This place is by far the most incredible casino around. It has everything you need to have an amazing vacation. With a spa that has a snow room, sauna, jacuzzi tub in abundance, massage rooms that are unmatched, and an amazing gaming area. The staff are amazing and the head of security Mr Sexton is always on watch. It could be one of the safest places to get out through this pandemic. Best casino in the area. But best of all is the staff; especially EFFIE C the best, most experienced poker dealer in the country. Effie is the poker dealer that is always smiling, always helpful, always thoughtful, and truly a one of a kind poker dealer that everyone must see. If you like poker. Then sit at Effies C table and experience the best that money can buy! Its a must see if youre visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The suite was amazing. Boasting a dinning room, living room, kitchenette, office space, forger, two bathrooms and a king master suite....you could swim in that jacuzzi! The rest of the resort was average. The valet was never there...not one time in a week, and the spa and buffet were also closed. The pool was nice but there were a lot of kids so it wasnt really relaxing. The casino was huge. There are tons and tons of slots and card tables. The best thing at the resort was Infusion, the coffee bar thats open 24/7.
When I arrived, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Rooms were good and seemed cleaned and sanitized well. The staff was friendly and courteous. This is my 1st experience at a hotel/casino so I was nervous about playing REAL blackjack for the 1st time (lost $90 ). The sports bar on the 2nd floor had good food and the service was impeccable! This was a quick getaway from the 9-to-5 but I do plan to revisit when time and funds permit. As Im not the regular gambler, I was told you had $5 or $10 minimums on blackjack tables, was disappointed to see $25 minimums but one table had $15 (the table i lost on ). Maybe it might be due to restricted occupancy and lost revenue. But I do plan to come back soon.
IP was the very clean casino. Everybody seemed to be helpful and curious always trying to make sure that you are comfortable and happy. The cocktail waitresses seem to be coming around in a timely manner very pleasant when any of you your drink. The atmosphere and the Omega was incredible I like the place and I will return...
I visited the spa for the first time on a recent trip and it was fantastic. My husband and I tried to book massages, but many of their services are unavailable due to Covid which is entirely understandable. I was able to make an appointment for a facial and it was lovely. They are taking extra precautions to ensure cleanliness, while still doing their best to provide timely service. I definitely recommend if you need a break from gambling.
The IP CASINO is by far my favorite casino in Biloxi, They follow all the Covid protocols so you feel extremely safe.
Senses Spa! Amazing! Highly recommend being pampered while you stay at IP Resort! Hotel still at limited service (no maid service, room service, etc) but still great time! Highly recommend dining at Thirty-Two! Excellent food and service, plus the view is AWESOME.
FIRST TIME VISITING THE IP. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. VERY CLEAN AND OUR FRIENDS HAD A SUITE THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL...
Valet service is closed but plenty of empty parking spots in the garage. Buffet is closed. Table games have tripled minimum bet. 3 players per table, and sanitary measures are lacking. Tien restaurant was good but we had to ask for the table to be wiped at the hibachi bar. Hotel room did not smell like it had been sanitized. This used to be a favorite place for a weekend getaway, not so much any more.
We used to stay here 2-3 times a month. The last time we stayed we were just getting out of the shower and two people came busting into our room ( management and security)and searched it. Their reason, we had our Do Not Disturb sign on the door for to long. ( about 24 hours) We take trips to get away from work, kids, grandkids, ect. So we thought the whole point of a DND sign was not to be disturbed. If you are planning a stay I would highly recommend Beau Rivage, Harrahs, or The Scarlett Pearl they are absolutely amazing!!
Great place to stay. I brought my family and we had the best time.
Very nice place. Didnt get a very scenic view. But casino was so fun. Everyone was really nice
I had a great time and I really do love this place but... $25 minimum tables? Really?I completely understand there is a pandemic and business is slower than usual but punishing table players is wrong. I dont see you making the slot machines $25 minimum. Did you raise my tier score based on my bets?I promise you that if you start lowering the minimums people will start returning. So, sorry... I wont be back until that happens.Normally 5 stars but 3 for now.
I frequent most of the Biloxi casinos and IP is definitely one of the best. Clean, fun, sweet roof-top pool, the best masseuse around, & top notch customer service. Highly recommend!
