It was so awesome! My 12 year old son had his birthday party at VR Junkies. The games were great and the staff was so helpful! The best VR weve been too!

Great place for everybody to have fun. The owner was great and accommodate all our needs. The staff was courteous and helpful. I celebrated there my sons birthday and they were able to play together while socially distance.

They start your time too early. Before starting they have so many questions while your time is running. It takes away from the time and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t like to waste money. But I had fun, just a waste of money like I said

VR is really fun. This location has tons of games to play. I played a zombie game for like 30 mins which cost 25 bucks. The prices are a bit steep but I would say it was mostly worth it. Also the employees were very helpful and professional.

This place is awesome was my first time in Virtual experience and the employees are great all around a great place for you and your family and anyone else wanted to try VR for the first time side note Arizona sunrise or sunshine an amazing zombie game just one thing its a bit pricey but still amazing and you can really tell the employees love working there for they are very polite and great. Even though I feel its a tad expensive dont let that turn you down or turn you away front of an amazing place also they have great discounts and deals that should make the trip cheaper

Went for a work party. It was lots of fun. It was many of our first times trying VR. They keep you roped off so you dont walk into others. We played Dodgeball and an arrow shooting defend the tower game. I preferred the tower game as moving around wasnt as tricky to get used to, but both were fun.

Walked past the store and decided to stop in and check it out. These guys definitely know what theyre doing (Anthony and Justin). They warned us about what games we should try as first-timers and they were right! We loved the first person shooter game. We got a little sick at the end but they said thats completely normal, and we even sat down for a second and Justin pointed a fan at my friends face so he could cool down. The service there was beyond excellent, and these guys are great people. 5/5.

Awesome place! We came here with couple of friends for a birthday party. I must say shooting zombies with my friends was quite fun. Super friendly staff, very helpful and understanding. I would suggest you make an appointment for bigger parties ahead of time as space may be limited.

Only stopped by for a few minutes, but it looks pretty nice! Theres a wide downstairs area too. The Star Wars VR simulation looks pretty sick. Definitely say go check it out!

Such a fun place! They use a Steam library/platform, so if you are familiar with that library, thats what they offer. Clean space and equipment, and the staff was really helpful in explaining the nuances of each game. They are next to Dillards, upper level.

This was an incredible experience. Had a lot of fun, and cant wait to go back! Staff were extremely helpful, and I appreciated that they would pause your game play time between games and during breaks.

Brought my 66 year old father here, neither of us knew anything about VR or how to run it. We simply informed the staff of our naivety and they set both of us up and had us going quickly. Staff was excellent at explaining everything and checked in on us frequently. My dad was kinda blown away by it all and had a blast. Recommend trying the bow and arrow multiplayer experience

Had my sons 12th birthday party here... all 6 booths for an hour! Everyone unanimously agreed it was the best party ever. The employees are wonderful! Great experience.

My son loves video games. For his 10th birthday, we took him and his friends to VR Junkies. They had a blast! The staff were nice and very good with kids. Totally recommended.

We had a birthday party for our 7 year old son at VR junkies. The staff were incredibly helpful and insured that everyone got plenty of time to try out the games. The price was very reasonable and because one of the sets was down, they let us use two sets in an area we hadnt rented. The kids loved the games and everyone went home wanting to come back and play again. Definitely recommend it.

Had lots of fun here. Prices are about 1$ per minute, so its a bit expensive, but definitely worth it. Would highly recommend!

Randomly stopped in to try out VR for the first time . I was amazed with the experience and the staff was awesome and friendly and made it easy. I cant wait to go back and try out a longer session with a more advanced game!

The kids had a blast. They got very sweaty for only 20 minutes of play.

My first VR experience and it was great! My wife and I shared 30 minutes of game time which was plenty for us amateurs. Staff workers were friendly and have great recommendations. Anthony was especially knowledgeable and helpful! One star knocked off because I think the price is just a bit too steep and the staff seemed a bit unorganized when we entered. I recommend all staff wear VR Junkies T-shirts to avoid confusion. All in all, highly recommend for a good time.

I love it. You havent lived until youve experienced VR. The staff is pretty great, very friendly.Only reason why not 5 stars is all of the technical problems that arise every time we try and play. Sensors not working, controllers lose tracking, these things can make you feel nauseous in VR.They pause the clock during these difficulties though. Which makes me feel a lot better about it.

Fun to try vr. We were just walking by and decided to go in. They say five minutes for five dollars is a good test run and they actually gave us like fifteen minutes each so that was cool. Good thing to try if you never have.

Not impressed with the staff..came for a birthday party, and CLEARLY these people dont work with kids who have not had experience with VR. As an adult sitting here listening to their instructions MY head was spinning, let alone a child with special needs? We wouldve left, if it were not a birthday party for her good friend. The female working here stated Im not doing this again because of them having to repeatedly having to have the kids teleport. If I could I would do ZERO stars..smh..

Unfortunately VR Junkies is not the great experience it once was. The new Chandler location is smaller, lower quality, and disappointing. The staff are unfriendly and somewhat condescending (except one gal that was friendly enough) We loved the Tempe location and former owners. Weve only met the new owners once, and while friendly, they seemed to have made some unfortunate changes. I will say the new headsets are a step up.

This place was unbelievable. I had never been to anything like this and it completely blew me away. We loved it and will definitely be back.
