Small...very cute...but units very close together!
Always pretty here. Well kept up, quiet, and they welcome cats.
I purchased a mobile home in December. Being a retired fishing guide and tug Capt. here in southwest Florida since 1984 and new that its its location would be excellent. And hoped to rent it out for kingfish and tarpon season. The heated pool, ten dollars a month dockage, proximity to eating establishments and services how could I lose. What a mistake. My boat has not seen the water and will not for six months. Why, Im on double probation. I pulled my boat up to the house, overnight to charge batteries. Well that cost me three months. I was already on probation for something concerning the boat. Which now sits on the trailer across the street at 200. a month. And if u have a trailer expect to store it at a facility. Unless it fits under your carport but your car must fit also.To many issues. The park managers interpret the rules to suit their needs and u can get on their eviction list with a wrong word.In Florida for only four years, they know nothing of the water, boats, Floridians . I found it odd that they would be running a park whose greatest asset is being on the water.Well I have been here, and hope I can sell.Dont get on the bad side of the park managers they will make life at Two Rivers a living hell. By the way no electric or water on the dock. Shuffleboard courts look nice. Managers are from Chicago. Say what!
The people here are very friendly. The park is clean and maintained. Pet friendly and a wonderful fishing pier on the Manatee river.
Nice well kept MHP....kept neat and clean
Scared me a lot. Great cheap place to live though
Beautiful, safe and extremely friendly place to live.
My husband and I live next door at Braden Castle, which we love. All of the neighbors told us that we could use the pool and laundry facilities, as the parks a coexist for years peacefully. We brought 2 loads of laundry to do and in mid wash, a man claiming to be the property manager approached us very aggressively, frightening me, and telling us to leave the premises, that even as a neighbor in a co owned park. I proceeded to remove my wet, dripping clothing from the machines, disabled and all and left immediately. I cant recall a time ever that we have been treated with such disrespect and feeling in fear.Do NOT go near this place. No telling what might happen or who may pop out of the closet and assault you.
Its very neat and clean, has access to boat docks, pool, laundromat erc. My sister lives there now, but is looking to sell. She wants to live in what she calls brick and mortar. Shes done lots of work on her place, very handy and it looks beautiful.
Excellent location on the river . Very nice community . Management team does an outstanding job . Nice boat docks and fishing deck.
Located next to Braden Castle, where the Braden and Manatee Rivers come together. Perfect spot for peaceful living fishing, and docking your boat.
Sister lives here. Lots of nice people
They dont do repairs and the ones they do are shoddy at best. This is the right place. Dont move here. I am not deleting my post. Too many thefts there.
My parents live here and it is honestly a wonderful place! I love how friendly everyone is there, its most certainly a very inviting place to be!
