This review is really for the pro shop inside the alley. I went in today looking to buy a bowling ball for the first time. I dont know a lot about bowling but wanted something that at least fits my fingers compared to an alley ball. The lady working there was super nice and spent about 30 minutes helping me pick out a ball and fit it. No products were pushed on me and they didnt try to take advantage of a noobie. I bowled a game with it and came back to get it drilled a bit more and she was super helpful. Great experience and I would highly recommend going there to bowl and get a ball.

“Best Birthday Party ever!” said our 5 year old.We reserved our party online and everything worked so smoothly. Joanna sent an email immediately letting us know what to expect and gave us her contact information for future communication. We confirmed the reservation with her the day before the party.The day of the party, we were greeted immediately by Chris (manager at Bowlero) and Brice letting us know where we would be setting up and offered to help with anything we needed. We talked about the schedule for the day and how to get bowlers entered into the lane. As soon as our party guests arrived, they were told to grab shoes and escorted to our area. Food arrived as expected and was delicious. Everything had warmers on it so food stayed nice and yummy throughout the event.I highly recommend having your next party at Bowlero Kyrene. Chris and Brice made everything so easy. We will definitely be back!

Fun place to drink and blow.

Walked in to go bowling and every single lane was full and not a single person was wearing a mask. I’m all for supporting businesses but you weren’t taking any precautions at all so we decided to leave. I’m not scared to go out or scared to get sick but you should still be taking the precautions to help keep people safe.

I loved this place. Me and my friends tried to go to main event and it was totally packed. There was a 3 hour wait... We didn’t have three hours to sit around so we googled other bowling alleys and found this place. There were multiple lanes open and we got a spot right away. It was so much better than main event and I’m so grateful to have found this place. It’s cheaper, less crowded, and we all had an awesome time. I’m definitely coming back.

My son LOVES his bowling league every Saturday!! Its clean, the staff is super friendly and accomidating.

Not doing a good job of social distancing or extra cleaning. When you have a much smaller staff working,how are you supposed to do all the extra things. And every lane was being used. Not every other lane. Very disappointed!

I love getting out and spending time with my oldest daughter and her boyfriend. I am glad they enjoy bowling and spending time together. It is fun to take time out of our busy weeks to get in some fun and entertainment. The 2 for 2.22 Tuesdays are a really great deal. She is a member of their rewards club and it has great benefits. May join a league soon and get our own bowling balls!

Fun spot with decent beer prices

Ur better off driving 2 Scottsdale. The other one.way way better. 4 the prices Scottsdale is best. Never could find a good ball.we had 2 share a lane with strangers. The food was high price 4 every thing. And someone came over asking 4 money donation. Did nt like that.was my first visit. Could not enjoy my self.

This place is pretty good. Bowling prices on Friday nights are pretty damn good. $13 a person, as many games as you can bowl from ten to close. Bathrooms definitely need some work. Beer selection is lacking and the sevice is slow. Otherwise pretty good place.

Best time to go on Friday night is when they open at 4. Not crowded.

I am from California; every time I come Arizona I have a lot of fun bowling at this place.

Kind of my home alley and great for getting some practice games in during weekdays. Mostly posting this review because I cant believe Jahnae Mendivil said Im very unhappy with the food menu of this place nothing but fatty greasy food. Duh its bar food just like virtually every other bowling alley. Must not spend much time in bowling alleys if looking for health food. SMDH at public.

Went here with a Groupon deal. Its an older location, no real arcade and it shows its age a bit. If you just want to bowl and have some junk food, its great.

Old place need updating, need the bowl changes lot of scratches, need more kid games n food. Price is too expensive both for game n food.

Overall experience was good; staff was very accommodating. My heart goes out to the “one” guy working the concessions/bar/ and delivering food the first hour on Father’s Day!!!

Twenty min wait just for the manager to get off his personal cell phone so we could actually get a lane. Arcade (which is the only reason we went to this location instead of the Ray location) was a joke. Beer was overpriced. Food was bowling alley food so not much different than expected except for how much it cost. Overall will throw away an arcade card with seven dollars left on it bc I will not be returning. This place was great when it was a Brunswick. New management is obviously not going well.

