First time doing a Birthday party here and it was the absolutely best. My son is behaviorally challenged and his big smile was absolutely worth the money spent. Alex and the rest of the staff was absolutely awesome!!!!

Great place of reasonable price for kids party or fun time. Food is also good. I loved platter and wings. Kids also loved appearance and dance with Chuck E. Cheese.

Was super clean and staff was really friendly and food was fine. Only reason for four stars vs five was limited staff assuredly due to staffing limits because of virus safety.All in all good.

We loved it. It was our first time there. Place was clean and organized. Staff was sanitizing the whole time. Food was really good, I was surprised for their pizza, the crust was just perfect! Good service, went on a Tuesday afternoon . Was empty beside a couple other parties. Was sad we didnt get to see Chuck E. During the duration of our visit .Need better toys and gifts For ticket prizes the selection is pretty weak..Food was hot staff was nice .They were sanitizing games constantly.I would like to see the hand sanitizer stations stand out a little more . Took the family here yesterday. Everyone had a great time playing games and getting tickets. Prices for the packages seemed reasonable. Out of 80 tokens only had issues on 3 machines. Staff was quick to give us our tokens back and service the machines. I know were not going here for award winning pizza or snacks. Cheese sticks were not cooked well and cheese pizza with extra cheese was not very cheesy. Overall customer service was great. Games were a blast to play. Will certainly be heading back to tucker out the little one.

Alot of the games were turned off. There was proper social distancing set up regarding seating arrangements. There was one person working the whole place that night. Or at least one we saw when we entered. When we claimed our prizes, and when we purchased our food. My daughter enjoyed herself of course. But it was looking a little run down. Kind of sad

One of our favorite spots to go to as a family and birthday celebrations. I absolutely love the staff here they are very friendly and funny. It’s a great family oriented place and super busy even saying that the games are always great in good condition and working. And love the salad bar and great pizza!

Host Monica needs be more Polite and Smile more and not be on her phone while taking our order. Was very rude to us and family, maybe is time to get rid off her or retraine her.

I will say this is the cleanest Chuck E Cheese Iv ever been to! All the games look brand new, high chairs are very well cleaned, all the booths are spotless, not a single piece of trash on the floor this place looks brand new!! Also the Staff is super friendly!! Great job guys!

Salad bar is clean and the pizza is delicious. They have a lot of rides and games. The machines still use tokens which is fantastic (as it is easier to manage your kids spending with coins that the newer Chuck e cheeses card systems). The employees and the rides are all clean.

We love this place! Very clean and organized. We also really like the staff. The GM, Shelya was very friendly & helped me get creative with an upcoming bday party since they are not allowing for bday reservations during Covid. During our visits the staff is always around helping and I feel like they really enjoy their job. Also, the pizza is REALLY good. I was pleasantly surprised with how great it was! We visit a few times a month & im just so happy it’s open for kids to enjoy! We will be coming back more!

Surprisingly, it was only my second time inside a Chuck E. Cheese. I didnt stay long the first time but today I was surprised to see the level of crowd in there. Apparently, even more popular for kids birthday parties than I imagined.Total germ-fest with less than decent grub (read pizza type food) but the kids definitely had fun! Chuck E. Cheese trying to make them feel like stars for the day and making them dance was a good move. Plenty of arcade/fair style contrivances to keep the toddlers to teenagers entertained. For what they do, the staff was pretty good. Saw a kid throw up right before we left. Mental note to be careful mixing up their food and some activities.

Love this location and it’s staff! Such a great place for our kids. We will continue bring our boys here! With Covid and everything going on we feel safe bringing our little ones here to get out and have fun! This place is clean, and taking all the necessary measures to entertain! Hong especially is such an awesome employee and keeps us coming back with his warm and kind spirit! He’s friendly and always in a happy mood! Our boys love seeing him and he genuinely cares about you making the most of your time there and making memories! Great job ChuckECheese!

Recently went in on Friday, May 29th. Was very empty. So that was kind of nice to have the place pretty much to ourselves. Place was very up to standards of cleanliness and safety procedures, but above that, the staff was great. The manager William was so great to my kids and rounded up their tickets rather generously to allow them to get the prizes they wanted! Really appreciate the service, cleanliness, and the price is truly great as well with all they have for kids. Will be back for sure again. Thank you!

