Ive lived in Desert Sky MHP for a year now. The tenants are friendly and caring about each other and that helps me feel safe. The park gives a hometown feel with its limited 80 spaces. Grounds are nicely kept and the clubhouse offers activities which keep tenants as well as newcomers connected. All necessary amenities are close by inclusive of health care, grocery shopping, churches, eateries, and hiking trails. Ken, the owner, responds quickly to requests and issues when hes contacted and genuinely cares about the tenants and his property. Only one downside issue is the loud traffic passing by. I like living in Desert Sky MHP and would recommend checking it out.Tricia
Fantastic RV & MH park. The sites are very clean with concrete pads and gravel. Brad does an excellent job with on-the-spot maintenance and upkeep. Great clubhouse and great residents. Wednesday night campfires are a hit. This is our 2nd home for Winters and love it. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.
I love living in this park. It’s quiet and well-maintained. It’s one of the least expensive and is Close to all the amenities. Shopping is within walking distance. 20 minutes from Canyon lake. Nightlife is with in Uber distance. And 10 minutes away from hiking the great superstition Mountains.
We bought our park model March 2919. We really like it here. We had a miniture pincher when we first got here but had to put her down this year. They allow pets but got to keep dog quiet at early hours and late hours. No animenties but thats how he keeps price down.
I love living here! Ive been here for 9 months and can see myself staying here for many many more years. Its my home. The people are friendly, and look out for one another. The staff is amazing and always there when you need them.
I’ve lived here for almost 4 years & I love it . Beautiful sunrises over Superstition Mountain . Sunsets are amazing . Desert Sky is close to many shops & eateries. The owner, Ken, is personable & cares about his Park and the residents. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in AZ!!️Yes & may I add Brad G.is the best !!!
I been living in the park for three years. I was welcome like family from day one. The park is quite and clean . Neighbors are great . Always nice to see the returning travelers. Ken and his staff make everyone feel at home.
Nice park in a nice area of Apache junction Az. Nice sites all gravel with concrete pad, roads are narrow, very hard to back in rigs over 30ft, but doable...
It is a great place. Everyone is very friendly. Brad keeps the place clean and nice. Never complains. And helps everyone with any thing they need. He is a amazing guy. Some people are full time. Others are here for the winter. If we are back here next winter we would stay here again
This is a nice clean Park /Resort. The residents are very pleasant and helpful. My experiences here so far has been very peaceful and relaxing!
This is a very quiet and peaceful place to retire. The pool is well maintained the landscaping is remarkable, and the veiw of mountains is so serene
Ive lived here for ten years and you wont find a nicer place with nicer (owner, management, neighbors) people. They did some nice upgrades in the past few years like paved streets, and landscaping. The place really dose look great. You could hear a pin drop any night of the week its that quite. And the superstition mountain veiws are just a bonus. AAA+++
I only knew a couple people when I moved here 6 years ago. Didn’t take long to get to know the park residents as everyone is very friendly. It’s a quiet, clean community with a beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains. Emergency services is just up the street if we need them. I’ve enjoyed getting to know Ken, the owner, nice guy. He’s always on top of any issue. Rent is very affordable . I highly recommend Desert sky Mobile home park, it’s a great place to live!
The trailers are are old. Its a small park with very few activities. I have been there many times to visit family and friends.
When I arrived at Desert Sky, I met Jean she was awesome! The park nice, clean and greatly priced, and the people are friendly, we had a 12ft trailior and stayed at one of the biggest lots in the park. Although our trailer was very small we were treated like ours was no different. We felt welcomed and safe here. We attended a pot luck and met the owner Ken Lang and his wife, (who is very lovely) and they are both such a pleasure to be around. We are now proud owners in the park and are happy to be here. There are things to do in the park’s clubhouse; exercising, gamenight and joining neighbors for coffee, and close to the park. Hiking, an indoor flea market, and other shopping sites. I am happy that we didn’t just ride by, but we stopped in and inquired, and now I know coming to Desert sky was one of the best decisions me and my husband made. Such a wonderful place to visit for a long or short stay.
I. Live. Here. Quiet, Friendly & Clean
I moved here almost a year ago to the park . My father has lived here for 15 yrs my sister for 6. Its a friendly place were everyone knows who you are . Ken the owner is a easy goin guy he stops by to talk to everyone asked how are you doin an is there any concerns or ideas for the park . And its a nice quiet park close to stores an some gulf courses .
Pros- Our family members have lived here seasonally for many years. They love the low lot rent, nice neighbors, excellent park management, and safety this park provides them. I have grown to know many of the residents over the years, they take care of each other. The park has made many improvements over the last couple of years. If I were looking for an inexpensive place to call home in Apache Junction, this park would definitely work. It is hard to beat the view of the Superstition Mountains from this park.Cons- The street noise can be annoying.
Ive been living here for 14 years this new owner seems to be doing a good job fixing up everything its an old place and he spends a lot of money fixing stuff up the ball good neighbors everybodys help each other
My dad lives here has for years nuff said !
I lived in this park for 3 years. I am a disabled adult. The owner- Ken Lang, i call a honest, down to earth park owner. He isnt one of those power trip snobs that dont care. He listens and takes pride in his tenents and. Guests. Kudos sir Ken
Great place to live. Management is always helpful.

The place is OUTDATED, RUNDOWN, just another investment for a CANADIAN who doesnt care about upgrading and improving the property.
