- It has really good quality food and appliances (arcade, bouncy houses)- Only reason for 4 out of 5 is that it 8s a bit confusing to book pasties, and the online customer service is bad- I prefer walk-in parties over the suites because, even there is a bit less privacy, it has a more party feel because it is right next to the arcade and also you can bring as many outside food as you want.- Almost all of the games in the arcade are working and in good condition (for example, has a better working rate than chuck e cheese)- The pizza crust is AMAZING, and the pizza overall as well (although with pizzas that have toppings, the cheese somehow slides off more easily)- I liked the actual bouncing structures because they were sort of resembling the seven wonders of the world, and that is a really nice way to invoke an interest in world history in young children- The arcade game selections are included in the pictures below- General manager, brad, helped us with the tablecloths for our party and sorted out some troubles we had with setting up. Shout out to Brad!

Have taken my 5 year old son here three times. Fun place to play indoors all day. You can play at Bounce house area literally from open to close for less than $20. Also there is a video game area and little pizza place. We always have fun visiting here.

It is a real fun place for kids in the summer and rather affordable too. They are running a deal with no membership sign up fees, so savings is $49. The monthly is about $14/month for one kid with unlimited visits. Otherwise with no membership it costs about $17 for one visit. Easy calculation, plus free cancellation with no penalties. It gets busy on certain days when an entire group arrives otherwise its pretty mellow.

This place kept my kid entertained for quiet a while. Its very nice. Staff keep an eye on the kids - good people.

First the good, kids loved the bouncies and the pizza was good. They were really understaffed for spring break. One young woman was basically running the place by herself, checking people in, watching kids and running back and forth to the cafe. There was another guy there vacuuming when we arrived but then he disappeared, he was the cook but sounded like he didnt want to open. Kept pulling his pants up while making food, which I couldnt imagine is very sanitary. We were one of the first to use the cafe and the tables were still dirty from the night before. My husband also used the Male bathroom and said it was disgusting, looked like toilets had not flushed or cleaned in a long time. Many of the games were also out of order.

Had a birthday party for my 7 year old daughter. Everyone had a really good time. The food and drinks are way too pricey, and some of the games didnt work. The dedicated party host didnt contact us, and we didnt receive the party invites either.The pizza wasnt bad, but very expensive. A pitcher of soda costs $9, which is ridiculous.

Great place for birthday parties. Kids love the bounce houses and bounce slides and also have a decent area for arcade type games for younger kids. They have a smaller kids area for the little ones and a larger slides for the bigger kids. Been several times now for parties and had our 5 year olds party there and was a hit. Would recommend as long as your child is a fan of the place. Maybe take them there first for a trial run to ensure they are a fan.

I have tried to give this place so many chances. It seems like every time they get a new manager it’s worst than the last. There was a lady there for a short period of time who was super sweet and would address concerns. When I spoke to the new manager about an issue he was quick to throw the last managers under the bus but did so while his breath smelled like booze. I think we’ve finally had enough and will not be returning.

Kids would have tons of fun, 2 hrs of fun. The customer service is okay, staff are well coming but the GM is rude. He would ghost you when you need to talk to him. Aka very busy. 5 stars for place, 2 for customer service.

The bounce attractions are ok. Theres about 7 for the bigger kids and about 4 for the little kids. The excitement doesnt last very long. The arcade is trash. Most of the games arent on or even working and the prize room is barren. When theres only a few items for 100 tickets or under its pretty lame to have 3 or 4 empty.

A good place to let the kids burn some energy for a few hours. Check Groupon before you go.

Really wanted to like this place but it is very so-so. We used our Pogo Pass for admission, which is a big relief. I would have been very disappointed to pay the admission price for the experience. When we first arrived, we waited at an empty counter for several minutes waiting to be helped. Took care of ringing us up and we went to the bounce area. The area was clean and the kids enjoyed it, but only for about 40 min before they were kind of over it. Played a few games in the arcade area. Several games were out of order. Then went to redeem our tickets for prizes and same experience as when we arrived. Waiting....waiting.....no customer service in sight. The bathrooms were lacking in cleanliness. I wish more establishments had employees who are eager to help and keep the place up nicely. I think this place could have a lot to offer if they stepped up a bit.

Came at 10:30 when they opened, no toilet paper or paper towels in girls bathroom. Kitchen had no cups for drinks and the trash was full. Apparently the night shift did not do there job. On the plus side, pizza was good and the inflatables were lots of fun for our 7yr old. Overall, I dont know if we will come back.

