What a nice community! My husband did an estimate in there for spray foam. A group of residents were enjoying the afternoon on their screened porch. Such friendly people and a nice, clean landscape.

My husband and I absolutely love this community! Wed love to move there if we ever decide to move to Florida. Clean, cheery neighborhood with friendly people and wonderful amenities. Homes and properties are well maintained.

We bought a home here 2 years ago. We absolutely love this place. We go to the pool and hot tub almost everyday. We go to bingo on Tuesdays and their music jam every week. We hit golf balls and play golf about once a week in the golf course here in our community. Life is so much nicer than up North in the winter time. We have used the billiard table and the library also. They have pot luck dinners every month and we bring a dish or a desert. I just can’t say enough about this place. It’s our “winter paradise”.

The management has always done a good job of keeping this place clean and safe.

It was a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors were very nice and almost every body waved.

Went to visit my dad who now lives here since December and it was really nice.

If your looking for the perfect retirement 55 plus community this is the place to be!Excellent ground staff and office people. Lots of amenities like a pool and hot tub, billiards room, outside shuffle board, laundry room, internet room( they should just get wifi in the club house) instead of the internet room and of course the club house where all the fun weekly programs happen. I highly recommend this community and people who live here are very nice and kind people!

Nice MHP, there are a lot of nonsense rules. Also its a non pet park, however, if you have a Drs note that says its needed than they cant do anything about it.

Go there on Tuesday for music. Lovely mobile home park !
