I love coming to this casino. The only smoke free casino in the area, which is literally a breath of fresh air!

My wife and I love coming here. The only non smoking resort hotel in this area and has great amenities. Its near the beach and has lots of other casino resorts on the strip. Positioned near a beautiful harbor where nice boats Yachats are docked. And mile plus long peer that u can fish from, walk along or just sit and watch others fish. It has two lanes to drive along and wide side walks on both sides. Great place for the whole family.

Hotel was a great value, the room was large and clean! Very quiet I would recommend staying here if your in the area! Im not an expert on Casinos so the only thing I can say about it is that it was larger than I expected.The hotel is located close great food and shopping, and the beach. The area seemed to be safe, my wife and I walked several different places and experienced no problems.

The only casino that I’ve actually liked!!! It’s smoke free throughout the entire casino. During the week, it’s quiet and pretty empty. The buffet is amazing too and reasonably priced. I think that this is the best family friendly/couple friendly place due to the smoke free and the waitresses are dressed modestly. Overall, a quiet casino with great games

Non smoking casino is a plus.Almost all the slot machines are 88c min bet now. Lose fast with little payout. Just want some fun. Nope. Fun not allowed.

This is our second time coming here. If you spend enough time gambling you get perks like free hotel stays. Thats awesome!! Room was gorgeous and spacious. VERY CLEAN!! Shower was clean with excellent water pressure. And plenty of towels. The casino is great too as its non-smoking. The food at the buffet was delicious. Easy to visit other casinos or the beach front since everything is close.

The room was great. Big room, lots of space to spread out. The rooms are newly remodeled and they did a fantastic job. Very modern, very comfortable. We didnt do much in the casino itself - this was a stopover for us on a road trip so basically just a hotel room for us, but we did walk through the casino and it was nice and clean. We actually picked this hotel as it is totally non-smoking which was so nice. Will definitely stay here again if we come back through Biloxi.

There was a car show when we visited. Pretty cool! Casino is on the river/sea front. Nice views. Casino is large and good for gambling. We had a good time

My wife and I stayed here one night and had a horrible experience at one of their food establishments. My wife ordered a salad and I ordered a burger and coleslaw. One bite of the burger and I knew something wasnt right. Tomato and lettuce looked old and withered. When I tried the coleslaw, I nearly vomited. My wifes salad tasted terrible and she ended throwing up everything she ate. Beware what you eat here. Rooms were good however.

The palace is a nice casino if you dont smoke. I went with a friend and had a great time.

Smoke free. Buffet is good down home food. Nothing fancy. Rooms are good. Wife loved the jet tub. Affordable.

Room was very nice. We got in about 11:30 p.m. on a monday with a hurricane coming. We stayed the one night. Went down to the casino for a bit but all the tables had to big a minimum for me. I would have thought for an empty casino during covid and the weather they would have made it a little more inviting to play at the tables.

We tried this hotel because of the ratings but I am convinced they were not true. First let’s start with the beds are terrible and my back is killing me. Second we never used the shower and the room upon check in stated clean and sanitized but let me inform you that there was hair all in the tub and other areas of the restroom not cleaned. Third after complaining to the manager that the room was not clean she promised to send someone back up and that never happened. This manager, Stephanie, could care less. Her answer was to offer us food, but we were not hungry we wanted a clean room. This casino is a poor choice to stay at. Find somewhere else to avoid the disappointment. I can’t wait until we check out tomorrow.

We decided to come over today. We booked based on the online reviews. They must be paid reviews or something. The place has been horrible. When we got here the front desk representative was rude. The room is average and way over priced. We could have stayed home and got a lot better room for the price. The furniture in the room is mediocre at best. The bed is VERY hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom is very dated and small. The pool is complicated to get to, but appears clean. The casino staff are not very friendly for people wanting to take your money. Went to the Palace Buffet, the food was horrible. We tried many different options and almost nothing was pleasant. Food was old, cold, and very poorly seasoned. Oh, and big surprise... more rude staff. We have already paid for another night here or else we would be going to another establishment. Tomorrow we will be going over to some of the other casinos and resorts to see what else there is in the area. Unless you must stay here, save your money and go somewhere else.

Fantastic as usual. Been going there for over 20 years pre Katrina. Rooms always nice. Service great.

Went for the buffet, which was good but average. Be wary of the slots if you use the slot machine and a members card. Many of the machines are so poorly maintained and have trouble reading the card. Some machines will read the card at first then quit. This means you cannot accrue member points.

Always have a nice time, very clean, safe and things too do around the area..