I was driving to a competitor to take my son for a night of fun. On the way he asked if we could go to chuck e cheese. Ive never been there before so we decided to change plans. I like how they stamped our hands when we got there so no one can walk out with my son. The games and rides almost all worked and my son had a great time. My only complaint would be when Chucky would come out to dance with the kids. They guy was barely even trying which I get, I wouldnt want that job either. My son was so excited and young that he didnt even notice. I would definitely go again and take the whole family this time.

The service was terrible. The women at the front was incredibly rude and sassy. The lady behind the counter who sales the tokens also was not able to sign into the register for 20 minutes. That being said she was not rude, merely incompetent. Just not impressed at all. Next time Ill be going to Amazing Jakes.

My kids and I have been to more Chuck E. Cheese locations than I care to admit, having traveled around the U.S. They all range greatly in terms of quality as its up to the franchise owner to stay up-to-date on things.It makes me sad to say that this Chuck E. Cheese is one of the worst and most rundown locations weve ever been to. The games are in massive need of an update, as most look like they have been around since the late 90s or early 2000s. In addition, they are still using tokens, which is terrible (most the other locations weve been to use Play Pass cards where you can purchase either play points or time).During out time here most games either ate our tokens and gave us no game play, or they simply gave out no tickets, even when we did win.Unless this place updates the games and to the new Play Pass (where you can actually buy time instead of points, which is a game changer), we will never be visiting here again nor recommending it to anyone else.Get with the times guys, youre resting on your laurels, if there are even any left to rest on.

This place is really big with lots of fun games and mini rides for the kids. The pizza is really good and the games don’t cost you a arm and a leg. Most are 1 token others are 2 but not more than 2. Compared to peter piper pizza this place is 1000 times better. The kids had a blast and so did I

I was very impressed! We went for a birthday party and in comparison to Peter piper, chuck e cheese is way better! Lots more rides and games, full service for the party, they helped fill up drinks, brought out pizzas and cake, cleaned up even and having the interaction of chuck e cheese character made it more fun for the kids. They had little dance parties and free tickets top hand out to the kids. They even offer a salad bar, sandwiches, fries and wings. Pizza had this delicious butter garlic crust. Plus they have a secure kid check system at the door where they stamp you and your kid with the same number so when you or your kid tries to leave they can make sure its a parent that matches their kid. A kid will not be able to leave by themselves or another person. Also the birthday boy got 5000 tickets to spend plus some other little extras that made it more special for him. Again, very impressed!

The social distancing strategy is stupid. If you go as a family you cant play against each other on a linked game b/c the one next to it is closed for social distancing.

Food was not so good, but kids enjoyed the games. Not worth the price if you ask me.

We went for a birthday party, and it was full of people! Its a new location, so the games are new and modern. Also, lots of rides. They kept the tradition of Chuck-e-cheese himself leading the birthday song.

Unfortunately, not a place we would host a party again. Among a variety of other details that reflected their disorganization, we had searched on the website (by specific location) and found a few coupons that we wanted to use for all the adults at our party. Our planner took the Coupon information initially but when we received the bill, the price did not reflect the coupon. The coupon was current and was showing valid for their location but they told us they couldn’t honor it because they hadn’t updated their website and that price wasn’t supposed to be the price. It has very little to do with the money and everything to do with principle and running a business.

Took my 2.5yr old daughter for her first visit (and mine in probably 25+ years) for a friends birthday party and had a blast. All games/rides are ONE token, so thats nice/easy. Of course there are germs and she caught a little cold, but that was kind of expected for a kid-friendly venue.

I visited this location for the first time on Monday 09/24/19 and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The cashier Alexandria was great! From the time I walked in to the establishment until the time I left she was respectful, had a smile on her face and she knew a lot about her job and was able to answer all of our questions. I will definitely return to this location because of the experience she gave me. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese for hiring such kind people that show Great Hospitality!

We came here for a birthday party on a Saturday and it was extremely busy, which is expected. I brought along my nephew with me and he wasnt a part of the party so I odered him his own personal pizza. By the time the food came out for the party his pizza still had not arrived. I seen a girl carry a personal pizza and asked if it was mine and she said no so I waited and waited and after over 30 minutes I went and asked a girl to check on the pizza because I had been waiting so long and come to find out the pizza that had came out before was originally mine but they put the wrong order number so my nephew got stuck with a cold pizza, no apology for the wait, no attempt to even try and make a fresh one. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Pizza was meh. Kids loved the games bit this post COVID dystopian social disonance was horrible.