Great place for kids. I like the fact that access to the bouncy houses a separate than the video games. You dont have to worry about a rash of kids running around. Everything is best and clean and the place is big. they have pizza and wings. Drinks and small candies. They have a nice little store, as well as a gift area for you to redeem tickets.the entire place is decorated well and it feels more like a Disney style theme park then the typical industrial bounce houses that are located in a mall.entrance and exits to each of the bouncy houses are clearly marked to prevent kids from crashing into each other or causing other kids to wait around.The staff was friendly and vigilant. There are plenty of places to sit and watch your kids. I recommend this place.

We hosted our 9-year-olds party today at bounce-a-rama and it was great! Perks:1. The party was taken care of completely by our host. She was sweet and didnt rush us in the least bit2. You get the party room for 2 hours and it oversees the bounce room, which is PERFECT for parents that just want to sit and relax while watching their kids bounce3. The kids can bounce off the cake and sugar after the party, rather than having to leave. And they can do this until they close!All in all, we had a great time all around and the kids loved the experience Thank you Brad (general manager) and to our party hosts!

Love this place!!! Everything was so clean and the staff is extremely friendly. We decided to host my sons 2nd birthday party here after he had a blast on our first visit. The Bounce-a-Rama staff did not disappoint! Matt, the Manager and Kiki, our party host were friendly, had the room set up and ready to go when we arrived and were attentive to all of our guests and my family. My son LOVED it!! I highly recommend this facility and certainly for childrens birthday parties as it was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have had by far! Thank you Matt, KiKi and team for the incredible party. I received non-stop accolades from our party guests on how cute the party room was decorated and how much fun their children had. We will certainly be back!!

Had a 2hr pass and went around with my 4 yr old and really enjoyed it. Than my son dragged my nephew around and they both had fun. The pizza deal and 20 credits was pretty good to me. The pizza was a decent size for 2 adult and 2 kids. Staff was friendly and yes there was alittle wait due to staff being spread out, but for being a military man I have patients. The arcade is small, but appealed to my kid. So I recommend give it a try. I know not alot of civilians are as understanding with minor issues in my opinion of this place.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership for several months now.I called the store and they told me I had to cancel online. I visited the website and there are no clear instructions on the cancellation policy.Ive emailed every address I could find on the website and all of my messages have gone unanswered for months! Ive since disputed the charges with my credit card company and they have refunded the charges. Pathetic customer service.

The GM, Bradley is a joke I was there for my nieces birthday party and he was extremely rude and unprofessional cursing at me. I would come back under different management. But not until then.P.s. I was an employee here for 4 weeks before Bradley took over as the GM when I returned my keys I was also there as a guest for my nieces birthday, I was never told I needed to leave the building, since I was a paying customer. Still not sure why he felt the need to curse me out. Also the kitchen is absolutely disgusting and Im the ONLY person who ever cleaned the kitchen. I would never eat there coming from someone who saw how disgusting that place is.

Meh. its a big room full of inflated bounce houses which is a blast for kids. parents can sit and watch. (please consider more comfortable seating or chairs!) and geared towards kids 12 and younger. only took my younger kids and after an hour they were bounced out. the kids there did more running around then actual bouncing. but it got them tired and they had fun. so thats the point.

Cool little spot in chandler and pricing is reasonable. Although its pricing is not accurate with what they charge. It wasnt that far off but non the less it was not what was advertised on the pricing board. My 5 year old granddaughter enjoyed the inflatable jump slides and obstacles. It had her favorite arcade games and the food wasnt bad.

My 4 year old gives it 5 stars, I give it one; so I split the difference at 3. The concept is great, provide some top quality inflatables for your children to burn through their endless energy on, and an arcade and cafe to enjoy for the older kids. The execution was where Bounce-A-Rama loses points. Many of their arcade games were out of order, in fact some have been out of order for months. There were no lines, but there were also no staff available on multiple occasions. Expect potential long waits to get service at the check in to the bounce area as well as when you try to redeem tickets. Also many games are very expensive, and you can burn through $ in the arcade quickly.

Very clean and fun place to take little ones. Took my grandson and he had a blast. Lots of games to play all with electronic card system with no tickets or coins to deal with. Pizza is fresh and tasty. Planning on having his birthday party here in June. Highly recommended. Dont forget to check out deals and specials online on their website. It can save you some money.

