Had a Great time there. Lots of New Slot Games. The Drink service was Aplus . I still believe Harrah needs to redo the place. Its been 15 yrs since Katrina. They need to Add more gaming space. To me it still looks like temporary Casino.

Have been here many times. Its always decent. The only complaint that I have now is turned the lower level into no smoking. The better slots are on this level. I dont smoke but do vape and for me, that is a drawback.

First time staying here and certainly will be back. Friendly front desk people. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. Doesnt smell smokey like so many places. Loved the pool & hot tub area. My only complaint, and I know its because of covid, is the rooms not being serviced during the stay. But thats understandable with covid I suppose. Other than that, great place to stay.

The rooms were super clean. But next time we will pay the extra for Gulf view room. Small casino but a nice variety of games and large tvs to watch sports. Nice pool and friendly staff.

To me, the payout was much better than it was a few years ago. Ive always lost money in there, no matter how much I played, so I stopped going until a few days ago. Will I go back? Not for a while!!

Pool area was nasty with debris on Sunday, pool wasnt skimmed, gobs of hair! Room 542 smelled like stale smoke! Big bug in our room on Monday, my sister stepped on it with her bare feet. Gross!!! Beau Rivage is the place to be!! We did have a beautiful view though!!

Wonderful staff and a great place to unwind and have some fun along with whats going on with the pandemic. Go to mix and mingle and ask for Woody he will take great care of you and makes the best drinks.It is also the cleanest casino I have been in.

Its always fun at Harrahs. The casino had excellent precautions against Covid19. Everyone was required to wear a mask. Machines and chairs were sanitized after each player used them. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Small for a Caesars/Harrahs property. Not enough table games operating and the minimum bets are set too high. Very clean, modern hotel rooms. Very nice pool area. The facility is serviced by one of the best hostesses in the business!

Room was excellent service was excellent the restaurant across from the service desk sucked I order some chicken wings lemon pepper there was no lemon pepper on them and when I mentioned it to the manager he didnt even care I had to throw them in the garbage

Too small. Not much choice for machines. Dress warmly they keep it like an ice box in there.

Casino needs more tables open if youre only gonna let 3 people sit at a table. The elevator in the parking garage is broken, and they dont have a valet service. Makes getting around with a broken foot challenging. But they did give me a free upgrade to a suite for my inconvenience.

Did not enjoy the stay, or view. The staff were very friendly and other thing keeping this hotel open .

When you think of harrahs you think of a high end casino. This was not it. Staff was friendly though.

It is not very clean and Thats what you need in a time like this. My hotel room actually had a leaking window and my clothes got soaked and they didnt even offer to dry them. We were moved to a suite which was pretty nice but I always have an issue with my hotel stays.

Harrahs is safe and very clean during this covid 19Pandemic. Sanitizer is everywhere and everyone is wearing a mask and practicing social distance requirements. Dont hesitate to come. Just follow the rules and enjoy your stay! No coffee pots are in the rooms but Starbucks are in the casino along with many other food and beverage vendors.

Most of the staff members at Harrahs were very rude. They wouldn’t let my kids walk away from me for 5 seconds. I do not suggest it at all, besides we had to switch rooms because ours was infested with mildew.

Never again. Came to relax and have a little fun between travel baseball games. The entire staff other than 2 night time bartenders are rude and are more concerned with talking and gossiping in groups than answering a question you may have. I was told the pools are 24 hours when I called before booking. Nope, only open until 8 with children and at 7:50 they start barking for everyone to go with kids. Not nicely either. The kids cannot even be around the pool. And after 8 you basically have to go to your room because they can’t be in the lobby or anywhere you want to hang out. Not to mention.....After 10pm no adults can even be around the pool area even if you just want to relax and have a drink infront of the pool. Breakfast servers are rude as it gets, you feel bad even asking for water. Security barks at everything you do. Not kid friendly AT ALL. One of our beds only had sheets on it so you were cold all night but had a blanket. We are the nicest people and are always having fun. I only write good reviews normally, but I wish someone would have warned me about this hotel! Do not book it if you have kids. Well, they were rude to adults too. So there’s that.

Very nice stay, very clean a great views, a few exclent places to eat, casino is a bit on the smaller side, but really friendly staff and parking never and issue, would definitely stay there again.

Got there at 6, got a room, pool was apparently closed at 10, which was not posted ANYWHERE. I would attribute this to covid if I didnt see groups of people basically on top of eachother in the casino part with no masks or anything.

Plenty of reasons to love this place! Regulated machines, free drinks while gambling, great bartenders and wait staff, multiple well located and clean restrooms, well ventilated (they allow smoking across the entire floor), plenty of seats at the bar, easy parking access, and room for rvs in the lot! We absolutely loved spending party of the year here, we rarely visit other casinos while staying here.

I did not find any new exciting slot machines. Same older machines as always.

We always stop here at the Harrys casino its like the middle of all the mix with the other casinos. We love our Starbucks in the morning. The bar is always good to and we can watch all our games. Especially the World Series right now.

Although drinking and dining options were limited due to Covid19 restrictions, what I was able to experience was fantastic. Staff were in good spirits, machines gave a lot of play for the money, and I really enjoyed myself.

Awesome stay, work in hotel business... everything was outstanding.

Food was delish! Room has great pillows. The shower head is so great hubby wants one for our shower. Close to the beach and gambling is on-site. Win-win!

Oh Im glad I got to come back to OHaras because good luck not only getting your change back and allowing you to present them with a tip instead of them just taking what they want good luck getting a drink to begin with now if they see your winning theyll run over and get your order but for the most part you see Im hanging out at the card tables where the big winners are where the people are winning and if they aint winning they aint getting waited on either its a its all a gamble its a casino what do you expect

Clean, Nice rooms. Covid keeps housekeeping from coming in rooms everyday but they were sooooo fast bringing fresh towels & linens when we requested them. Yall are doing a great job. Hats off to ya!! & the 2 ladies at Starbucks that waited on me every morning.. YOUROCK..the 2 of you fixed the BEST starbucks drinks that weve had in awhile.. thankyousomuch

Ive played at multiple casinos and Harrahs always seem to be the tightest ones. Nonetheless good time, after all its pure chance and entertainment.

Second day of lifting bans and they did not disappoint. Great room and actually won a decent amount of money.

The one in Mississippi is great has a Starbuck Steak and shake restaurant. The people are very nice go there not Murphy nc.

We always enjoy visiting Harrahs in Biloxi on the Gulf Coast. Make sure you get a room with a view of the Gulf.