Was charged $500 dollars for a King room. Had to wait 20 minutes in line to be checked in because both receptionists were catering to the VIP line. Then was put in a handicap room. The view was the top of the building. Ive stayed in hotels for a 1/4 of that amount and had better service and rooms with free breakfast. Horrible experience and a ripoff. Will never go here again.Only good thing I can say is the restaurant we ate at had good food and the service was pleasant.
Came over for my birthday week. Check in was smooth prices were very good. I have only a couple of real complaints. One being when we checked into our room my fiance found a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower rod. The other issue is they get all sideways about mask wearing unless you sit there with a cigarette hanging out your mouth then no problem sit without a mask as long as you like. Otherwise the stay was great the pool was great, service and food were very good. Aside from the dirty wash cloth our room was super clean and had a great view.
Ok, I will start off by saying that I think the rooms needs an update, and a better cleaning. I will say once I was switched to a different room, it was clean and quiet. The casino had a sever named Sherri and she was amazing!!! If you want some good seafood and steak please try the restaurant 32!!! You will not be disappointed. The cafe breakfast was thee best. I will definitely stay again.
Very friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, fun casino and exciting wins... Had a great time! Thanks for the COMP rooms IP! Ill definitely be back
Do not book if you want any money back. I called to cancel my reservation - no refund. Then I tried to move the reservation to another date, was not able to. Might as well book the same day as arrival to avoid losing your money. Good luck.
Me n my boyfriend spent our 1year anniversary here about 2 months ago. It was great!! Pool and hot tub was clean. Good restaurants and the casinos were also fun. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!
Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a good time on their trip. Starting off, the room service is terrible. There was a stain on our blanket, so we called to request a new blanket and they NEVER came. The elevators were out of order and multiple guest were escorted out being pushed through a crowd of people waiting for an elevator and it was very chaotic. Went down for a late night snack at the coffee bar, and they didnt give us all that we ordered after waiting 30 minutes after ordering only 2 coffees and 2 cakes. After we got back to the room to enjoy our treat, we discovered that the cakes and coffee was absolutely intolerable. Not to mention it was completely overpriced.
Im going to give a pre 5 star rating! It’s been over two years since I have been to the Imperial Palace!! I booked for Sunday and decided to come in tonight early and am on the way with the wife as I speak!! Every time that we come to the imperial palace it’s never a let down, they make you feel like royalty! I normally come every year but with cancer getting In the way we had to delay for a bit but we are back baby!! I can’t wait to get there!
Nice clean place for gambling but due to the cova bs your table games minimum is $25 kinda high if your just in there for a little bit of fun
Loved the hotel. Its beautiful. Everyone was very friendly especially the front desk clerk. The room was gorgeous! Very clean. Would recommend the hotel to others!
I was in town for a special event. Because of great experiences in the past( 5years ago) I invited about 4 other couples to cancel their reservations at another hotel to stay at the IP. Being the host, of the event, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are outdated. The staff was not friendly. We were unable to enjoy the amenities of the resort. My husband was not allowed to enter the pool after reaching capacity. We were not told that there was a pool capacity when entering. He came down about 5 min after we did and couldn’t enter. If were notified ahead of time, I would have made sure that we entered together. Because of this half of our group were separated and some had to go to the beach. We visited the one of the restaurants and was told by the hostess that we could sit together. When we were seated the server told us that we couldn’t sit together. There were 6 of us. The server and the manger(Nancy and Lisa) were very rude. The had attitudes when taking out drink orders. The server stated “the hostess doesn’t know what she was talking about.” They were very unprofessional. We left the restaurant. I understand that things happen, but when a group of 10 has the same or worse experiences, it something to look into. I don’t want really want to play the race card, but no one deserves to be treated the way we were. This have changed at the IP from what I could remember. Horrible experience.
The pool and pool staff (servers) were the best. The only thing I would change is making it an adult only facility. On this recent visit I noticed a lot of children in the hotel area, I never did understand the concept of bringing children to a hotel/ casino when theres is nothing for the children to do and there are other places like Margaritaville where its very kid friendly.
Great benefits if youre a Bconnected member. The hotel is very tall and has a few good restaurants.
I loved their rooms, spacious and clean. The totality of the hotel was well appointed. Crisp clean furniture, and all new gaming devices. It took a while twenty minutes to walk, to the breakfast buffet the next morning, complimentary USA Today newspaper at the front. IP is very reasonably priced and we enjoyed our brief stay. If you like to gamble, I would also recommend Imperial Palace.