Not sure about the negative reviews, but we found it to be very clean, staff at front desk was nice and helpful, kids ages 2 - 14 all had fun. Kept them busy for about an hour and a half.

The Bounce House portion is ok, but basically no staff there, so make sure you keep your eyes on your kids.I can’t imagine most kids being interested in playing for more than a couple of hours.Very understaffed. Had to go find an employee to get a wristband, and then she messed up the purchase.Vending machines empty in bounce section.Fly and Dine restaurant had a huge dead cockroach under the table, just when the place opened, and still there 90 minutes later.

They had their biggest house down and vending machines out of order. Kids will have anyways, but they have a hand full of houses as is, youd figure their best attractions would be repaired asap.

Great for kids under 12. It has about 15 bounce houses a small area for Arcades, and a food court. Its clean and well ventilated.

Dont waste your money, the bounce area was alright, which is why it gets the 2 stars.. But there was no pizza so i never got to use it. The kitchen wasnt even open until after 1. The mens bathroom was disgusting, a toilet was covered with waste and the whole room smelled. 50% of the games were broken and the zombie game ran out of water while using. Very disappointing experience.

Fun place for kids, but the place is disorganized. Multiple arcade games dont work, the metal bracelets for the bounce area dont work properly. You order food in the pizza area, but when you go to the arcade counter, theres an advertisement for a discount when you order pizza with bounce entrance and tokens. But you dont see that until you get to the arcade area, why not just advertise that in the pizza area too?Management seems confused on what they are supposed to do. I went to the arcade counter to make an adjustment to the token card, and the lady told me to go to the other end of the counter for the cashier there. When I go to the other end, turns out she needed manager access, which was the same person I originally talked to at the other end of the counter and she had to walk over to help the current cashier. Why didnt the manager just fix it when I explained what I needed. Just stupid! Then when you get to the prize area to exchange credits, theres always a long wait. Even when theres a cashier at the arcade area. Again, just stupid and frustrating...Get your organization together geez.

Amazing place!!!! We went for a spur of the moment trip and were greeted by a friendly staff willing to help with any questions. The facility is VERY clean and I love the wrist bands they have. The regular price is a little high but it lets you in all day which is great! We will be back again!

This place is definitely a place to take your little ones during these hot summer days. There are plenty of bounces to keep your kids entertained for hours. They also have a cafeteria type eating area which serves pizza, wings, bread sticks along with soft drinks. I will definitely be bringing my young one here again for another visit, for the price it cant be beat.

I attended a birthday party with 24 children and their parent or parents. Great place to have a party as the kids are occupied and having fun. Parents got a chance to socialize too cuz their kids just had to be watched not attended to.

Called yesterday to find out what time they open because depending where you look it could say ten or ten thirty - they confirmed 10:30. We tried to go this morning and waited around until 11 and no one opened the place. When I tried calling the California location and they shared they get reports all the time about the phx one opening late and or closing early.

Place was pretty clean for a bounce park, but thats probably due to the fact that its pretty new. We ate at the cafe and the food was not exactly 5 star maybe more like 2 star, we ordered chicken tenders with fries and two drinks, the chicken was over cooked and I didnt see any real chicken in it, it was that processed puffy chicken stuff the fries were thin and soggy, and you had either purchase a picture of soda or purchase a single bottle because they dont have a soda machine, by the way everything was way over priced the kids wanted a cookie, and they wanted $2 for one small cookie, needless to say I suggest you feed them after you leave or eat before you come. The play area was nice, but I have issues with them deflating a bounce house during play time, just to clean it, cant that be done at the end of the night? The price was a bit higher than what were used to but doable $18 for all day pass this includes socks which is appreciated.

Clean and cool. Kids had a lot of fun for about an hour and a half. Bathrooms are clean but a little far from the play area for my little ones.

Half the games dont work. One game says call attendant 60 tickets owed. The attendant refused to come and gave us 20 tickets I let her know it says 60 she said its wrong. Whats the point of paying for games when they dont work and they wont give you your tokens back. Very dissapointed. And just asked for a manager and apparently is to busy right now. What a joke. Ive been here a couple times and have never had such a problem.

My 2 and 5 year old had a great time! And they tried every bouncer multiple times! Staff was very friendly and the place is very clean and organized! The arcade games are new and great for toddler playing! Definitely a hidden gem! Will bring my kids back, even for a birthday.