My daughter had her birthday party here this past weekend and we were very pleased. Chris (the manager) was very welcoming and accommodating to our requests. I believe our servers name was Jamie and she was wonderful. She had a great attitude and was very helpful. The party was nice and easy and the kids all had a great time. Thank you Brunswick Zone Kyrene Lanes for a great party!

Great place. Was involved in a league, staff was friendly and great.

This has being a family favorite for about 15 years. The customer service is great its pretty clean and the food is excellent. The only downside is there is still smoking in one area.

Love the atmosphere, the lanes are too oily, everything in the place is coated in oil. Other alleys are not like this

Staff was incredibly helpful made our experience fantastic!

Walked in around 6pm tonight and was first greated by a subpar arcade that they overhype on their website (only have 6 or 7 machines/games) and then was NOT greeted by the manager on his personal cell phone for 20 minutes while we waited. I mean a girl in the group had to actually ask him if we should leave before he helped us. Take your business elsewhere because this place is overpriced for the service you receive.

Great place not crowded and the guy at the front desk was very helpful. Oh and the lady bartender on Friday night was awesome and made a mean watermelon drink dont remember what it was called but it was yumilicous.

I expressed my concerns to the manager So hopefully no one else has to deal with her! People go bowling to have Fun, blow off steam, blow time, hangout or whatever... Bad customer service should never play a part in any bowling alley!

Great service and atmosphere with the cosmic bowling. Drinks were reasonably priced too and Jorge was great at helping us out!

I am a frequent bowler I often enjoy vists to kyrene lanes the most recent time I went me and my friends were Harassed when asked for bumpers and were not allowed to finish are game due to a employee error ( a teenager named Joshua who had poor customer service) I would recommend driving an extra two minutes to the other bowling ally and skip the trouble of dealing with discrepant employees.

Vary nice but vary expensive

I brought my 16 year old son & 8 of his friends here to bowl for part of his 16th Birthday Party. The staff was friendly & helpful. The kids had a great time! This place is great.

The bowling portion of my experience was pretty good. Friendly staff and service. Food was edible to say the least.

The beer is cold, their loaded nachos werent bad and service was pretty good. The balls could be better but we still had fun. Ill be coming back!

Going once a week in a league. Lanes are well kept.

I have mixed feels about this bowling alley. It has 40 lanes. I love the setup of the lanes and seating. Each lane has a table and a console, the tables are staggered, 4 seats to a table. The pro shop guy is fantastic, and knowledgable.When leagues are playing, they usually take up lanes 1-30, leaving about 10 lanes or more open depending on the size of the league playing. These open lanes are usually super oily slick. Which means that my balls do not hook as much. YRMV. Otherwise I enjoy going here to bowl.

Good place where we can enjoy bowl ball

This place is terrible. They have the worst balls of any alley I have been to. The finger holes are all too small and sharp. The employees are also very unhelpful and the quality of the alley is very good, if this were the 70s.

Good amount of lanes and a couple of pool tables, stay clear of the kids games though it will eat your coins

Im very unhappy with the food menu of this place nothing but fatty greasy food. And with me just having my gallbladder removed I have to be careful with what I eat I cannot process red meats and greasy foods so I asked the person working at the front desk and the manager if it was OK if I went and got some broccoli from next-door at the Chinese food restaurant and eat it here mind you me and my clan have paid to bowl and I was told no flat out! I feel that it is unfair I feel like if I choose to bowl at your location I should not be forced to eat your food especially when its not in the best interest of my body and my health issues I dont know of anyone with the last review thats an upper management but if so I highly recommend that you update your menu with some things on it that wont kill people and be mindful of allergies medical health reasons and issues of why you should not force someone to at your establishment once they have paid to ball in your place of business are used to really like this place until this has happened like I said I hope someone from upper management sees this and make some changes but from now on I will no longer be bowling at your facility thank you very much for trying to kill me! And PS if I wouldve known what you guises menu look like I wouldve of eaten before!
