I was very up front about the trohble I had been in but wasnt anymore told the everthing said they need ed background check for us still I said no problem and payed rhe man 80.00 in cash I was denied next day for same tho.g I told the man I had done I was honesty and he new I had trouble in past still took my money tho and told me no still u npt tell me when I was up front the first time and say I cant rent to felon s not take my money ive payed my tine I work for a living and that is wrong never again will I pay cash for rent backgeound check

Been living here three years now. Hardly any trouble at all. Management are friendly and helpful. Ended up buying a trailer even. One of the quieter parts of town for sure. Some bad eggs earlier but they have been evicted.

Been here 5 yrs ..all the drug people been arrested and or evicted .been working hard to clean this place up and fix things..its been long hard road to get the park the way it is know..freindly,peaceful, helpful people .there always Gona be a bad egg or 2 in the crowed..we have 7 security cameras in park,playground in progress for kids and in constant contact with the police with the camera findings and speeders .anything goes wrong in this park Im on top of it day or night..

Bad place do not move your kids here they charge you for using well water and add taxes to your rent of the trailer you are renting then the neighbors are racist and they are doing some illegal drug smuggling out here as well
