They take very good care of the park. They had a main valve break and called me to fix it asap! Very efficient!

I live here. For awhile its been through new MGMT. The staff are friendly. They do make sure its not bad to live here. Theres a kids park. A dog walk area. A stocked pond. The street addresses suck. You can get lost. I think I will tell them about that. Ive been here a couple of years. They like to keep the place looking nice

The park is not really kept up.The road has alot of speed bumps and not maintained.The lot rent is ridiculously high for a little lot, $350.00 month.There is also alot of trash from other neighborrs.Neighbors that they dont pick up trash from around there home.Residents have big dogs off of leashes and leave big Tootsie rolls in your yard. They are suppose to pick up after there pet.They are suppose to have on leashes.For the money paid here they should keep alot nicer and maintained by owners in California or mgt.
