Looks like they have really been working on improvements to the community. Hopefully they will be able to accommodate my 3br 2 ba request by November. Very courteous office staff.

Very run down and trailers are not worth what they charge for rent. Couldnt even get them to put in clean carpet or a fresh coat of paint but yet they charge a full months rent for deposit.

I enjoyed my time talking to Daniel shes very nice and very helpful. I pray we get our trailer for me and my family

Card always never worked and kids very loud

They are trying to get new trailers in

They have poor maintenance theyre also seem to be doing a lot to benefit themselves and not the tents that stay here they went up on the property only to build new homes for the better of their business poor living arrangement
