My Aunt lives here. The residents are all very nice and they keep this little gem spotless and cute. The staff are also caring and helpful to her. Although the area it is in is a little rough, I feel she is safe there.

The residents at this park are welcoming and it is a close knit community. Top notch park in a great location in the middle of everything. Beaches to the west, Sarasota close to the south and Manatee river are all a short distance away.

Well groomed grounds, honest people...no pilfering, first impressions...amazing.

Man yall got your rating wrong I live here presently and these people dont even maintain this place its nasty looking the road is full of holes, the grass is always high. Most of the trailers are empty because you request to fix something and they cant keep a maintenance man around or woman for that matter.. The water pressure sucks and the hot water dont last long. Ive been living here over 2 yrs so I know. I dont advise you to move here.
