So he can cheat disabled and elderly people out of their properties for profit. He trades less valuable mobile homes for more expensive ones. Hoping youll have to walk away from it so he doesnt have to pay anything. He makes up bogus reasons to evict you. To STEAL YOUR PROPERTY. Hes been making money doing this. This is ileagal. Its also ileagal for a owner to sell a trailer that has defective wiring and is. According to Missouri Owner tenant laws of Mo. He needs to be in jail for his practices.