Thank you IP casino we had a great room very comfortable very clean and to us comfort and clean is what we look for. IP casino employees were all very respectful and helpful thank you again for contributing to our nice 2 day getaway
Very poor housekeeping. My aunt found a bra in the floor in our room, pubic hairs in the tub and pens and trash in the floor. My cousin in the adjoining room found pretty lacy underwear in his room. Im concerned of their covid-19 cleanliness. The mattresses were not the best. There is 1 restaurant and 1 sports bar to choose from for food.
I love this casino staff is always friendly and they do their jobs correctly the cocktail waitresses are fast and always have a smile on their face the casino is clean and inviting it has a way of leaving a infectious good feeling everytime i come for a visit!
Great customer service. We enjoy playing slots there. They have all of our favorites.
Clean and beautiful rooms with a great view. All the staff are super friendly and always there to help. The pool and hot tub are on the 11th floor with a wonderful view and big screen TV. We will definitely be going again.
My 1st visit! We were there celebrating our 1st Wedding Anniversary! Staff was very helpful, friendly! Special recognition to Mark, our Favorite Bartender/Server in 850 Will return!
Very nice hotel with all the amenities. The casino is very nice and spacious. Social distancing is being practiced and masks are worn everywhere. The housekeeping is cancelled due to Covid 19, but otherwise very enjoyable.
Yeah i had a bad experience here. I felt it was unjust. A personal problem. But i wont be going back bc im not allowed. Its a long story. But bc i didnt go to hosp. & police were looking for me bc my ex says i was suicidal. I wasnt. I had no car, i felt safe a casino. Police kept calling had to physically see i was ok. Thats great, i understand. But bc i didnt go to hosp. I am banned from there. I wasnt even crying. Let alone suicidal. They fell for my exs ploy
Very accomodating staff, room was immaculate. All staff was very friendly. Room was big with a beautiful view. Will definitely stay there again.
Visited Bay View Cafe 9-19-20 around midnight. Jacob, our server was awesome front to back.Great job Jacob!Went above and beyond!Very professional!
My wallet was stolen the night before my reservation and called to inform them I didnt have a current ID but still had my expired one, S.S. card, and credit card I made the reservation with but was told I couldnt rent the room without valid ID and since it was weekend getting my replacement was out of the question till Monday, so they told me to cancel my reservation and they would wave the cancellation fee but charged me anyway for the full room rate after they said they wouldnt..... I would have given a lower rating for this experience but have had great experiences in the past such as the occasion I spent there in these pictures...
I enjoy the casino when I go however. The pillows in the hotel are so hard I get neck pain & the drink girls do not come around nearly enough.
I had non ideal moment moment a security guard named Patrica. She was completely rude to my wife on the entering the hotel. We definitely understand the IP key policy and respect it. That being said her treatment of my wife was very low. To tell my wife she was just gonna have to wait till I returned from the Nugget to get in our room was insanity. No help at all. Thankfully my wife was helped by a very kind front seat person named William. He set her up with a Security officer named ?Bryce? ?Bruce? Who got her to our room. The rest of our stay was great and I loved my stay (ah the food and the bartender were amazing) but this dark blot has has probably brought an end to us staying at IP. That said we still plan to gamble and drink with you though!
Great fun and fantastic food. Parking can be a chore but otherwise everything is great.
Fantastic place everyone was so nice and so helpful. The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Family spent 5 days there in it very relaxing. The pool area for us was breath talking. We will definitely go back see ya soon Biloxi Mississippi.
Yeah great relaxing time next time there will be photos
Nice front desk people. Room is nice clean. Thank you for the expirience Boyd Gaming
The staff at the IP was very hospitable and courteous. The resort is visually inviting and offers gaming, food and dancing. The location is conviantly near local shopping malls. I loved every minute of my stay. It was a great adventure on my Journey; Celebration of Life, in memory of my Mother and Brother.️Until then....
