Have known quite a few residents many who have moved out due to mis management, price gouging(management read the meters and charges you what they want for electric). They also put their residence safety at risk by allowing obvious drug addicts into the park because they are personal friends of management. Making residents wonder about whos managing the park.

Great Rv park. Full hookups, hot showers, laundry. Most importantly friendly staff and Neighbors. Easy access to town and to the Phoenix suburban cities. Many activities during the week.

Nice and quiet. I love watching the quail.

I have stayed in this 55+ park for the last 3 years. Clean, quite, no pets, friendly, cant ask for better.