My wife and I like coming here but covid has made things difficult. I understand the precautions that are being taken against the virus and I have no problem following rules. Ive never had a complaint but when some people abuse their power then it takes all the fun out of coming. My wife was playing and I ordered a drink and this one particular security guard stood there the whole time and watched me to make sure I pulled up my mask after I took a sip. I was not only uncomfortable but I felt harrased!

As an infection prevention specialist in a large hospital in Atlanta I do tend to have higher expectations. That being said, basic cleaning is essential especially in these times of COVID. Some friends and I came for my birthday weekend and the housekeeping service was extremely subpar to say the least! They didnt collect the cups and utensils from the restaurant downstairs, they didnt clean or wipe anything! Never made the beds and we were told its  because they arent allowed to touch the bed if anything is on it. If we had known this was their rule we would have made sure the few minor items had been removed. In addition to that, there was hair in the shower prior to any of us using and thick disgusting piles if dust in the restroom. To make matters worse, the manager was very uninterested in actually correcting the concern. Even after showing pictures they did not clean our room. Do NOT go to this hotel! Its disgusting, if we hadnt prepaid for the second night we would not be staying!!

Nonsmoking! This made for a pleasant morning of gaming. The machines seemed a little tight but that is why its called gambling.

As a new player they give you 5.00 free power play for slots machines they dont play well compared to some of the other casinos.i recommend trying a different casino where they give you 10.00 of free play and 15.00 off food voucher, my friends who live here in biloxi/gulfport warned me about how tight there slots were but Id figure Id give it a try. If you do come here good luck to you.

My review is on the hotel desk customer service. I went in to book 3 nights at the desk. I never stayed at palace thought I am priority however this was for a birthday. Ashley at the front desk assisted me. No wait, her voice was pleasant and welcoming. I gave her the dates I’d like. Though she had to call and get approval for the extra night she did so with the same excitement as when I approached. She made sure there was no questions and Thanked me for allowing her to assist me!!!!Hey Palace Casino Resort Biloxi!!!! Ashely is a keeper and should be recognized for her 4 star service! This casino does not enforce their mandatory mask rule and allows crowds of people to play at the game tables. It is a recipe for Covid exposure. We will not be returning. Its too bad because we love that its a non-smoking facility.

It was clean, well appointed and really liked that it was non smoking! The only complaint I have is that the bed was too hard. But the shower made up for that!

I accidentally clicked the the day after I would be in town to make my reservation. When I called they said sorry they couldnt help me. I went in to see if I could just change the reservation and I spoke to Anita. Anita was kind and understanding but when she called her manager ( who never came out of her office) the manager said I could have a room for the night and pay the difference but she still wouldnt allow me to cancel the accidental reservation. So now I would have to pay the $200 rate for Saturday and $100 for Sunday even though Im leaving town Sunday morning. I apologised that I made the error and was willing to pay the rate difference for Saturday but didnt understand why she was still going to charge me for both nights. I left and didnt stay there at all. They took my $100 for a night Im not even the state. I went to another hotel where the management was much nicer and more appreciative of my business. We also went to another casino and gave them our business. I will never attempt to do business at the Palace again. They just want your money

We stop over approximately eight times a year going back and forth from Texas to Florida. The non smoking casino is outstanding. Was just there 6/19 /20 and it was spotless, staff was constantly cleaning and I was able to remain socially distant. I will never stay or gamble anywhere else when in the Mississippi area.

Asked a couple questions of male security while being there. Outstanding experience. I can’t wear my mask over my nose due to sinus infections. No one seemed to care then The female security guard was extremely rude. Who then informed other female security guards apparently which were also extremely rude!Had the Buffet it was below average at best.Went by the executive office where 3 higher ups were all within 2 to 3 feet of each other with no masks On at all yucking it up with each other. If you’re a person who values your health and simply being treated fairly. Avoid this place at all costs!! It’s a joke!!

My husband and I stayed in September 2020 room was extremely clean bed was very comfortable room felt like it was in a five star hotel Only two negatives no breakfast buffet and somebody’s alarm next-door to us kept going on and on and on but otherwise we had a wonderful time

Teresa Shelley Jennifer and Jackie in the restaurants were all great they went above and beyond for us every time we are there. Hate that they took the shrimp out of the Mac and cheese, the onion rings and homemade potato chips they quit making and the steaks are not seasoned in Mignons anymore. Have to say last week the snowcrabs in the buffet was the best. Contact needs some help with seating and getting to food customers. Foods good in there.

The buffet is pretty bad. Everything was salty and the selection was slim. The worst thing is having to pay per lb for crab at a buffet.