It is great for the kids as always. Food was prepared right and fast service. The games and technology however were not up to par. A lot of games were not working properly or out of tickets. They were so busy there was not an attendant available on the floor to handle these things. Other than that great experience.

Just generally dirty and filthy throughout. Soda machine area particularly dirty (trash all over and unsanitary conditions). Bathrooms were appalling. There are decent deals on game tokens but have fun waiting in line for 20-30min or more. Otherwise pay double at the token machines (no deals at the machines). Lots of employees behind the counter not doing much at all despite the long line there too.. I asked but they said they couldnt open another register.. **Note, this is my 4th recent trip Ive been invited to at chuckie cheese and all have been similarly disappointing. Now to these rumors of recycled pizza.. Im certainly suspicious. The 2 pizzas we got dont really appear to be cut fresh from single pizzas. Crusts and ingredients just dont line up in places. We are on Vacation, and my son had his 7th birthday. We just called in on that day because he decided he wanted to do the ticket blaster. Luckily they were not busy so the manager offered us a walk in bday party package for 18.99 a kid min. of four kids. With the extras of a 2nd pizza and more drinks it was over a hundred dollars but worth every dime. Our party hostess Ashanti was AMAZING and was very attentive. She made sure our little guy had a great time. Thanks guys!!

Went for my daughters 7th birthday. Had to order a cake because we couldnt bring our own. The cake was still frozen, it was nearly impossible to cut and it tasted worse than it looked.

Its a great place to take the kids they can play and as a parent you dont have to worry about them leaving with anyone but you.

The manager is not managing anything and they are very unorganized. Need better customer service. Waited in the front for almost 30 min with no service and manager came up and asked a staff did they wait 30 min staff said no she did not even apologize for the wait. Some individuals are great but the lack of customer service with the manager or supervisor is ridiculous.

My nephew loves coming here, but as an adult it would be nice to see things be maintained here better. I dont see employees wiping down tables... everywhere seems sticky. Also games need better care as well... air hockey table looks is from the 1980s, broken games, games with tokens jammed, games completely unplugged.

We had a great time... packed house for sure. Food was great, staff friendly. I dont expect anything less... so glad this place still exist. I have pictures as a kid with the more chubby Chuck E cheese... new one must be his slim son lol

Today was not the best experience however overall with all the experiences we have had here I would give it four stars. There are always a lot of games either not working or out of tickets and it is a hassle getting someone to help! The food is so delicious though, I don’t mind coming here because the pizza is one of the best! Today our pizza was made incorrectly and I know they were short staffed so once they took it back to make a new one- overall I waited for about 45 minutes which is the longest I’ve ever waited but I was in a good mood so I let it slide- it also hasn’t ever happened before at this location since I always get the same thing but I understand they were short staffed. Clean location, would recommend

Too many out-of-order games, too many games that shouldve been marked out of order and werent, even four of the ticket counting machines were defective but not marked as such. Not very well-maintained. We didnt have food - would be kind of afraid to. Staff was friendly, though, so theres that. We dont go to CEC for the staff, though. Too bad - this was the closest one to our house.

The kids had fun. If you have to pay for the party, its too expensive for the lack of attention given to the least expensive party price. The cake was a single layer box cake with gel design, it was over $15! Maybe Im old fashioned or a cheap skate, but $166 could have bought a better time at the pool!

First I like to say Im kind of disappointed in this chunky cheese. From the outside, it looks more modern and new than other. Today experience was mixed the greeter upfront was kind and polite but the cashier where you gets your tokens from was extremely unpleasant. She had attitude, was unkind lack of basic customer service and smile that can help make a better experience. From getting our tokens and just asking how much cotton candy cost she looked extremely irritated with everyone. Besides that this chucky cheese is big I will give them that they have really fun games for kids and plenty of them... If a less than a quarter of them were not working, not spitting out tickets or just broken. Some of the games just looked disgusting from food, sticky stuff. And yes I expect that because kids are a mess but it was a little over-bored and some games just would be a germaphobic nightmare for those who mind. All these matters because and the end your child needs to have fun. The floor can also represent how well people care about this place. And how well they clean disinfect the game area. One other thing I like to point out is that this Chucky Cheese has not moved to a token free game play. Let me explain, in other states or regions they use a wireless tap card to touch play the games, you can choose a certain amount of tokens or choose the number of game play lets say 1hr 2Hrs etc. This chucky cheese had not moved to that yet. Overall I will say its not bad your child will have fun and it looks busy but I need help in other areas and hopefully those things are taken care of.

