Very nice mobile home park and the amenities are brand new. The pool is also nice to relax in and melt your stress away.

Attended a celebration of life for a friend at the club house & it was very nice. The grounds r beautiful & well kept.

I went there last Saturday for a celebration of life and their Activity Center very nice part seems to be well captain well-maintained

A great 55and older community, inexpensive and pretty close to the water. Lots of activities and close to restaurants, malls, shopping and the beach

I am moving there an it is clean beautiful landscaping an looking forward to be part of it..

Absolutely horrible experience. Lived there 4 years and mom lived there for 20...the residents have not once ever said as much as a hello while passing by. The worst management Ive ever seen. Rules of the property seem to change every other day. Every time you think youre doing something right we d turn around and there would be another issue they had with us. It almost became a form of harassment. They Could use a little more security by the pool area.. No lifeguard on duty ever so when the grandkids came to visit wed have to play life guard now we are good respectful church going people...kept to ourselvesand never bothered a soul. You would think after 3 years of living there youd think youd get at least! At least one Hello from someone. I never in my life have ever felt so unwelcomed I would never recommend this place to anyone unless youre looking for stuck up old miserable tich trolls who have nothing else better to do than gossip and judge. The management the absolute worse...