Good buffet casino amenities. Cool spot by the water
I don’t know what happened but our weekend getaway was a huge disappointment! We had to wait for our room to be ready, then they put us in a handicapped room that was filthy! Used soap was in the shower! The carpet was wet by the bathroom door because when I stepped into the bathroom wet dirt appeared on the floor! The table in the room had layers of dirt& dust which was so gross! So much for cleaning for Covid. I call the desk floor manager to complain and she asked if I wanted housekeeping to come and clean! No I wanted another room. It was clean looking but the carpet on the right side was wet and it was still very wet in the morning! Only one restaurant is open and most of the slot machines are off, which if they would have thought it out better say a row with six machines and only the one in the middle works... why? Every two have one working spacing out better, we were supposed to be there three days we spent one night and left early! Very disappointed!
The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star was they didnt let me win...lol
I had reservations to go and they were cancelled because the casino was closed down due to the pandemic. I had food credits, hotel offers and slot credits. Now that I am planning a trip to go again soon I found out I have none of those things anymore. It was not my fault I had to cancel my trip. When I called and spoke to someone about this issue they were not helpful and just said that it was an automatic thing that is kept on the computer. Thanks IP... I will take my business elsewhere ;)
Great experience, I do wish there were more roulette gaming machines though since Covid there were only 4 places open
Wow. This place gea better with patience. Lisa in the BayView had everything but the check on the table before we asked for it.I gue$$ all thats missing is breakfast and the hot tub. One out of two is technically not losing.
Stayed here for one night on August 10th and a month and a half later I still have not received my $100 security deposit. After calling the manager she insisted I had received the money without verifying any of my information. This place is a scam, and I hope this review finds you before they steal from you as well.
Great buffet Great rooms and the pound cake down at the cafe is The Best
Ip is the best hotel/casino in biloxi. Good food good service an a great swimming pool area. Only place i will ever stay when im in biloxi
Gym closes at 8pm and that’s a major disservice for a resort. I travel very frequently and the gym is very important. So this place is more of a 2 1/2 star to charge resort fees for a gym that closes too early. The hallways smell of cigarette which is another letdown. I don’t smoke. I walk around and smell smoke in the air.The plus side, rooms are big with good views.Good elevator but lots of seniors in walkers, so be mindful of that. The steakhouse on the top floor was spectacular with great wine selection.I had a nice time.
The IP is one of my favorite casinos and resorts! The buffet isnt as good as it used to be, but its still one of the better ones. They give some of the best comps in the area. The workers are all very friendly, Ive never had someone be rude to me or not smile as we pass by. Always have a great experience when we come! The one thing they really need to fix is the tiles by the pool. It becomes very slippery when wet and Ive seen a few people fall.
Good casino place, but for a place to stay was not worth it. Paid nearly $700 for a deluxe bed rooms, and the room doesn’t even look comfortable? Not even much things in the room..
Have stayed here several times and we love it
I had a great time and I think everyone would.
We really enjoy the IP. Great gaming selection, clean rooms with comfy beds and their restaurants are fab!
Rooms werent what I expected for the price. The offer no room service. Security very rude. But check in staff was very helpful.
This was my first time at IP. I stopped for some fun traveling cross country from Spokane to Greensboro. Ive never left a review but this seems like a good one to do. Valet was great. Buffet was a hard pass. Food tasted stale and old. Go with the restaurant by the front desk. My room was nothing special but it was very clean. The Casino was fun. While it may sound odd the most fun I had was meeting the staff. Brice in security was entertaining and helpful. Nicest security officer I ever met. William and Dorian at the front desk helped me with all my room needs. I lost my keys and they were so kind. My waitress at the place by lobby (forgot to get her name) was a sweetheart. Overall staff was just so amazing. I will stop back again in July when going back to Spokane.
Im rating this location from a concert-venue perspective only, hence my 5 star rating! The concert space is super nice, very easy to get to, and always makes for a good time. The drinks inside the venue are not as expensive as some of the other venues, but I think that comes along with the territory. I have attended several concerts at this venue - some with mostly standing tickets and some with chairs brought in - and its been equally awesome every time.
To infusions coffee bar, if you’re going to sell things from a gas station that closed down 5 years ago at least give people a warning. So people here’s your warning $14 for a 20 year old frozen ham egg and cheese croissant (that was burnt to a crisp in the microwave) and 2 cups of disgusting coffee. The hotel and casino where fine for the money. The bad:very thin walls, I heard my neighbor snore all night.Sand spurs in the sheetsBrown stains on half the towels.Stay away from lighthouse pier, unless you want to get robbed in broad daylight.
Great rooms clean fresh and bright. The buffet was disappointing. The food downstairs by the near the entrance was amazing staff and food is exceptional. The staff is friendly, never came across anything but smiles and help if needed.
