Dont lease here. I have lived her for 6 years. The best service I have received was back when I first leased up. MISTY WAS EXCELLENT. The past three years have been hell. The office staff that they have continuously replace is getting worse on every turn. The current staff is HORRIBLE. No one want to take accountability for things that are verbalize to the residence incorrect. Every time you go in the office, it is like you are bothering them. The manager always seems to have an attitude and is not personable at all. In case your wondering, yes, I am doing all in my power to get away from here but I am trying to warn others before they enter this hell hole.The best part of the staff is Michael B. He is the lead maintenance man and he is very nice. Other than that, the other maintenance that they hire all have criminal records, but they want you to feel safe allowing these people in your home. If you do lease here, let it be a last resort. Please do not say you were not warned.

They keep raising rent. Not fair for the ELDERLY that have lived there forever. No better than any other park.

Live here now.. they never clen, the lake is nasty. There is trash all over the park. The rows are very ugly. They tow cars that are perfectly park in the houses and cars that are in the row they dont take. They told us we needed new parking stikers but some people need to work and can’t take time out of work when ever they need to chanche no new sparking stikers. I gave one star because thats as low i can rate

They Are Greattt..... Im so excited my new house from the community the office staff is amazing the manager (alejandra) wonderful ! This is a blessing this is my BLESSING Im so grateful with yes communities! Ben is also wonderful

Just moved in today and I got a brand new mobile home so so far its been very nice but I will rate again in one month. Also the staff is very nice and professional and seem to be adding new development and better conveniences and staying on top of any concerns. So I can say that the staff is really good so far

Mold in house. Never ever treated the problem. Management does not take care of issues. They only care about filling vacant spots.

Management changes so much it is ridiculous. Management spends wayy too much time try to enforce rules before they will fix anything. They tend to pick on residents who have been here a long time. I received a parking violation for a car that was out of plain site on concrete blocks behind my house but they seemed to have purposely overlooked the wreck non working Jaguar directly across the street from my home. I keep my yard very manicured but other homes have 5 inches of grass or more growing. Double standard managing. The only reason I am still here is that the rent for my 3 br, 2 bath is very low for this area and I love the country. I try to adhere to ALL the rules to keep down friction but it pisses me off that management wont enforce the same adherence for the rest of the community. Once they get someone who TRULY knows how to manage this property, it may be great again. Best manager they had was Misty! Weigh ALL your options before deciding on staying here. Its OK but it once was GREAT!

Stay away from any and all yes! communities... horrable up keep on homes very stricked with everything very tow happy and neglect anything that is not a quick fix but will threaten to evict you at the drop of a hat

Worst place to live. They never help you with anything. They take DAYS even WEEKS to come out for one thing. Ive had mold in my house for atleast a year before they even acknowledged us. Our floor was even falling through and they didnt care at all. They honestly dont even deserve one star. I dont recommend anyone living here. They have HORRIBLE costumer service and the people in the office are RUDE and very UNHELPFUL.

Its the best trailer park in the area. Thats not saying much at all, but if your looking for cheap rent, this is your place.

Lived here for over 3 years. Previous managers cleaned up this area drastically!! Use to love living here. There are ppl here that should not be here. There are ppl here that make me have to sit outside on my porch with a 9MM in order to smoke a cigarette. Because its unsafe here now. If we had a place to move this trailer, we would! 6 months ago!

A decent yet sometimes wild place..

Lived here before and loved it. Had so many wonderful memories with my husband and daughter.

Park is nice, fairly quite, new management not very good, office is always closed and they dont make sure ALL residents are held to the same rules.

Seems to be a clean, and very family oriented mobile home community.

My lake is drying up!! I throw a bucket full of fiji water every night in hopes it fills back up So many memories.
