The view was great and the dining choices were fine. But that was about it. The room left things to be desired. The coffee pot didn’t work. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. The toilet was very loose. And you had to chase the water in the shower. You would just expect everything to work in a location like this.
The Hotel Room was beautiful. A little strange set up with the bathroom in Royal Tower, but I heard the Platinum Towers were even stranger, so ask first. The entire place was exciting. Loved loved The Sugar Factory especially with 9 &12 yr olds with us. Food was excellent at The Hard Rock Cafe, with usual food choices. Predictable selection @ HRC, but there were other restaurants to chose from, so it was fine. Didnt win @ the Casino but thats expected. The large pool on the shore was amazing. Gorgeous view with attentive food and drink service. The pool side restaurant had a nice selection. We wish we had booked a longer stay, and will be headed back some time. The weekdays were great for the kids, but as Friday Night came around, there was definitely a party crowd and atmosphere, which is a good reason to pick Hard Rock. Check out the guitar at the Cafe that was found in the Gulf of Mexico after Katrina hit.
Hard Rock what better way to say it, lights camera action !!! Get you a players card dont forget to put it in the machine so you can get your free rooms and $20 every three days well I did anyways. Its fun alot to look at and food is good Ive heard but I personally have never eaten there. Its worth a try if you havent been before or even if your a seasoned vet it would be your choice if you have fun or not. If your scared to loose your money the casino isnt where you need to go. Just saying!!!¢
This was my first time visiting and even though a pandemic, it was a wonderful and fun experience. All the staff I came into contact with were sweet and very helpful. The drinks at Hard Rock Cafe and The Sugar Factory were DELICIOUS. I would highly recommend getting a cabana if you will be visiting the pool, and the drinks and food at the restaurant near the pool was amazing as well. The casino was nice and had so many different slots and games to choose from, again first time at a casino also. I wish that the room did have the plush robes as listed in amenities, it was my birthday and I wanted to feel royal (lol). I stayed in the Platinum tower and it had great view of the and the pool area, one entire wall was windows (not floor to ceiling though) and that was cool. I will say this with renting a cabana only channels on the TV was sports, I would have preferred others channels instead but thats my only complaint but not enough to take away a star. I hope to visit again soon.
Parking was convenient. The long walk to the eating areas and casino was an almighty trial for tired legs and back. I dined at the little Thai restaurant inside, and was so impressed with the service and food. Simply served and amazing tastes! Very affordable for the quality of the food. Casino area a little dark to suit me, but people were having fun, mostly a younger crowd. It was enjoyable over all. A people mover would have made the long walk experience much more enjoyable.
I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the platinum tower. Rooms had great space and huge walk in shower that included a rain shower. Staff was super friendly. Food was delicious. Unfortunately due to recent weather events, the pool wasnt open nor the soundbar. Enjoyed most of the indoor restaurants with the exception of the Half Shell Oyster House. We were told the dont accept reservations, which they should, because the greeter told us come 30 minutes prior to the time we wanted to eat and when we did we were told it would be a 2 hour wait. It wouldve pushed us back to eating at almost 11pm. Overall the experience during this covid pandemic was still great!
Great hotel, love the location and the attention to detail. I have been here in good times and bad and the hotel has done an amazing job adjusting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a great value
My husband and I finally made it down!! We had people around us telling us to make sure we stay at the Hard Rock casino. Well, we went down on a last minute whim and they didnt have any rooms available. We will definitely call ahead and make a reservation next time we go.We still had a blast there!! It was totally as great, fun, and clean as we heard!! Yeah, we will definitely be back, soon I hope.
The Hard Rock was a fun casino. It was early evening when I arrived and it wasnt very crowded. I won almost $500 in the first hour I was there and had fun losing half of it back! I wanted to eat at all the restaurants especially the Sugar Factory but decided to enjoy the fried crab claws and excellent key lime pie at the Half Shell. I visit Biloxi often and look forward to going back again.
I booked a room for Friday night in the Royal Blue Tower as a get away for our anniversary for a night, but was not able to stay the whole night so we left the same day that we had arrived due to the horrific smell of smoke in the room, not even the disinfectant spray helped as we went down to eat and came back to the room. On the other hand the Half Shell Oyster House restaurant we ate at had great service and food. I am truly disappointed, could have used some form of ionizing machine or odor eliminator for the room.