Great hotel!!! The rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool area is to die for. Outdoor pool and bar. Outdoor hot tub is so relaxing and larger than most! Great place to stay while visiting the biloxi, ms beach area.
Would of been alot better if I could have won lol. Maybe next time.
When we go to IP Casino resort we always have a good time win or lose! The rooms are clean and comfortable with great views. We always have a good time in the casino! And we have eaten in all of the restaurants and they are fabulous!
Slots super tight. Service was bad when trying to get a drink while playing slots, one waitress even made a anti LGBTQ slur at me when I tried to ask for a drink (Im trans), at that point I decided to go and spend my money at some other place. Crazy table minimum at 8am. Sat down at a few slots and they would not properly register my bet and would have to just take out my money and search for a different machine. Was sent to a different areas to get a players card and each time staff sent me to the wrong area and was never able to get one. Not the cleanest casino in the area. Maybe try a different casino in the area if you want to gamble. I heard they have a good buffet from my coworkers in pensacola but it was closed so maybe that is worth going to when it reopens so I cant really say anything aboit the food. I also heard that the spa was good and wanted to see about an appointment but after the interaction with the slur I ruled that out (was very disappointed about not being able to try that). To end on a positive not the two security persons checking IDs were super nice and friendly, really they were the only nice thing about my trip there. Maybe if they make some big changes (especially becoming more LGBTQ accepting) I will try this place again but would not go back at this time.
Two free nights-- but long line at check in with only 2 clerks working, spa closed, & non-smoking room hallway smelled like weed. Would give them another chance, maybe in a few months.
My husband and I had a Wonderful time here. We were comoted dinner for 3 nights also the day we were leaving, their was a really bad storm and the hotel did allow us and several other people to travel in the bad weather. They gave Us a free night and food and gambling allowances for the day. They werent just concerned about making money, they were concerned about our safety. The room was very clean, & Im OCDThe staff was very nice and helpful.Thank you IP Staff and Management for your hospitality and concern. We will definitely be visiting again very soon.
We couldnt get a massage, the spa couldnt do them at this time. We had someone banging on our adjoining room door all night long and our room door. People screaming and hollering up and down the hall all night, every night. We were trying to relax and rest. We enjoyed our room view and our room other than that. The front desk just said, sorry. Ok... Wish they would have been more accommodating.
Bayview Cafe was not good at all. Did not even have olive oil or lemon for the salad. Salad was pitiful. Will never return. Other horrors but wont waste any more of my time.
My wife and I spent two nights here. The room was really nice. The staff was most helpful. Parking was free and convenient. The pool was beautiful, but could be a little crowded during mid afternoon.
Ip was awesome to the point that we didnt want to leave!
Nice hotel room with nice views. The upgraded rooms are worth the price, with nice walk-in showers and jacuzzi tubs. There are nicer casinos in the area that are worth checking it, with it being almost impossible to get a drink or a cocktail while at a table or on the floor. The buffet can also be skipped. On a positive note, the front desk staff and security staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Beautiful casino and lots to do around town .
Restaurant is terrific.Enough food to share with one serving. Service is excellent.
Best customer service and best casino, hotel in Biloxi Mississippi.
This review is for RV and 18 wheeler or large trucks towing! This casino welcomes RV travelers and trucks with trailer of all size and lengths! The parking is across from the pawn store across the street from hotel, all within a comfortable walking distance. There are no hook ups, just parking. Please park and then go to the Bell desk or valet in hotel for a special parking pass. They will need your driver license. There is security and well lit and large parking area. Please be mindful and park correctly so therefore the 18 wheeler can get out without blocking. We got a room and it was very nice, bathroom was nice size. Clean!!Bed was comfy, and basic room amenities including 2 free water bottles.Casino was great, paid me a few times on different machines! Drink services was on point and drinks were good!!The buffet for breakfast was good, plenty food available and hot! Waitress was friendly!I wish to come back, but too far a drive. Stop in and check for yourself!!
Pretty good for the first time we will be staying at the Hard Rock Motel next time
My go-to Spot when I want to play!!! Amazing Place and Awesome Staff
Niceeee. Alot of action
This is our favorite p place. Curious to know if guests are all wearing masks. We are planning a visit this week e nWeekend
I keep giving this place a chance and I keep getting burn. Last night cost me $1,000. Two bonuses in the machines I played. $400 in one game with no bonus betting $1.76. $300 in another on with no bonus. But over all Im suppose to be happy with the $15 of free play a week. I think i need to give it away to someone else.
