They are not enforcing the mask mandate which is to hell keep all safe while still enjoying the fun.

We used to really enjoy their pizza and boneless wings. Something about them lately just hasnt been on par. The wings were salty and lacked sauce. They were also cold(picked up at the time allotted), hard and had a stale taste to them. The pizza was also salty and seemed to not have the usual amount of cheese. We were looking forward to our PPP night but ended in dissatisfaction. This seems to have been an ongoing trend lately.

Pizza, bone-in wings, boneless breaded wings, salad, desserts. Pleasant, attentive staff and spacious dining room, games galore.

I usually order takeout from this location. This is one of the better Peter Piper Pizzas in the valley. Prices are reasonable, especially for larger orders. I have only occasionally had an incorrect, or delayed order. They are taking reasonable precautions to protect customers from COVID-19.

Never in my life would I have thought Id be a regular customer of Peter Piper Pizza, but three kids and dozens of birthday parties later... Here I am! That being said, we love this location. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Chyna especially provides excellent customer service and is very friendly, consistently. My kids love it here and I enjoy being able to drink a beer, eat some pizza and play ski ball with my family. Well be back for the next birthday party!

My husband and I frequently come here for the buffet, the food is always great. The customer service here has always been pretty good, but today it was great, the manager Justin asked if we wanted to request anything special, my husband and I usually only eat pepperoni pizza so we were fine with what was out. However, we brought our toddler niece with us and she loves the Mac & Cheese, my husband asked if they rotate days they put it out and Justin replied with, Yes, but I will make a small batch for you guys! After it was done cooking, he brought it directly to our table. My niece was so excited and my husband and I were impressed!

To much sauce on my pizza

It is basically a casino for kids, but my kids enjoy it. Nice variety of games for them to play, wide range of skill levels. They are actually pretty generous with the tickets you win. This location is super supportive of our school, which keeps bringing us back.

I called in a order for 10-Mild Buffalo Wings and 10-Plain Wings. When placing the order with the female who was very nice we discussed a pizza as well I declined to get one. When picking up my order the manager a tall slender kid I beloved named Gilbert asked me you didn’t get a pizza ? I said no I only ordered wings. He looked thoroughly disgusted and I said to be nice well I’ll buy it if you discount it a little to be nice. He didn’t even respond and then I believe looked for whoever I spoke too and the girl who rang me up was very nice but this young manager kid has no skills with customer service or communication which is pathetic if you’re managing customers and fellow employees. Not happy with his lack of communication and I rate him a ZERO and all the other staff a 5 because they did their job with a smile and it’s appreciated.

Had a great time but the tokens go so fast. All the machine require 2 tokens each, so the money doesnt last very long. Which is to bad for kids

This is definitely a great Peter piper. I would definitely recommend this Peter piper in the East valley area. The staff is kind and friendly, we felt welcome and taken care of. The lunch buffet was delicious, even the special requests we both made. I stuffed myself on all you can eat and still felt good. I was definitely too full but it was worth it. Each bite was the awesome flavor we go to Peter Pipers for, each slice a trip to paradise. The store felt cool and clean, the tables and floor showed for it. This is a nice restaurant and the area its in, great

Some of the games are down, but none of the good ones.

The pizza is the normal cardboard stuff you would expect at a PPP. Several games ate tokens and didnt allow us to play. The drinks are absurdly expensive for fountain drinks, so if you are coming to redeem free kids pizza coupons like me, you would be better off getting pizza to go and doing a picnic at the park with drinks from the grocery store; Youll save 25 bucks or more that way.

We really like the original crust pizza at Peter Piper Pizza. The sauce has a good flavor and the toppings are cooked just enough so that they are slightly crispy around the edges. The employees are friendly and make the effort to provide an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately the service is uneven from visit to visit leading to long wait times on occasion. Either starting a pizza on time gets missed or has to be remade for us because we request light sauce. The product as a whole is good and we will return, just not as often as we used to.

We were throwing and birthday party for our 5 year old son and found Peter Piper has always been really reasonable on the prices and lots of fun games to enjoy. They had the table set up before we arrived, were super friendly and made sure everything was timed perfectly. The only problem we ran into was a couple of the less popular games were down.

Great lunchtime all you can eat buffet line for reasonable price. Self serve Coke rand drink machine with purchase of drink. Great place to meet up as group, kids party or family gatherings. We love to bring grandkids here during school breaks and my teens really eat their moneys worth at the buffet. I stop during the week with my retired friends for lunch and scrabble or just to eat and visit. Great incentive for kids to earn a trip here for good grades etc.

Fun place to take the kids to play. Great AC, pizza is good, parking is free and the games are cheap....seriously, one token! It does get crowded so keep that in mind.

We joined a bunch of family and friends to celebrate one of our grandsons 1st birthday. Lots of older grandkids kept us busy playing arcade games and eating good pizza and gobbling down exceptionally delicious cupcakes from Sams Club and a homemade chocolate cake my wife made. Peter Piper really welcomes and enhances birthday parties for kids.

Took my 6 year old grandson today during lunch time buffet. Food was good and he had a blast playing the games. He even got his sister (who wasnt with us) some things with his tickets! It wasnt that busy and workers were right there when you needed them.

The place was perfectly populated on a Friday early evening. Enough kids to have around but not too many to be chaotic. Came home with an awesome prize - Nerf cross bow! I wish pizza could be cooked faster but the flavor keeps getting better and better so its simply something to strive for. Attendant to the kids (prize booth) and games was a trainee and she was terrific! Replenished empty tickets in machine and was available for questions. Great evening!

Terrible customer service! Had to wait in a long line for 15 minutes to pick up my pizza that was ready and it was a to go order. They do not have anyone working the pick up area anymore. My pizza was cold and not good!!! Very disappointed! Peter Piper use to be my favorite. Not anymore.

This was my 20 year favorite pizza place! But everytime I go in there it gets worse and worse! Today ordered a ex large pizza with extra sauce and it was dry ! It was also burned on the bottom and the cheese was over cooked! I will definitely never go back here again! It was so gross I threw it away!

Horribly managed! Worst Peter Piper Experience we have ever had. Workers were rude. They were CONSTANTLY behind on the buffet. No one seemed to be aware of what was going on. Our “family” time was spent apart waiting. So so disappointed!

Pizza is average but a good price for families. I was disappointed in the video games. Half of the ones my kids wanted to play didnt work. Because of this the selection for younger children was lacking.