Changed my rating from 5 to 3. Sorry. They took away all you can eat salad and pizza. 8.99 for a personal pan. 6.99 all you can eat salad bar (no single salad options) and 2.79 for a kids cup. ALSO....only 6 tokens for $2 at the register.Tucked away nicely. Glad one location is still around. Manager walks around and speaks to customers. VERY VERY clean. Staff is nice.Pizza take out and sitting at the park seems like a better option for a 2 year old.

My son had a great time. Most of the games were a single token. I did have to wait a while for one of the games to be restocked with tickets since we hit the jackpot win on it. That wasnt too big of a deal. The dance was cute and at the end they threw tickets out to the kids.

They let us decorate our designated table the way we wanted and aloud us to bring and outside cake that they lit an cut for everyone. There was confusion on who got what table because there where 4 parties going on at the same time.

Very disappointed. We were there for over an hour and a half and didnt see Chuck E once. We were there for a small birthday party for my son and he was very upset. I also paid $15 for a cake!!!!! That we never even received! I got an email stating Chuck E would bring it out. When I asked the ladies if we could do that she automatically gave me and attitude and told me that he wont sing or dance at all. We waited 45 minutes for a pizza and a sampler. The place wasnt even that busy. Definitely not worth the $90 I spent.

My kids absolutely love Chuck E. Cheeses Pizza. Its a nice clean, family oriented establishment thats fun for most ages. Whether your having a party or just a night out on the town with your kids Its a safe, fun, reasonably priced choice. Theres a plethora of games and the pizza is not bad at all. A+ in my book!

Great experience! Highlights included a fresh clean salad bar, baby changing tables in both restrooms, and actually Hot water in nice clean restrooms. I also like the security measure of marking families together.The pizza was pretty good. The dessert cookie was garbage. I dont know what it was, but it was not a cookie, more like sawdust cake.Most of the staff was friendly and engaging, offering useful suggestions and upsells. 3 out of 5 Chucky experiences were good. 2 of them obviously didnt want to be up there.The games were fun and the kids had a good time. Only two were broken. Putting tickets into a counter machine one at a time took forever. 500 tickets for us a dollar-store prize and a few cheap candies.Well be back.

Hated this place. I tried visiting twice and it is always dirty, some lead staff shows genuine care and try to manage their other associate and direct them. The issue is that all other associate we encountered does not really care and it shows as to the care of the establishment. Visited on Friday night and almost 80% of the table has leftover foods and trashes on the floor. Salad bar has food all in between the food item selection and the dressings are all coagulated. The wings are very bad that my stomach is hurting that same night. Almost all the games are either non-functioning, not giving out tickets, in bad condition, straps damaged, and just overall low quality games. I get that its not a high end establishment but Chucke Cheese should still maintain them as they should considering how much each family spent. Dont even get me started on the tickets to prize exchange value. One family received multiple high ticket value prize for less ticket amount than we did and all we got was a whistle, plastic spider a sticker and a pop top all in exchange for 549 ticket count. We were standing next beside the other family and its clear that the other family has an connection with the staff while that same staff made derogatory comment to her manager and complain about internal company policy in general. All within earshot of other paying customer. Not the best route to voice your concern and certainly not the right audience to voice your concern to. If it is so bad where you work at, what have you done to improve the place? If this doesnt suit you, and you tried to make improvements by way of discussing such things to your superiors, then by all means maybe its not the right place for you.We spent overall $75 in one serving salad, 8 wings, 2 drinks, a medium pizza and about 100 tokens; and probably wouldve been able to get better entertainment and food options elsewhere.End rant.

We do all my kids birthdays here or sometimes just go here to hang out when it’s too hot outside to do anything else. It’s affordable and the kids have a blast!! I love how the stamp your hand and check your hands to make sure the number matches so your kids only can leave with you!! I have little ones so their safety is definitely important and I’m glad they provide this just in case it’s needed!! There’s ton of varieties of games for all ages!! The pizza is good, it’s not the best but it’s pretty good!! I do recommend this place for a fun family day out and birthday parties they treat your birthday kids very well they put on shoes for them and let them do the ticket blaster and at the end of your party you get a ticket stub guaranteed for a certain mount of tickets I can’t remember how much it was but it was a lot!! Chuck E. Cheese is definitely a great time for the whole family!!

