office are professional and help with any request I need on a timely basis. Very friendly and the community is very quiet. Have had no issues and would highly recommend this community. Great place to live!
Great Place To Live,Buying Our Home,Love The Office People Their Understanding And Very Upfront.
Nice n clean
Ok I guess. Only thing is they will go in your home when you arent there. Called their Gold Key Service. You better do your service when Im home because things were missing out of my home! But Zandra from the office is very nice and respectful!
We love our new home. The staff is great and very forth coming. They get the job done!
Pretty big I got lost a few times but I found where I belong when I got the map of the place
Quiet nice area clean and big nice houses and it may be a mobile home but it is very nice... With very nice people and houses...
I have friends who live here, nice clean community.
I was interested in getting a home here but the office was closed and I know someone was inside I even waited and watched her leave and get in her car and drive off . When I first walked up the golf cart was outside but once we saw they said they were closed we walked back to the car and the golf cart was gone. Ok so we said we’ll wait maybe they are showing a unit but no one ever came back so I think they put the golf cart in the garage while we were in the front the golf cart was in the back, so while we were waiting seen no one until 1:53pm they close @ 2. She walked fast and got in her car and left. Now what type of service is that we were really interested in this community but not anymore. Customer service is not good especially if this happened to us no telling they probably do this to everyone that lives there especially for ppl who can’t make it in until an hour before they close. I do not recommend .
Nice an clean
Is this rent to own ?
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! First heater didn’t work during the winter then the house stayed 84 degrees all summer. This trailer was INFESTED with mice and ants. $300 mo electric bill because of the AC. I was told it needed to be replaced by repair man but they never did. I called the police EVERY WEEKEND the entire year I lived there because of the noise. Men would knock on my door claiming to be maintenance and try opening my door! I am not kidding you, this place is TRASH!!!!!! The very first time I was ever late I was evicted. I tried to pay them and they wouldn’t take it because the fees they added. Even though I never received a bill for the late fees. I do not know how they have good reviews, honestly. Cars get broken into constantly. Some even get stolen. This place is a joke.
Always a pleasant experience.
Made an Appointment and had to wait outside for 2hrs thinking how long is their lunch. Never got Seen btw nor did i get a Courtesy call about me coming to visit but now the home is leased.