Rather expensive for run of the mill rooms. The entire hotel is in need of upgrading from being stuck in 90s decor. Absolutely no close by convenience store so better bring what you need. Casino is average with newer equipment. Pool is nice and seems clean. Masks are required inside the hotel lobby and casino. Ill be staying at a different hotel my next visit for sure.

Had a over night stay on my way to Texas, and everything from the service to the room was great! Check-in took maybe 2 minutes, and the gentleman behind the counter was courteous and quick.The casino, being non-smoking, made it a pleasure to hang out in. The selection of beers at the sports bar was pretty basic, but other than that, I had a great time!There was only one roulette game in service on the week night I was there, but a spot cleared up pretty quickly. Managed to make a couple bucks, so that was certainly a positive!Room was spacious, very clean, and was a absolute steal considering what I paid. Checking out took maybe 20 seconds and I was back in the road. Excellent stay!!

You are welcome. We have never ate there or stayed. This was our first trip there and everyone was so nice. I would love to come stay because of the long walking bridge yall have. Im in a wheelchair and it would give me a place to get outside and enjoy because I cant get out on the beach with my chair. Ive6 been in this chair 3 1/2 years from a car accident and really miss my freedom.

Taking customer service and traditional hospitality to another level. This is how I expect to be treated at a casino. The whole staff from housekeeping, dealers, to management, they are all five star in my book. The non smoking environment is the clincher. Mic drop....

This review is on the buffet only. I am not a gambler so I dont know anything about the games. But the buffet was great with many great items to choose from. The boiled shrimp was spot on in quality and flavor. Highly recommend the buffet here. And it is a smoke free casino which is awesome for nonsmokers.

I am so pleased with this Casino in every way ppssible0. The buffet was delicious, variety assortment and staff is consistently courteous and on point. The property is clean throughout. Beverage waitress came by regularly. The gaming is assorted and winning slots!! The benefits of players club are excellent. They have covered every detail to benefit the guest. The only thing I didnt like was the casino closing from 3am to 8am. However, it is with good reason that they must. Palace is one of my top 3 casinos to visit and im confident they will maintain such high standards. Highly recommend!

The room with a view was what lead me and my wife to this hotel and the possibility’s of the best buffet in Biloxi. Well the buffet was good at best and the room was such a huge waste of money. The bed is hard and lumpy, the tv is small and across the room and the room as a whole is very outdated. Highlights: view was amazing and room was very clean, sheets and pillows were nice.

The rooms are nice and fresh clean and its a non-smoke hotel.Really enjoyed my stay there

CoVid is having an effect. Many more requirements as well as social distancing required. The buffet has no alcoholic beverages during the Sunday brunch, so bye bye mamosas and champagne. Games are all socially distanced so playing with your partner is more difficult than ever.Dont blame the Casino for the distancing rule, blame the virus.

Besides the fact this was the only casino I won at on vacation, the BJ dealer Brittany was great. Friendly, talkative, happy to see players win. I was casino hopping the area and it seemed nice.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel/casino. It was clean, there was no smoking, and in a great location. 2 min drive to Waffle House, Biloxi beach, great seafood restaurants, and souvenirs shop. If you like fishing bring your gear. There is a kids park and museum in walking distance. Great poolside view of the water and yatchs.They had Covid protocol in place and the staff was nice. The rooms dont have microwaves but they do have a coffee machine and a mini fridge. I would recommend bringing sodas and water to put in there.

We stayed here while gambling in the area. Great casino and smoke free. Several great restaurants on site. Only smoke free casino in the area. Rooms very reasonable, walking distance to the Golden Nugget. Casino was beautiful and slots paid pretty good.

It really pains me to give a restaurant at the Palace 3 stars, but Wahoo just was not good. The overhead music was too loud. Now I get that we were outside, but all it did was force us to yell. The exact opposite of what you want to do right now. Staff either didnt wear masks, wore them incorrectly, or here and there while they worked (except grill cooks). The food was mediocre. Mignons is phenomenal. Wahoo, not so much. Its fried or nothing. Staff was friendly, but not as attentive as they could have been. And I did not see one table cleaned or disinfected between diners. Again, we were outside, but I should not have to wipe down my own table and chair to feel comfortable with sitting down to eat. We agreed to go because we had heard good things about what the Palace was doing. And while we ordinarily enjoy going there, this was very disappointing.

I found the property to be clean and upscale at a very reasonable cost. Good value. I was disappointed to discover that I could not get a hot breakfast or buffet at 6:00 a.m. when I was ready to eat and check out. I left and ate elsewhere.
