Old small and lots of empty spaces not like pics

Nice entryway, paved streets, night zombies always out at night. Apache junctions finest always visiting.

We moved in three months ago, every concern and question we had was answered promptly. The park manager helped us find a mobile home that was affordable and assisted us with repairs before we moved in. Our little family loves living here.

Great place to raise your kids.

It was a nice family park. Now it is drug infested! The landlord moves anyone in without a background check if they are in a home that can physically move. All the druggies and prostitutes live there now with out having to report where they live and have no lease. Homes are being broke into and kids bikes stolen. The landlords name is Casey . he only works for 4 hours a day. Dont rent from him you will be sorry. Like I said before him this park was great. The kids could be kids and everyone was happy and looked out for one another. By the way I have never live in this park. I also am willing to write a good review if this changes. As for now the landlord needs to go and park needs a good cleaning!

Making a steady come back as a decent place to live

The manager of the park is a good guy. Desent place to stay. They have been doing a lot to improve the place with a lot of updates.

Nice mobile home community the managers are great and the tenants are wonderful

Great place to live on a fixed income. Most of the individuals causing problems have been removed. Management is trying to resolve the issues when brought to their attention.