Very toddler and kid friendly! Games are affordable, mostly one token per. We went on a Sunday around noon so it was a bit crowded. The staff is friendly.

The birthday host was on break when our scheduled time began, and she only showed up after a half hour into our two hour party. Adult food came before kid food. They put the kids token cups on the wrong table, and some were taken by others. Kids had to wait forever for their food and tokens because of that. During the Live Chuck E. Cheese and Ticket Splash all of the party hosts were congregated at one booth trying to get a balloon off the ceiling, so Chuck had no tickets to splash. When I told one host that the kids were disappointed by the lack of tickets for the Ticket Splash, she said that they were too busy cleaning, but that she was sorry, real sorry. The sarcasm was was uncalled for, and some of the adults who heard her answer to me had shocked faces at the rudeness of her sarcastic tone of voice for the non-apology. I can see why the Chuck E. Cheese near us closed, if this is typical of how they treat paying customers.On the good side, several of the employees had good attitudes, the food was delicious, drink selection was adequate, the rides and games were plentiful and entertaining for the kids, birthday cake was both cool to look at as well as tasty, and they let us slide when we were four tickets short at the gift shop.

We have had multiple birthday parties here and had a wonderful experience !!! The only thing I would say is I wish they wiped down the games more often as they are always dusty and a little grimey even when we go first thing when they open !!! But other than that we love this place and they actually have amazing pizza !!

Great customer service! Helped us when machines were down and complimented us to free tickets. A lot of the games are wore down and hardly work the way theyre supposed to but it is still a family fun time more enjoyable with great employees!

It was such a fun party bc who was there, but this place doesnt give unlimited party packs like every other Chuckie Cheese. The manager and waiter seemed brand new and everything started late bc of them.

Its what youd expect for one of these places. The kids do need to learn how to clean the drink station better,, we were there first thing in the morning and it was still sticky everywhere. They dont wipe down the straw holders have splashes all over them, its kind of gross to get your straw. The food is ok, the games all pretty much work. The kids are typically nice and do what they can. The little kids always love this place and they have a salad bar, its not all you can eat but one plate is plenty for me. Im sure my little guy will be asking to come back here again. We had his 3rd bday here and ever since he asks to go there now.

The absolute WORST Chuck-E-Cheese I have ever visited! This place needs an entire customer service regime change, without question! I stepped in the venue to place an order, and it was as if I was composed of transparent plexiglass. An employee even walked by me, seen I was ready to place an order, but did not say a word and went on doing her alleged Chuck-E-Cheese chores (or whatever). I gingerly walked out, and will never walk back in that Chandler location - EVER! Their service isnt worth a smooshed grape with roaches nibbling on it. Now, picture that!

The pizza is good, just expensive. The tokens are expensive too. We had a coupon for pizza, drinks, and tokens, which wasnt honored. The clerk at the front said the rarely honor coupons here, that information would have been good to know before we drove there with our Grandson. So... we stayed only because we had our Grandson and didnt want to disappoint him. We played games and some games either had tickets stuck in the machine or the machines were empty of ticket. The machines also took the tokens without coming on. Trying to find help was frustrating so we just stopped trying. We made the best out of a bad situation. On a positive note our Grandson had a good time.

We had our daughters birthday party here, and weve had other birthday parties here before. The kids really like this place. However this time we didnt get the greatest service. The person who was assigned to our party wasnt super helpful or super friendly. It was busy, but it always is when we are there. And its not cheap! You pay for the party and you pay for the food, thats for sure. But our daughter had a great time with her friends and her brothers, and thats what counts. I wanted to give them 3.5 Stars but 4 is fine.

Specifically the Chandler location everyone were very nice and personable and then we had a situation my special needs daughter turned in a ticket voucher for 450 tickets but only chose a 30 ticket prize and she walked away. I went back up with her several minutes later and I explained what happened. They could have easily said too bad since she no longer had the voucher. But they honored her tickets anyway and we picked out a prize for her. It may not have been a huge deal to the worker but it was to me so thank you.