Changing my review as my experience changed. Nobody was at the counter when we arrived and we had to wait a very long time for someone to arrive, on a Saturday. Same when ordering a pizza, even my kids said they have never waited that long for food. Tables were dirty and we had to clean our own. Staff was not too friendly, as if they didnt care. Were not coming here again!

We took our two year old for his birthday and had a blast! The staff was fantastic, the facility was clean, and our son had the best time on the inflatables. It would be nice if they had lockers, but its a minor inconvenience. The arcade games looked pretty fun but we didnt play any. We also did not eat at the cafe but it smelled good. Im looking forward to going back again.

At first we thought it was nice. Then we figured out that the kids could easily leave the play area. There is no supervision at the gates, just a couple of careless teenagers that look bored walking around the place. Then if your child get into a “altercation” or argument with another child they will kick your child out to find you crying by themselves without talking to the parents to see what REALLY happened. Very disappointed in the way the staff handles things! Will not recommend this place to anyone!

The worst service. Ordered a pizza and they never put the order in and then the pizza the actually made thy gave it to another customer. 45 minutes later and no food. They refunded me for the pizza. Then we stood for 15 minutes in the toy are waiting for help. The worst!

A very affordable, clean and safe environment for younger children to bounce, climb and slide on a variety of supersized inflatables. There is also a moderate amount of arcade games that provide another level of entertainment. A simple cafe rounded out the venues amenities, offering simple dinning options. The staff was attentive and helpful. My 3 year old enjoyed every minute of our visit and I will gladly return as a customer.

Overpriced horrible food. They were out of almost everything. No silverware. No napkins. No service. Dirty tables. Untrained ridiculous kids working there. I will never try to eat food there again.

This facility is very clean. Food is overpriced but I like the idea of a monthly membership along with the game card. Definitely lasts way longer than expected and my kiddo loves it. The under 48 area is great for toddlers.

This is a great place to take your kids! Friendly staff and several bounce houses for all age levels. Food was a big disappointment with absolutely no healthy snacks or drinks for kids but if you feed your kids before you go it will be fine.

So far rates 2nd place only because of distance. Extremely clean! Excellent staff caring for my childrens arm burn (next time long sleeve lol). Kiddos had a blast at our friends birthday party! Thanks for an awesome time!

It is fun but its so HOT! When asked why it was so hot in there the staff just shrugged and said that the A.C. wasnt working. Like it was no big deal, its 112 outside and inside probably in the 90s with not even fans on. They didnt even warned us before we purchased the tickets. My poor 4 month old baby was sweating the whole time.

Not a great place for special needs children, mostly just blow ups with big slides coming down them and a few games.

This was fun for all my kids under twelve. I wi return here in the future.

My 3 and 4 year old LOVED it! We got in free for the opening weekend. We probably would not take them back and pay because it would be too expensive for their short attention spans. But once they are a bit older, we would totally do a bday party or day of fun here. One more thing- the pizza was sub par... Tasted like a tomato sauce can on top of flavorless bread. French fries were amazing though. Staff is friendly.

Attending for a birthday party... Nice equipment, friendly staff, but they closed the only ladies room right when we were finishing up cake (toddlers and cake = mess!), plus my potty trained tot had to GO and they couldnt find a solution fast enough.

I went here for the very first time to celebrate my sons birthday party and they loved it. The lady that helped us was very attentive. They had alot of different types of bounce houses to choose from.The place eas very nice and clean.They also had games for the kids to pay.We will be visiting again to use our passes that were given to us.

I would rate a 0 but that wasn’t an option. Natalie the manager but cannot handle customer concerns efficiently. I was upset with the service and the company responded with extremely rude employees. Staff were on their phones, in groups gossiping and socializing. The staff on hand were not clear and unsure of policies. Left after 20 minutes, horrible experience.

My 3 year old had a blast. Very clean slides and rides. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Safety is lacking. There are no clear guidelines as to what height is safe for the larger slides. My 3yo son mentioned that some of the larger slides were too rough and I could clearly see him being bounced out of control on some of the slides. While we were there a boy around my sons age accidentally fell out of the entrance to one of bounce toys and hit his head on the hard floor. They have padding at the end of some of slides because kids are sliding right off the end onto the almost concrete floor (very thin carpet). Another mom mentioned that when she was there previously that a child slid into a wall at the end of the largest slide and the paramedics were called because there was open/bleeding wound. The business is clean and tidy but safety was maybe an after thought if any at all.
