It is a terrible place. It looks like prison cell blocks. No office he talks to you thru a drawer through a window like a drive thru bank has.It seems like there is alot of people hang out by the office building which is a trailer. To me it seems like people who are in a gang or drug addicts. I would not feel comfortable living there. I was afraid driving around the mobile park. All the trailers look exactly the same white trailers.

Heres the deal...Is this a perfectly fine place to live on a budget? Definitely. Been Very pleased with our time here so far. (A few weeks) We have had no problem getting ahold of maintenance when needed, our house has been functional and the neighbors have been quiet and courteous.*** edit: wanted to update, as we have now been here for a few months... ***Honestly, living here has been great. I updated from 4 to 5 stars. Simple, easy- its pretty quiet on most nights and days. No issues with any of the utilities! I have lived a lot of places, in many states, and this has been one of the most laid back stays to date. It has been perfect.

Its where I live. Its an ok place to live. I think the rent is a bit high giving you have to deal with cockroaches and mice and neighbors disregards for the rules noise. Honestly I couldnt recommend living here. But if you dont have any other alternatives its okay.. that is my honest opinion after living here for 2 years..

It is the best to live here peaceful, calmful, and great neighborhood to live in.

Codes need to inspect these trailers. Some of the widows are rotting out. The leaks are VERY BAD an ceilings inside are leaked through to the point its holes there. Big holes in the street

Its a place to live.. Nothing more.. Are better places just might cost more.. you pay for what you get..

They should really do something about the bugs in their trailers.

Dont move here, I lived here and someone tried to break in the first week I was there. My friend was stabbed to death here after he tried to live here and his home was broken into. Horrible place!

Pros: Management is good n maintenance is polite n fast. Its just one bill for it all including water trash n maintenance n lawn care. Cons:too be pc about it lets just say its infested on multiple levels. Too many people in other peoples buisness. Bug problems.cat problems.skunk problems. Highly watched area.

Roach infested mobile homes. Lots of Hispanic drug dealers hanging out. Not a good place.

Ill pick up a friend for work there roads are pretty bad

Its just a bit dirty and the streets need a fixen bad.

Garbage everywhere you look.

Its a good place to live.

Place is rough. I guess it could be ok if you were just starting out and needed a place to lay your head for a short time while you figure things out.