Positive: Location and convenience Negative: No microwave or refrigerator
I booked a king room at first and emailed to change to a double queen. Marquitta Madison answered my inquiry and stated that it was changed but upon arrival we were placed into a King room that wasn’t the cleanest. We had to drag our luggage back down to the lobby to get them to change it. Diane at the front desk was amazing and remembered me each of the days I was there. She deserves Employee of the Month. The room she gave us was on the top floor with better views. One of the queen beds had a body sized gap between the wall that was just dead space and made getting out of bed on that side impossibly tight. There was a lack of plugs that I usually find in newer hotels. I loved the rainfall shower and the surround sound from the TV but the walls were a bit thin. Platinum tower is a must.
Hotel was very nice even during the remodeling!Casino had many slots and table games but could have had more newer slots to enhance the experience.Ruth Chris steaks was very good as always as well as convenient while staying at the hotel/casino.
Positive: Location Negative: Extremely noisy party going on from 11pm-5am in the room next door
The hotel is really nice!! The room could have been very relaxing, however, the walls in the platinum tower is very thin. My husband, and I were placed a jointed room, and we could literally hear everything the other guess was saying. The guess was not loud at all, they were having normal inside voice conversation. I contacted the front desk for any type assistant/accommodation and NO ONE could offer NOTHING...BUT to send security to the room for what...the guess did nothing wrong. Bottom line the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Please be careful choosing this place for relaxation. Room view was amazing!!!
The Hard Rock Casino was definitely worth visiting. They had some interesting memorabilia as well as several food options. However, the casino felt small and the machines seemed to have higher minimum bet requirements. They were the only casino that had an electronic blackjack dealer, though, which is a nice option for those just starting to play.
Beautiful place. Love the slots. Probably need more waitstaff. It wasnt even crowded and it was still hard to find a server.
My home away from home!Been coming to Hardrock since opening 07/07/07!!!Friends for life. Thank you to all. I would like to personally thank Director Players Services. VIP Cashiers, Hotels Mgr Brandon and Staff. Hosts Brandon, my favorite Host Kaitlyn and all the Hosts that I have encountered and all the friendly staff. Blessings to all for a job superbly well done!!!!!!Loves you all
Great time at Hard Rock, they have wipes at machines, very clean! Highly recommend during covid.
We had a wonderful time. Won at the sports book. Played roulette most of late night fun day Sunday. And the bucks and the aints entertained us to a WOW. the goat got his history lesson. Hard Rock is truly the best on the bayou.
Everything seemed to be cleaned and all staff was nice. The theme of hard rock was throughout the hotel. When we walked into our room, there was music playing from the TV that scared us at first because we were like.. is there someone in here..? Then we realized we were in a HARD ROCK hotel so that was pretty cool. Thanks to Covid, they stop serving food and drinks early, but that wasnt. Big deal for us. We slept in the king-size room with a view and it was pretty cozy and the shower was awesome with 3 shower heads.
Had a great time, nice view from our room. The room has motorized shades that u can adjust. Very modern rooms in the Platinum Tower. Smell of smoke & weed throughout the hotel, but it does have a casino attached so its kind of expected. Casino was clean, they had alcohol wipes on each seat. Restaurants in the casino varied. Seafood restaurant was awesome and worth the $$. Ruth Chris was disappointing, way below the hype. Hard Rock Cafe had very limited menu and way over priced. Walked around the town a little...not too much to look at. Very limited beach area. If youre interested mainly in the casino, then its a great place to visit.
Always a great time at the hard rock... Best time to go right now is between 2:00am-7:00am as there is almost no people in the casino at this time and the workers are finally cleaning. So this greatly lowers your chances of getting this corona virus. On the other hand there is no time good for getting drinks like there normally WAS as I was never asked if wanted a drink and the foutains are all closed so you are lucky to find something to drink while on the floor.
It seemed they were not totally open to us. The machines were going but very few game tables. Staying 6 ft away is difficult and takes the fun out of it for us (to no fault of theirs with this covid ). Not all restaurants were open and the once that were seemed wayy overpriced for the food. Very disappointed but hopefully it will get better when they get over the storm issues and the covid but right now its a No go for us.
As always the best Casino, it wasnt too crowded everyone had on their mask, they made sure all the machines were sanitize for next person, I truly enjoyed my visit .
