Terrible Owner and Management. Slumlord owner who doesnt want to pay his help anything even remotely resembling a decent wage? Maintenance Dept is practically nonexistent. Roughly 74 units and only 1 under-qualified maintenance man who works with 1 helper that arent worth a darn either. None with any type of Electrical credentials. No plumbing credentials. No heating and cooling credentials. No proper credentials period, yet this person is still the main maintenance guy for this park!!! This park cant even get things together enough to hire a proper cleaning crew to clean the units they rent out? I could go on and on. Dont rent from this park or you will be sorry.

Toured home first strong perfume smell, came back later smelled like rotten meat, dead roaches all over, was like something out of a horror movie.

I went here put in an application, because it was the last resort. When just calling to check on the status of my application. The guy didnt even ask my name and said you were denied, I dont know why. and hung up on me.The trailers werent the best condition anyways, but just was looking for a quick place of residency for my children and I.I think its funny you can deny a mother, with a job and works her butt off to provide for her family. But you have tons of drug addicts and dealers living right in front of the managers trailer.Thank you village estates!

Village Estates is not a place you would want to live I lived there for about five years the owner is cheap and doesnt like to fix your home do any repairs he basically puts a bandaid on them the management is horrible so if your an upstanding person or persons do not move their I wished I had read the reviews first.

I was denied because I have a pitbull. I seen multiple big breeds on top of pitbulls. The trailer park is raggedy. Trailers that are available are dirty and smell so bad. I was very disappointed when I was told I was denied. Meanwhile other people with pitbulls get to live there.

My experience at villa estate I live there right now Ive been here for about 4 or 5 years I havent seen any roaches any mice of course if you dont keep a clean home you will have mites and roaches I live in a double-wide is fine quiet people

This place is a mess and so are some of the residents. I went to pick up my daughters friends for her birthday, and a older woman named Star, approached me and starting yelling and threatening me, in front of not only my daughter who was terrified, but her friends too. This is the first time shes ever approached me, but not the first time Ive seen her flip out for absolutely no reason whatsoever. She needs to be in a psychiatric hospital, not in public where she could and would harm someone. Possibly a kid. There are cameras all around, so her craziness has to be seen.

Remove then its a very nice and quiet neighborhood nice staff and great trailers

I pay $850 in rent no utilities included . Just to have cockroaches from the previous renters. I get rid of the cockroaches & then start to get mice ! The place is just dirty . There’s so many stray cats . Definitely not worth what they charge me. The trailer is also unfinished, I’ve had to add trimming all along the wall, which is where the mice are coming through. Management is very friendly, trailer park is trash!!!

Worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. Dirty and disgusting. When I first moved in there was mouse poop caked underneath my stovetop. There was a giant hole in my wall that lead directly to the outside, allowing mice to come right in as they please. There was also a giant ant colony under my sink. ANTS EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME. During the spring they started pouring through the light sockets next to my bed. I was told I had a brand new furnace when I moved in. That may have been true but it was never inspected or approved by the city. During the winter I came home to it being 40 degrees. Obviously so many problems I called the city, it was NOT up to code. Joe had no right to charge me rent. It was an illegal unit! So I stopped paying. Then he tried to evict me so I left. GLADLY.

My grandma now deceased lived there many yrs until she passed away from Cancer in 2002 ..I loved coming there to visit and am actually trying to move in there myself now..

I have lived here for a number of years. My father many before me. I have many friends here that care for one another and keep on eye one eachother. This is a great community!

My aunt lived here forever. Dirty park, poorly maintained buildings and annoying neighbors. Dont live here.

Seems to be a friendly community, multi cultural, parking is limited as in most mobile home parks, I have seen quite a few over the years, this one is clean
