I was trying to buy a mobile home from this place, but since the beginning the owner of the mobile home, told me the manager of the park wants to buy it for a friend but she tried to buy it making payments, so the owner decide not to sell to her, I pay $160,00 for background check, before I bought the money order I explained to the manager Alicia how was my situation, so she acepte de one hundred sixty Dollars for the background check, just to tell me I wasnt approved, she requested more information from me like bank statement wich I brought it but she never call me to let me know if was approved or not, a day before this manager meet me and the owner, at the mobile home, when she was inside she started taking pictures and making video call to a Jessica I asked who was the person in the video call, the manager told me she was a manager from another mobile home park, but this person Jessica said to me something when she was in the video call, she said she will take that mobile home, I understand if I wasnt approved to move inn, but wasnt right the way she did it,

So slow at repairing entrance and sink holes. Been here going on 3 years and Im still waiting for shuffleboard courts to be repaired.

What a bunch of criminals that run this place! my grandmother lived there for 14 years until they decided to refuse her rent check for two months in a row, so she moved out and now a year and a half later A collection agency is after her for over $9000?? They even took her trailer that she owned someone should investigate these crooks..!

I bought a trailer in the park without checking with them first if I could qualify to get in.now after I bought the trailer they dont want to let me in heart they say I dont make enough money I bought the trailer the wrong way so. So now I have to sell the trailer to someone that will qualify to get in the management at the trailer park is garbage.

Its livable bit needs a little cleaning here and there.

I dont recommend this place. More to follow.

Too many changes in management. Some of the trailers can have plants & outdoor decorations while others are cant. I understand if it is messy or cluttered, but if they like you anything goes & if not your harassed.

Trying to upgrade growing pains. Some damage from Irma. Management can be manipulative & less than forthcoming.New management changed all the rules, hiked the rent a couple times, & started charging for water. They bill you, so it makes the rent variable & non-transparent.They imposed over 55 w/o a vote.If you have lived here awhile, the reasons you moved here may no longer valid.Mail is centrally located & can be a good distance.Across the street from dead strip mall where homeless hangout & pan handle.

This is the most unprofessional property ever. manager is a jole. declined.because they were pressured to vet off there ass and do there job. so they said you were.declined. they never even ran credit or back.ground check. its a.joke. i believe theres something fishy going on there. maybe stealing your money or identity.full.of.lies.and.excuses. stay clear of places like.this!!

It appears they have cleaned park up quite a bit. I am looking to buy a place. Lorena seems to be very willing to work with people to get them in there and help clean the places up. I am looking forward to living there.Update: 9-5-18 Stay Away!! Apparently I wasnt a good judge of character. After visiting other communities, most ALL have some sort of on-site management. This does not. The manager comes in from 9-3 (so she can get over the bridge to miss traffic) on Tues. & Thurs. While talking with her about buying there we were constantly interrupted by the maint. man ( who came from clearwater), the landscaper and various unhappy looking residents. The unhappy faces were my 1st clue, her unprofessional manner was my 2nd and the 3rd came when I drove around looking at the place from a daughters view...would I want my older parents living there?The answer is NO! I saw evidence of IV drug use, transients had broken into and were OBVIOUSLY living in one of the cheaper trailers that i had looked at. The manager kind of looked the other way during the showing of the home. I could go on, dont be fooled by false promises and low prices, UNLESS you want to waste your money.

Its not too bad but they keep raising the lot rent more and you have to pay for your own water now too

Management us nonexistent.only here a few hrs a week.There is no maintenance for the park.they only mow in front if the office.pool area is a gross mess.outside bathrooms unusable.common area filthy and rat infested.This park has become an getto.

Quite cozy 55 and up community very friendly ocupants close to shopping. Located central to basically most of any need imagined easy access to the park itsel

Badley overgrown, pool had not been cleaned. People waking around doing drugs.

Not a place i would choose to settle down with kids. Not a place kids should be if you want them to stay away from unhealthy people like bad influences

Looks like a scary place to live, a lot of bad deals go down and shady people live in there and the new managment have made it worse then what it was before, they dont even clean the pool like it used to be, The management let just about anybody in that park and Dont care about the good ones so sad to see this place go down hill