Service was rude as heck had to ask for extra towels and water bottles three times before anyone brought them, middle casino bar had bartenders two men and a bar back woman looking at me crazy because i wanted to order a drink?? On top of that their breakfast ends at 11 this is a casino their should be breakfast 24/7!! Bathroom had a shaky shower door and shower floors were so easy to slip on i had to catch myself one time. I do not reccomend staying here my family was not happy with the experience at all.
Being a resident of Tampa, Florida and having been to the Hard Rock Cafe in Tampa I have been royally spoiled. This facility has been uspet by a tropical storm and besides that damage I would have to admit that its a much older facility and much much smaller. I had fun either way as my wife and I can find fun anywhere.
The casino was a lot of fun! The room we stayed in had a beautiful design, comfortable bed, awesome shower with 3 shower heads, and a nice view. Hard Rock Cafe offered some tasty treats as well as the Candy Shop! I definitely recommend staying here.
Stopped in while in Biloxi, my husband and myself sat down in the wagering area where we ordered some food and drinks, we were suddenly approached by some power hungry employee running around and telling everyone that they had to cover their face with their mask. I asked how we were supposed to eat and drink and was told we had to replace the mask between drinks and bites. If you are that concerned about the spread of Covid shut your doors! Stop selling food and drinks if you’re not going to allow your customers to eat and drink in peace. You are hypocrites!!
Another casino in Biloxi.. Automatic bar is closed but the Sugar Factory is worth a sit-down. Just a look at the menu is sugarcoma inducing.. ITS SWEET-LY AWESOME or AWESOME-LY SWEET.. either way its Great
We were there this past Saturday night. The place was packed. We had fun playing the slots.
This place is over priced and dirty, checked in today to find the cable not working, bathroom door broken, the furniture is chipped. I was charged over 400.00 for the first night and so far theyve charged my card over 1000.00 for 3 nights, the manager could care less, will probably check out tomorrow and find something cleaner, this place is just awful, casino is nice though I will never stay here again.
I have my ID on LAWallet and the security guy went over the walkie talkie and said I simply had a picture of it! No! Tried to explain that the barcode he could scan like the physical identification cards, but no. I was amazed beforehand, its definitely a sight to see, truly amazing experience until I couldnt go past the gate!
They have some machines that other casinos dont. Even for the day. Had so much fun.
Fun and lively place. Great service and food at the Half Shell Oyster House.
Went to the sugar factory and had an amazing time. The vibe is unreal and the food and drinks were EVERYTHING!!
Always fun at Hard Rock. They had a shortened menu though. Food is always great!!
I just have to say I had alot of fun. And loved band memorabilia
Really enjoyed the casino! Plenty of slot machines & a few table games as well. Staff was nice & everyone was wearing masks unless eating, drinking or smoking. Every other machine or 2 was available to allow social distancing & at all table games, the dealer gives each player hand sanitizer before touching any game pieces. There were also hand sanitizing stations throughout. Nice atmosphere & drinks, even though I didnt hit BIG Ill definitely be back!
Negative: One of the sinks didnâ€t drain.
This place is very Cool. Its hip! I find the guests here were younger and it was easier to get around. The pedestrians moved around faster in here. The Sports Book is Now Open!
Highly sanitized environment and they take wearing a mask very seriously. Great clean atmosphere with staggered sections to ensure social distancing. Very impressed.
My family enjoyed the sugar factory our son loved the shakes!
Good value for the accommodation. However, the walls are very thin. We heard our neighbors both nights. When we told the front desk and the front desk lady couldnt have cared less. She basically shrugged her shoulders. When we checked in we got a room in the older tower. After showing the front desk guy our confirmation email. He immediately got us the room we paid for and apologized for the mix up. Very professional. Very minor but, I didnt like how loud the TV was on when we checked in. The view from our room was beautiful of the gulf!
Very Fun, lots to do. Music, great Food. Very clean. Hip place to meet & have fun. Must visit at least once in your lifetime.
Nice weekend at The Hard Rock, first time staying, had a blast. Food was great in the Cafe, and the Sugar Factory. Nice place, will go again.
Pay for room too be clean and nobody came and put new bath towels. The restaurant was over price. Not enough restaurant too sit and dine in. Not enough slot machines too play at .two many penny and their were not enough 10 cents machine too play at. And they like two over change you and add extra fees two your room stay. Came here too celebrate wedding anniversary and we were not happy.
Nice room. Would have been nice to access pool from platinum tower instead of having to go to other elevator . casino was nice and clean.
