This trailer park has possibly the most work vans in the Sputheast. Highly reccomend.

Honestly I’ve lived here for half of my life and yea it wasn’t such a “nice” place but I feel like everyone lived more comfortable. Now with the new owners and management it feels like you aren’t allowed to live freely and how you want to live. Also,things are getting better as in the environment but not so much. They are raising rent prices and are charging for way more stuff but still can’t finish things they promise. Then they leave people without water, there is always some type of problem with the water it either doesn’t work for like a day or there’s small amounts of water coming out and there’s kids who live here that like to be clean and that have to use bathroom. If your gonna charge extra at least they could have things running well. With the old owner we never had anything missing ever water was always running,dumpsters were clean it never smelled like dead animals and trash. If we ever needed anything like replacing stuff at our homes he had someone to go fix it for us and we payed him. Now they charge us for everything but won’t even help to fix a thing that is a necessity for some people and we have to find our own ways. Kids aren’t even allowed to go outside and people who live here can’t even have people over i honestly think that’s the most stupidest thing ever people have families and friends. They are literally wanting to control they way people live. So people can say that the new management or owners or whatever are way better now and that everything looks better but they don’t know what actually happens. They are people’s a** all the time about having they’re yards clean but they tell people they are going to come get the trees they cut down of they’re yard but it’s been over a month and haven’t done anything and they put the dumpster infront on the entrance, that makes it look very unprofessional and clean.

I grew up here, the change is incredible... I moved to get away from there but now it wouldnt be so bad to raise a family there!

They are improving a lot, paving the streets, trimming trees, cleaning and make tenants clean landscape, no more loudy music, no more noisy and drunk people hanging around, certainly make some major changes. Just management need some attention on request being on time with complaints.

10-12..STILL no Power.. If U can find another place 2 live, by all means TAKE IT..DO NOT MOVE HERE..YOU WERE WARNED!!10-3.. I was just at the office here & I saw 1 of the managers pull up in his big white truck..I believe his name is Major..But U kno what..he sat in his truck until I pulled off..Debra wasnt there at that time & whichever position is his..he COULD have assisted me..hell Im at the office so he should know I need something..I wanted my mailbox keys...but he did NOT budge..I sat at the stop sign till Deborah pulled up & he jumped right out of his truck..I hv the feeling he doesnt like me & now the feeling is Sooooo MUTUAL..and I STILL dont have power after ALL this dayum time..I wont be asking that Major fellow anything..EVER..Wasnt a nice meeting with that Major guy!Deborah- the Parks manager here let me know that they have over 200 residents & I guess Im just a bother by constantly asking when the electrician will be coming 2 my place 2 do what he should have done initially...I mean arent I included in that number?!GOOD RIDDANCE TO REALLY BAD RUBBISH!!

Is a neighborhood with good people but have as others issues with laud music, trash in the streets and stray dogs and cats. Is not the best one but is the home of many people.

Streets are damaged, landlord dont take care of that place, and is a Drug sellers Spot.
