They fixed the important things. And the rent is cheap. The secretary is fantastic, and the maintenance guy is kind of a douche. Another s***** thing, is you almost need 4 wheel drive to navigate to the park. The road through the park full of ruts and holes.

Although I wasnt robbed or physically harmed, its just a matter of time. Its a pretty rough neighborhood out there. On a positive note, Im sure you could find a good lawnmower mechanic there or possibly a pharmisist.

Need repair on the pavement throughout the trailer park. I dont live there, but members of my family do. They pay high lot rent and deserve to drive through without tearing up their vehicles.

Wow burned out trailers some falling down this place is horrible i bet meth is plentiful here..bedbugs rats you name it

You can see alot of abounded trailers. Bring value down and crime up.

Run down trailer court. Many trailers obviously abandoned. Holes in the road big enough to tear your car up and youre not going 5 mph.

Used to be a nice place to live but its gone to hell now. The county should close it down. Or the sheriff should raid it the close it.

Dirty as hell,I went there to pick trash up,because the people there are lazy, and dirty,by the way I dont even live there,but there trash is all over the place.

Trailer court that has not been taken care of. Quite a few run down and abandoned trailers makes it quite the eye-sore. But a lot of people live there yet the owner doesnt even try to have the roads repaired. There are big holes all throughout the whole place. If you go over 2 miles an hour youre probably going to tear your car up in some way

Same huge potholes that have been there for years. Trailers looking worse for ware. However its less noisy and rough then it used to be.

A nice and fair place to live... And they actually mow the lawn for us !!! Wow,,, thats a first

I went in two weeks ago, filled out a bunch of paperwork only to be told that the main person wasnt there. I would be contacted in two days. After two weeks, I am still waiting. I was never shown a trailer or even told if they had anything to rent.

Horrible Ive had a huge hole in my master bathroom for 3 yrs. The hot water heater quits working all the time. He doesnt care about his property or his tenants. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Hauled a couch here. Got stuck in the massive crater at the entrance to the park. Guess the owners dont care of vehicle maintaince. Typical of trailer parks in this area.