Due to Covid I had to clean my own room no one was allowed in the room to clean. The bed linen was dirty, thank God I brought my own blankets. I had to have someone come to the room because there were roaches in the room. I called guest services and she came in and collected the roaches. I put a 100 dollar deposit down on the room. I havent gotten my 100 dollars put back on my card as of 10/6/2020. It has been a week since I left, we stayed there from Thursday to Sunday. The shower door while closed had water all over the floor. I was told I owe for room service and I didnt order any room service. I didnt know anyone else at the hotel and I was told I had shared comp with someone else. I was told upon check out that Sunday my 100 bucks would go back on my card, it didnt. I called back on Monday 10/5/2020 and was told It would take 30 business days for the money to go back on the card. I called back today 10/6/2020 and was told I had share comp with someone in another room and owe them for room service. I didnt know anyone that stayed there. They should have given me a discount for the roach that was in my bag when I got home and for doing the cleaning in the room. I sat the trash and towels out each day. I collected trash bags as well to put the trash in. This was the worst stay ever. They should have given me my 100 bucks by now and extra for doing housekeeping job and the roach I brought back home. I would like for someone to contact me and listen to my concerns.
Such a wonderful experience! The memorabilia is amazing, music being played throughout was amazing and tasteful, and such friendly and professional service! I will definitely be back.
Our room was filthy! There was hair all over. Sheets weren’t clean. Toilet wasn’t clean. There was dust all over. The floors weren’t vacuumed. The bar top was sticky. I told front desk about the issues and they said there’s nothing they can do. We weren’t comped in anyway. I WON’T come back here again! Ruth Chris was the only part that was great about the Hard Rock.

Had a great time .. I really like the Hawaiian fishing game.
Overall the hotel & casino are great! But I guess all that fails when you cant get service from the pool waitresses, who have approached every single person out here...except the black family. We literally had to go to the bar to get service, just to be told that we had to be seated to get service. YET both waitresses have walked the entire pool area a few times, conveniently skipping over where we are seated... they even served the non POC right behind us.... yeah they wonder why theres Civil unrest in the country....
The room was very nice but no daily service and its overpriced. The room cost should be much lower for the no service for guests. The casino is not that good, no Texas Holdem Poker.
We put $120 in a machine and it didnt hit one time..We left. I understand trying to make up for this economy, but this is ridiculous. We would have spent the day there and has dinner... bad move Hard Rock
Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! Lots of neat memorabilia everywhere! And definitely try the Sugar Factory while youre here!
Went with my boyfriend, he was playing black jack had an $1800 hand, was only paid $900 and the casino refused to go back and look at the camera or help us at all. Had to call police and gaming commission to get anywhere. Will never be back!! Be careful if you go there!! Make sure you know the pay outs and if they steal your money call the ms gaming commission while you are still there!! They will send someone out immediately. Your best bet is to just try any other casino on the coast who won’t cheat you out of money and who will appreciate your business!! They went as far as to trespass my boyfriend so he couldn’t come back and get his money!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
This casino is awesome, great variety of games and card tables. I have been to this casino on multiple occasions and I ate dinner there on my last visit. The food was delicious and multiple restaurants to choose from. They also offer shopping.
Lots of social distancing measures in place, masks required, face and temp scans, one way in certain areas and hand sanitizer stations everywhere. People seemed to be pretty mindful of social distancing and the staff did an awesome job at enforcing the new rules, yet still remaining upbeat and friendly.
Great place! Big, bright, spacious and good choice of restaurants.
Positive: Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Half shell was amazing! Negative: No
Enjoy Hard Rock Casino Biloxi. It is a attraction into itself. There is a Hard Rock Cafe outside the Gaming area, where families can stop and eat, as well as a Hard Rock souvenir and T-shirt shop. There is a fair amount of Rock n Roll era memorabilia on display like Frank Zappas quilt, Madonnas Wedding dress, Elton Johns Rocket Man outfit etc. For travellers on a long I-10 trip, The Hard Rock Biloxi, would be a great place to break the monotony of Driving, stop and relax get something to eat, and see a little Rock n roll history.
