Great Community and friendly people. Lots to do no matter what age you are. Facilities are always clean.

Poor quality. Wont remodeled.,Old out dated. Dues are higher than other parks.Recreational activities are next to none.The board members are old and REFUSED CHANGE AND IMPROVEMENT !!!! This park has potential.TO WHOMEVER WROTE THIS AND USED MY NAME ???? I NEVER WOULD WRITE SUCH A AWFUL THING. I LIVED AND LOVED IT THERE. SO SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

There is no such place Suger Creek is retirement trailer park with no golf course! River Run Golf Links is next door on 27th street east.
