Beautiful community!! Not what youd think a mobile home park would be!! Very well kept and right on the intracoastal water way.

The beach was perfect and the amenities are clean. The picnic tables under the trees are great and Cafe has good drinks.

My grandmother lives here, and I always look forward to visiting, have been for over 25 years. Very friendly people and an awesome location. There is one woman there who wears many hats in keeping the park running, Gloria. She is about the most down to earth, hard working, nice person, you will ever meet. Hopefully excessive development in the surrounding area doesnt ruin this rare gem of a place nestled in a salt of the earth Florida fishing village.

Nice residential community with a great selection of amenities.

Terrific food and great service. Worth the extra little expense. The grouper sandwich is extraordinary. The location is easy to get to and the view is great.

I love this park my parents bought a place . And 1997 and Ive been going there forever 20 years. Is very clean park great people is just an awesome place to retire .

If you dont mind being less than a foot away from your neighbor then this park is nice for location.

Fun place to live. Within walking distance of great seafood. You can also walk across the Cortez bridge and be right on fabulous beaches.

I discovered Cortez Park back in Nov of 2011 and have gone back several times since then. Ive found all the residents to be extremely warm and friendly. The location is wonderful - right on Sarasota Bay. Sunsets down by the water, sharing wine and conversation with owners and renters, is always a highlight of my stay.This park is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Its an extremely popular location during the winter months so youd have to make reservations early if you wanted to guarantee yourself a place.