This is a hotel for fun. The pool area is big and ppl seem to be very chill and not to crazy or over crowded. The Casino is small but they have a lot of slot options. Hard Rock Biloxi has some shops such as The hard rock cafe with a small rock shop attached, but then they have the bigger rockshop to the left of the casino entrance. The Sugar factory, Pie five, Dunkin donuts, Ben and Jerrys, satisfaction buffet, maukau Kitchen, Chris Ruth steak house and a boogie nights club upstairs of the casino also they have the rock spa! The decor is awesome. Rock legends photos, and their Instruments and clothes are displayed. You have song lyrics all over the hotel which is pretty cool. The rooms are nice, the bathroom jacuzzi tub and shower are so awesome. They offer room service if you want to stay in and they bring it right to the room. The beds are very comfortable not to soft but firm and soft enough. We stayed in the Royal towers with a view and that was my favorite part the view, it was peaceful and beautiful. We saw boats coming and going in the gulf, the view of the pool area. We could see the Beau riveage and dolphins were jumping and playing in the gulf it was so fun to watch.
Love it. Amazing service, food, rooms and people!!
Upbeat and Fun, great food, vip lounge... see Ron, he will serve you some great drinks.
We really enjoyed our visit to the Hard Rock Casino. We didnt stay at the hotel just visited the Casino. I would have given a 5 star but the waitress were snobby in my opinion. They say you could get free drinks while gambling and we even let one of the waitresses know we were gonna want a drink. This one particular waitress explained that they make rounds every 20 minutes to ask people at the machines if they want a drink...we even sat in her area. We arent big gamblers to begin with but wasted our money none the less. This waitress proceeded to walk by us at least 4 times within the next 30 min. I even made eye contact a few times and still no drink. Very rude! But other than this I had fun just people watching....there are some strange birds in casinos. I enjoyed the use cream shop & all the famous celebrity memorabilia. I would probably go back, but i wont be going for the free drinks! The atmosphere was fun but if you are not a smoker or at least tolerant of smokers I would not suggest this casino. But overall it really isnt like a smoky old pool hall the ventilation system works quite well!
First time going here. Very nice casino. I live near Pearl River Resort but would rather drive to Hard Rock. Very nice rooms. Much better staff and more choices on slot machines. Will go back regularly. Thank you Hard Rock.
Resort nice. Rooms were okay. Stayed inside of platinum tower with pool and water view. I personally wouldnt stay here and only come to eat and play. Rooms cost too much to pay to rent out equipment... You have to pay 50$ a day for microwave. I also had refregerator in room running hot and told for me to use I have to pay 50$ a night to use.
This is one of my favorite casinos. The waitresses are somewhere nearby at all hours. They have great slot machines, and it’s a pretty good size casino.
We Love the Hard Rock !! Im a local but still love hanging out a few days at the Hard Rock Biloxi, Ms. The crew are helpful& caring. The slots pay pretty well, the rooms are always comfy & clean and the food at all the venues are awesome. No Complaints from me & my family. Rock On !! Thanks always, Angel Cooley
Beautiful Hotel and rooms. My view was Fabulous. The pool was nice although it was too cold to use it. We enjoyed the casinos and every restaurant we ate at. Great Food! Cant wait to go back.
Cant wait to return! AMAZING collection of rock n roll memorabilia. Gaming floor has nice variety of machines and their cocktails are the best on the strip!
I was trying to Cash my Paycheck. They were unable to, becauae company I work for wasnt in their system. Attendant was very helpful and had a positive attitude. Service was fast also.
Really amazing place to Shop Eat and gamble. I really enjoyed myself.
Pros are this casino is extremely clean. The cleaning team is great. There are sani napkins on the seat of every slot and there is always a cleaning team member nearby tidying up. Waitresses were very nice. Cons are the slots are extremely tight even with higher bets. Didnt stay long after burning through $600 in less than an hour. The day before basically the same as well. Cant say I was enticed to want to go back after that. Think Ill wait until the casinos make some money back and the slots loosen up after this pandemic is over, if ever.
Positive: Fun environment! Negative: We were suppose to get ocean view rooms and we were put in a room that was facing a wall of ac units and stucco.
Busy place spent a lot of money on return in my favor. No one from hardrock told us about a players card. After 24 hours of playing a guest told me about the card. The cashier at hardrock knew how long I was there and how much money was spent because I went to her for cash with drawl. No rewards or free play was even offered
We decided to stay 2 nights to celebrate our 13th yr anniversary while taking our son to college. We stayed in the Platinum King non-smoking room with the view of the pool and the gulf. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful. But as we entered our room it had a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes. We wanted a non-smoking room. The room did not reach our expectations and was disappointed. I hope they enforce the No Smoking in the non-smoking rooms. Beside our room and our clean clothes in our luggages smelling of marijuana and cigarettes the hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the casino.
