We put up a $200 deposit on a spot for our RV for the winter season. We expected a nice clean spot at $700 a month plus electric. We arrived to find a terrible spot and no one there to help us. We called several times but only got an answering service. When we finally talked to someone we where told that there are no refunds of the deposit. We feel that the RV lots are totally misrepresented and we recommend never giving a deposit to these people.

The manager doesnt address problems and visitors can only park for 10 mins in front of a persons home to visit, They charge way to much for space rent, The park is dumpy looking.

Thieves in the park at. Nite stealing any thing not locked up, breaking into vehicles. Bikes stolen. No security at night no locked gates. We dont feel safe here. I told mgr my truck broke into she said call. Mcso. I lost over $ 800 in tools. Need gates locked new key pad gates new. Mgr dont want hear anything from residents been snowbirds here 6 years,rate increase coming. Dont think were coming back fall of 2020.

Been coming here for over 6 years. Front office is ridiculously incompetent. Say they have an age requirement and RV age requirement but allowed multiple people in trashy trailers to come in at highly reduced rates a few months ago. Homeless people sleeping outside some of these. Nights are scary. Hassle the long term residents so they are leaving for other parks. Paid thru 15th and leaving 16th. Office says owe for an extra day. How is that possible? Treat the regular winter residents right and they will return. Only reason we stay here is for family and long time friends. And the front office blames everything on corporate, who we have never seen.

Ok its November of 2020 and we are back sorry to say Rosehaven did not work out for us when we looked at the place it was beautiful on the one side, didnt realize the other side with the trailers was in pretty rough shape, they had a spot set up for us that we couldnt get into tried to get ahold of them and let them know could get no reply... finally went to a KOA and stayed until we found a place to go.... I do not recommend because of how we were treated. They took a $200 deposit over the phone and now refuses to return it again do not recommend!!

Was nice but they canceled things for you to do because of virus. The RVers were a little upset.

I read a lot of reviews on this place before agreeing to be The Veteran who gets a free mobile home and I was a bit hesitant at first. I grew up in AJ but left for San Francisco about 33 yrs ago. So, only visiting here and there over the years, the review were pretty important to me.Well! I am pleasantly surprised! Not only do they have a nice new pool, there are two! A library, pool hall/rec room and laundry and a fitness gym (have seen it yet).The management are great from what I can tell so far and everyone, Rich, Clinton and Julie are doing there best to keep all of us happy.I am so thrilled to finally be in a safe community and my adult children can rest their heads at night knowing I am around good people. Everyone I have met so far is awesome.

So far every thing is going good. Ask me in 6 months...lol..

This park has been going through alot of upgrading and rehab. Really clean nicely maintained lotsno family-oriented facilities.Definantly a 55+ community.Being it is an uninclusive Mobile Home Park and I have not personally met manegment or staff.Nore do i reside here.For these reasons I cannot offer a full five star rating.I do frequent the park as i do have multiple clients who reside here whome i do building maintnence for.

Cool folks who I know did something awesome for a veteran in need there.

We have a lot of Room between trailers but we are backed up next to Apache trail, and the traffic is quite noisy sometimes. They have been working on a new office and swimming pool area for the last 2 years and still not done. Might see it next year or next fall when we come back down.

Upgrading still in process!!! Due to the moving of the earth and piles of dirt. My mothers has a ongoing issue with field mice, more than one I might state. Months we have been trying to get rid of them and of course Management says it is not on them, just place traps out~ They will leave..I know other residents in the park are having the same issue. My mothers stove~ now doesnt work. No telling what they have ate and what they have damaged. Electric is what I am worried about and gas. We have tried everything and we cant get rid of them.

This is not a nice place management rules like a prison guard, dont do this, dont do that, you cant park here you cant have three people in one bed dont waash you car here or youl get kicked out ect ect. advertized aminties are never done, we are paying for things that we cant ever use,,,,, no place for friends to park there cars nobody warns you when the roads are blocked off, the water turned off, the pipes are 60 yrs. old + rusty,,,, 2 yrs. the sewers were stoppedup and stank all over the place,,,,, trash cans are never emptyed and trash overflowing on the grounds this week we watched 3 permenent trailors moved out of the park for good nobody wants to stay here, it always has new owneers who consantly raise the rent .and its terribly expensive a few days ago a man from the head company came and made a bunch of excuses why nothing isever finished . the people were angry but he just ignored them, cant wait to get out of this awful park, dont waist your money here,,, this is not a estate resort its a slum of a traialor park

Been here 4 years. Mangmnt has Never enforced Any rules. Unconstitutional as many of thier laws conflict with Castle Doctrine and Anti 2nd Amndmnt Rights!1 star cause current mngmnt is trying. We shall see.

Checked in at the last minute & got a great rate (other parks full or won’t accept one week stay). Rate was $199 for a week. Wanted to extend a couple nights - $45 per night. Chose to leave at that rate. Laundry took money, but did not work...office would not refund. Going to check other parks for next years stay.

Some parts under construction but still a nice place to stay.

Really liking it here. Nice amenities and with a firstimer price of $399 (electric included) you cant beat it. Full price is $550 but that still includes electric.

Looking forward to the new management having the park in full running condition! Park maintenance men temporarily spliced my electricity with an RV meter several months ago when a major park electrical issue cut off my power. I am anxious for my power lines to be once again permanently hooked up and buried underground.

On weekends the streets reverberate with speeding motorcycles and noisy off-road vehicles, whose drivers routinely ignore posted speed limits and noise curfews. The entire place is in shambles due to improvement upgrades Tricon promised would be completed two years ago, yet month after month goes by with nothing happening.Employee turnover is a constant event. Like every older trailer park, the park manager is a control-obsessed, angry, bipolar bully who quarrels with anyone she can find to level accusations toward, even if theyre false. She proudly refers to herself as mediator, yet doesnt know the first thing about what mediation means. Excuses why she cant even enforce their own rules pour off her lips like sugar from a bag.Park maintenance workers are equally rude and can be heard shouting obscenities with every park resident they come into negative contact with. Today I was forced to seek an Order of Protection against one employee who uses his leaf blower to chase leaves onto other residents properties, despite being warned repeatedly by management to remove them.I have never met such professionally trained, gutless, crooked, lying, morally-bankrupt, cowards in my life. Its a very quiet place to live, a clean place to live, and close to a Bashas grocery store, a Dennys restaurant, and a little strip mall that is a cross the street. Very nice people live here, and we look out for each other.

My name is Mary cannon, I was recently Bullied by my neighbor, Roxanne in studio 401 and Danny whose on the committee, I lived here a year in peace and quiet and now they moved a mental patient with scitzofrenia next to me a month ago, and now they Bullied, Threatened, and call me all bad names and Force me in to making roxanne use my enntenna, they used force on me, the manager did not care what they did to me, it was Abuse on me, Abuse on an elderly person, Me, I would like to talk to the New Owner of this place to let him know what kind of abuse was brought on me . I am moving of my own accord because of this Abuse that was brought upon me when they put Roxanne right next to me and now because of this ABUSE PUT UPON ME i am having Serious Medical problems because of all this, Theres more Elderly Abuse here than people realise thats going on, PLEASE REPORT ELDERLY ABUSE GOING ON HERE IN YOUR AREA