Lovely service and amenities, however youll have to pass the gamblers smoking and drinking to get anywhere. Given that atmosphere, I dont think Id return with children.
Great place to stay! Rooms reasonably priced!
Very nice casino and hotel i recommend it very highly, .y room view
Very helpful people at front desk. Clean facilities. Complimentary valet. Great rooms... bed kinda hard. Great view...very secure. Didnt win anything tho.
I stayed at the IP for 2 Nights in a Deluxe Room With a View on the 23rd Floor. The room was sufficient in size. The view of the Bay was OK, although all Bay View rooms also look out towards the parking garage. There was a table and chairs by the window which was nice. The room also had a chaise lounge, although I personally would have preferred a couch or love seat in that space instead. The room included a mini refrigerator, but microwaves were only available by request and for a fee. There was a safe built into the closet in the room.My main criticism about the room itself has to do with the bathroom. The bathroom itself appeared to have been recently updated (e.g. nice countertops, shower head etc.), but the vent for the bathroom was located below the sink / countertop and adjacent to the bathroom door. With the bathroom door closed (or even partially closed), the vent did a very poor job of removing steam / condensation from the shower. There was a unappealing musty smell in the bathroom, which I imagine is due to the poor bathroom ventilation over a long period of time.My other room criticism has to do with the nightstand lamps. The lamps have built in outlets to plug in your electronics (e.g. phone charger), but the plugs sit very loosely in the lamp outlets and can easily fall out or be pulled out. I’m not sure why they are designed that way (and I have seen the same lamps used at other Boyd properties that I have stayed at).The casino was sufficient size with ample gambling options. Table minimums ranged from table to table but started at $5 - $10 or so. It wasn’t too smoky in the casino which was nice. Slots were pretty tight based on my play, and I didn’t have much luck at the tables either (but it’s gambling, so anything can happen). The IP had a number of dining options. Their 24/7 cafe didn’t offer takeout orders, but some of the items from the 24/7 cafe menu were on the room service menu. I believe they offered takeout from the sports bar, although the sports bar is not open 24/7. Additionally, I placed an order at the coffee shop only to be told during payment that food credits are accepted at every dining venue except the coffee shop. Food credit could also not be applied towards room service. Not sure why the IP / Boyd are so restrictive with player food credits (which come as a result of casino play). I also wish they did offer takeout orders from the 24/7 cafe.I attended the Joe Nichols concert in Studio A. Studio A was relatively compact, definitely an “intimate experience” for a concert. For this concert, they setup chairs in the pit area (which is where I was sitting). The rows of seats were narrow which made it difficult for people to get in / out past others already seated in the row. During the show, some show goers began to populate the aisles in the pit (between the “seat clusters” that were setup in the pit). By the end of the show, there were also people lined up along the front of the stage (at the front of the pit). I’m not sure if the people lined up along the front of the stage were supposed to be there (e.g. were part of a VIP experience), and I’m all for people enjoying themselves, but it generally seemed like it turned into a free for all by the end of the concert. I personally didn’t appreciate that for a concert that had assigned seating in the pit (if it were a show without any seating in the pit, I would understand). There were a few bars inside of Studio A which were passed on the way to the seats. The bars were convenient for picking up a drink pre-show (i.e. on the way to your seat). However, there were no drink servers during the show, so if you wanted another drink mid-show, you had to get up and go to the bar to get them. I didn’t order any more drinks during the show for that reason.Overall, I would say the IP is pretty average with room to improve. It’s certainly a passable place to stay. My criticisms are mostly things the IP / Boyd could potentially address, with procedural / operational changes, to really enhance the guest / player experience.
Great place to stay. The casino, the food and the hotel was great. The only complaint was the maid service. Got toiletries the first day and that was it.
Not an overall bad place, Cafe has good food, Casino is well kept only had one 15$ blackjack table! Even on the weeknights. Everyother table was 25$ minimum. Bar is open 24hrs and the drinks are free but they expect a tip!
Fun to play here, 2 floors of slots to choose from
Great place to stay. Very clean rooms, food was very good, plenty of drinks while gambling and real good service. Will be going back.