Best Casino in Biloxi! I wont stay any where else! Rooms are great, atmosphere is relaxing and exciting at the same time! Staff are friendly and helpful! I love their food choices! Sugar is 24/7! Buffet has endless choices! Great shopping, oh and yes, a dunkin donuts inside! I love their spa so much!
Hard rock hotel and casino was awesome !!! I’m not a huge gambler but I still had a really great time. Customer service is everything to me and the customer service was great! My family and I had a chance to eat at the buffet, I chose to eat the breakfast although they had lunch. The breakfast was really good. There were a variety of games, I love all of the info that they had displayed on the walls. They had a Ruth Chris Steakhouse which I have always wanted to try but it was more suitable for us to eat at the buffet. Overall, great time! This is my third time coming here and each time I learn something different and I really have a good time!
Could never find a hostess for a drink, and you cannot make your own right now!! And the 2 women behind the courtesy desk were extremely rude EVERY TIME I went up there!! If they hate their job so badly they should quit!! A casino is NO PLACE for rude people to work!!! Especially at the courtesy desk, where every single person is directed to go!! JUST SAYING!!!
Great place some good historical items on display. Nice gaming place though parking in the evening can be difficult.
We enjoyed a great concert @ Hard Rock Biloxi! The Great Escape Band / A Tribute to Journey. We are fans of DJ San-D at I Love 305. The center stage had a great band that night also! Love to visit Hard Rock when we are in town.
No refrigerator in room, they wanted to change me $15, for a mimi refrigerator. Motel 6 has a refrigerator included in the price. Whats up with that? That alone I will never return, too cheap or too money hungry to have a mini refrigerator in the room. I do have other choices.
Booked a suite, we got a suite overlooking the Gulf, accommodation was truly fantastic!!! Asked to book one more night on our last day, they were tremendous and very helpful..manager on duty even cut the price by more than 3/4s of our previous 2 nights. Big shout out to Diane who booked us in on our first night and our extra night. We went to the Ruth Chris steak house for Sunday lunch, as previously mentioned, a little pricey, but amazing food and service. I was expecting a bill of about $300, so was pleasantly surprised when it was only $185. We are definately going back, in fact end of July, I hope. I cannot fault this place one bit.
We checked in on October 12th and had a suite with a balcony looking over the harbor and our stay was fantastic .
Terrible service. Three of us were there three hours, and we were never offered a drink. Went to the bar, and it’s closed. We had to ask a cleaner (only person you can find), and he told us we had to be seated. Been seated an hour at that point. We asked if we could just pay for one. Nope. Bar is closed. So, we sat another hour ( and this is us moving around the casino hoping to be noticed) and would watch the waitresses walk to the black jack and poker tables. They would walk right by you and not even look at you, but walk straight up to the tables asking for drink orders. Freaking ridiculous. And we were willing to pay for drinks. To top it off, someone left a cleaning bottle on the floor and tripped me. We won’t be back
Casino wasn’t that great but loved the robo bar... they had variety of drinks... also sugar factory inside casino was good..
Played slot machines. Not sure if its because of the pandemic or what but no one seemed to be doing any good play slots. Had a good time. Employees were friendly and helpful.
Fun place, great atmosphere. Several restaurants ranging from cheap to high end availability. Two clubs in there. They have several poker tables and more. There is also a Ben & Jerrys.
Had fun. Did not win. About an hour of play before giving up.
Only went in for ATM...then needed change. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to service the machine and they took their sweet time. Definitely not a place Id ever take my family.
Love the lights and attentiveness of the staff. Lots to explore!
Had so much fun. The staff really worked hard to keep everything clean and sanitized. Even in a time of a pandemic me and my husband felt very safe.
The shower in hotel room was fabulous. Didnt win any money; however, still had fun.
Cant say much because I only went to the gift shop to buy a shirt and pin. Looked nice from what I saw.
This Resort has it all! Many entertainment and eating options. It is very conveniently located a short walk away from downtown Biloxi and the Beau Rivage, which gives you even more things to do without having to drive. The Secret Coast has many great resorts and casinos, but if I had to recommend just one it would be the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino
