Had a very Good time. The Staff was Great and the Gambling was Good. My Wife won a Jackpot on the Slots. Next Time I will get a players card. Would love to get a room there. And spend a few days there.

Very accomodating, beautiful view from my room. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was immaculate, nice size and very comfortable.

Me and my wife went to the Spa for massages. The massages were awesome, no complaints, but if I had to complain it would be about the amenities not being available. No shower, nothing extra just the massage. They really need to consider opening all the way up to make it worth wide.

I enjoyed going over. They have it set up very nice. The slot machines are cut off every other one for safety. Wasnt to many people there but everyone was really enjoying their selves. Soon as I can I will go again. Just cant drive anymore not unless someone could take me. I hope I can get more free rooms. That will help a lot. Love the I.P.. My place.

The only complaint my family and I had was the poor electrical outlets in the room for cell phones or pads. The plugs on the lamps were so big the plugs would not stay in. Had to unplug behind the bedside table for Cpap machine and phones. Need and extra outlet.The restaurants on the first and second floors were very good. On our last night we went to thirty two for dinner. Everything was excellent except my dish shrimp 32 and the sautéed spinach. The description made the dish look like shrimp and grits but it looked more like roast beef and grits. The taste wasn’t good. The spinach was so spicy hot I didn’t eat. The shrimp cocktail was too hot which is not characteristicOf shrimp cocktail and the escargot was very salt or over salted. Everyone who decided to get a steak instead of the shrimp 32 was glad after my dish came. The desserts were excellent!! Next time the selection will be different even though we feel being close to the Gulf the seafood should be representative of Gulf style seafood. When a customer pays the price it should be eatable and pleasant experience.

Entire staff was friendly. Room was clean. Safety standards in place. Love the IP. It is the main casino I go to when in Biloxi.

First time here and it seems like its gonna be a great time.

It didnt have a casino feel. The daiquiriswere not frozen enough, they were tooloose. Only one sun&moon machine open in the whole casino. I will no be visiting again

I like going there for their sandwiches. Their sandwiches are large and have a lot on them. I enjoy the and playing the slots.

I will say that that the IP staff are friendly enough and the drink staff are kind of on the ball but, I swear, they tighten up the slots on the weekends and any holiday. But, the IP is a good enough time....if youre with the right people.

I enjoyed the atmosphere. Most of the games are pretty much the same. I did win a few times but even though I played the max bet, the payout was small.

They dont give jackpots at all... Ive spent a lot of money with IP and they still havent allowed me to hit a jackpot out of all these years

Absolutely a great stay. Its taking full Covid 19 measures so theres a few adjustments to whats available and everyone masks etc. The rooms are clean, and comfortable with beautiful of the city, the bay, and the Gulf. The Bayview Restaraunt is excellent with more then generous portions. The staff is friendly and everyone seems to be making the best. A very enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend.

Loved the Room, casino was a casino, the pool was closed for the season I am very much the pool person, so I wish we had know, it was off season . Dont misplace your key or you Will not get Back up to your room. ( I have mixed emotions on that. BUT...OVER ALL IT WAS good.

My husband and I always have an enjoyable time at the IP Casino. Our casino host Alice is wonderful and such a great help with anything we need. Dont forget to book treatments at the spa, because they are fabulous. We also loved the Charlie Daniels concert. Highly recommended by us.

Ugh, no valet parking, drinks in Styrofoam. It must be because COVID19 but I had just come from the Palace and they seemed to be more together and organized

We stayed overnight for our wedding anniversary. The room was nice and view of the bay was a plus to look at from sunset and to wake up too. I enjoyed the spa and the amenities it provided. The Massage was awesome and staff went over and above to insure comfort and greeted me with a smile and insure I was okay. We will be booking another staycation in the future.

Great casino with excellent rewards program if you sign up to become a member. Restaurants, sports bar as well as a buffet so no shortage of good food. Rooms are always clean and fresh with the usual coffee, toiletries, iron etc and a lighted magnified makeup mirror which is great. Very well equipped gym which is complimentary if you are staying at the hotel. The best spa around, for a $20 fee you can spend all day if you want in the steam room, hot tub, cold room and sauna and then have a private shower. They also provide a hair and makeup room with hairdryers, moisturizer and other products. Towels are provided and are always clean and plentiful. Facials and other treatments are also available at various prices. There is a large outdoor pool and spa with many loungers and chairs right next to the bar which also serves food. You can rent a very well equipped cabana with tv, fridge etc either by the day or half day. This casino is not on the strip/beachfront but it is very reasonably priced or offers complimentary stays for members but best of all it has loose slots so it takes longer to loose my money. I never stay anywhere else when Im in Biloxi.

Lobby undergoing renovations - I expect it will be very nice and will eliminate the bit of congestion checking in. Arcade for the kids . Buffet satisfied everyone. Rooms great, tub surround a little out-dated, but so what! Pool area nice and very kid-friendly. With so many families, it would serve the hotel well to have more shade available to them. The cabanas are great, but not so many folks can afford them.The bartender in the snack/bar shack opted to ignor me to finish his conversation with another employee for long enough for me to turn around and start to walk out. Only turned back around because kids were waiting for their frozen drinks - he didnt offer an apology. We were there 8/5-6 . Nice poolside menu. Wish something was playing on the big poolside screen at night, that would have been cool for the kids while the night temperature was so nice. Would definitely go back.

They are trying to make up the lost money they did not make while closed so all the table games are expensive and they tightened up the slot machine so they dont pay out as often

Real disappointed in the way they came back when they closed down for corona virus -i was getting$60 a week free playa $40--&--a $20 food vocher--fre tickets to every concert that came- to free gift giveaway every week of the month--and free hotel rooms.And when they came back I got one $50. Free play from them and have not received any other offer at all.Every other casino picked up right where they left off

A nice casino hotel that neighbors Boom Town. However, we didnt win anything here. We had some drinks at a hotel bar. Their staff was friendly and accommodating. They have headline bands that appear here.

This used to be my favorite casino the last two times I went there it smelled horrible like dirty smelling musty old carpeting it was just a horrible experience I had always enjoyed the food and everything at IP now just the thought of it turns my stomach

The rooms are CLEAN. Refrigerator. Lots of space. Not happy that my boys could not swim. Arcade was very basic. Not enough family activities.

The entertainment, Clint Black, was excellent, and the venue was nice. Even though our seats were on the side, viewing was still good.Ther reason for 3 stars was because the crowd was distracting. There was a lot of unrelated talking and people were standing up blocking my view. There wasnt any crowd control which would have made the experience better. Other than the crowd, it was an excellent experience.

Great two day stay. The luxury suite is very nice for a romantic getaway! We especially liked the jet tub. Other standouts are the pool and gym. We will be back soon.
