Just recently moved here. So far they have been sooooo helpful with my moving process even through the pandemic Hope goodnight was especially hands on with making sure my transition to my first home was as smooth and easy as possible. Thanks guys!!
Eddie the Maintenance guy is very helpful always lending a hand and making sure everything is running smooth walks with a smile every time I see him he knows his job and does it well thanks for being a helping hand to this community
Lived here, and currently do maintenance here... From the moment I started living here till now, the place has done a 360. Great company to work for and great residence.
Nice friendly neighbor hood nice trailers dog friendly ...enjoyable place to live
A real nice park I love the houses and I love the ones that they have to walk in and view thank you so much for having such a beautiful homes modular homes at that.
I disliked this place very much I felt like children. Walking around dirty and half dressed was unpleasant. No adult supervision.
Nice Trailer Park With A Pool!
Big changes are making this place better
Its more calming and quite
Im very pleased with yes and everyone here they have cleaned it up and made it nice I have no complaints at all they have even work with me when I have fallen on hard times and not been able to pay rent on time. Very nice place
I would be happy to live there. Very nice
Decent neighborhood
Nice people there
Nice place
Several new homes... Very clean community
This place used to be amazing. When lori was manager, things were in order and under control. I fell on hard times and was getting help with my rent in the middle of one of the hardest times in my life. The new management pretended to be caring, understanding and willing to work with me. All the sudden I received a letter from Jessica (the new manager), stating that they would not be renewing my lease and that it was not negotiable. I have 3 kids, and we ended up on the streets because I had a minor setback. The rent was going to be paid, but instead of being caring and understanding, they kicked me while I was down and caused trauma to my 5 year old. The only home she knew and it was ripped from under her. Luckily my 2 year old twins arent old enough to understand and were pretty adaptable. They are ripping homes out left and right, the old ones that is. Finding any and every reason to kick someone out, just to tear their home down after living there for a decade or more. These people are completely heartless and I would absolutely NOT recommend this dump to anyone who is trying to move and make wherever they go Home. You will not find home here. You will not find even half decent management here.
In box me got a house for sale
Would definitely get 0 stars if it was possible since YES communities have taken over it’s been a complete mess!! Most recently they’ve began handing out violations for grass if there are simply weeds in your yard. Surprise! Most of the yards are nothing but weeds. Surprisingly there are vacant homes that have not been cut since the beginning of spring. How do you fine residents for something your aren’t keep up with yourselves? Now they are moving in new homes and tell residents that have to move their cars from in front of their homes for 3 consecutive days!!! They sent out forms (on the wrong letter head ‘meritus communities’) with highlighted areas in which you can park, with palaces that aren’t even available because abandoned cars and other people are parked there. Many people already use the visitor parking for regular parking so there’s actually no where to put your car. Im also afraid to move my car out of my sight because for some reason since Lori left the theft in the neighborhood has increased dramatically. My car has been broken into, things stolen and damaged, twice in the last yearAfter working midnights, I’m unable to come home and rest at any point in the day... because the letter states You need to move your car by 9am each morning “until the houses are placed.” The last house that was moved into the neighborhood It took more than 8 hours. While the workers sat around smoking cigarettes and joking for a large portion of it.So basically this sounds like find a place to stay for 3 days because you won’t be able to come home. This neighborhood is a joke! 3 years ago... I really enjoyed my stay here currently looking for a new home. And I’m thinking it’s a robot replying to all these 1 star reviews. You can’t say the same thing to every resident.. “call this number, even though we won’t do anything but apologize and say that’s how things are”
Highly overpriced and they continue to raise the rent each year. NOT WORTH IT
The staff is awesome, and the neighborhood is really nice!
Looks like a nice place to live
My boyfriend and I just got approved for our first home together and we are so happy to find the perfect home for us at The Timberlands. Greatprices if you’re looking to rent!
This place SUCKS. I would not rent from them again. They dont plow the roads properly and maintain the place poorly. Dozens of feral cats roam everywhere spreading fleas and who knows what else. Almost 2 months since I moved out still havent gotten my deposit check. Every week they tell me it was mailed last week. Now today they tell me it was mailed to an incorrect address. I am likely going to have to sue to get my money it seems.
Price and lot rent isnt terribly high, but the setup and great lack of communication from management kinda makes it stressful...
Just visiting, looks nice
Ive been here for two months and this community is very family oriented, it has a park, and a swimming pool and there is always activities going on in the office, Lori greeted me with great hospitality when I was looking for a place to call home, she made me feel at home, and James was very helpful with me getting moved in and feeling comfortable. You can definitely feel at home out here in the Timberlands. I Highly recommend if youre looking for a place to call home.
I have been living in the Timberlands for 3 years now and I have seen so many positive changes its incredible. Under the new owners they have brought in a new playground, did the roads and the pool. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. I have no regrets moving in the Timberlands. A+++
Ive lived here for almost 3 years, no problems so far. The management is very friendly and, other than an occasional loud radio or exhaust, it is a pretty quiet neighborhood. I keep to myself so I dont know any of the other residents.
Lived there for four and a half years no problems under the recent management it became a circus The Whole Trailer Park is a joke I wouldnt recommend it to anybody we had a sewer backup which covered my yard in 3 inches of feces water they never bothered to clean it up never anyting the lady up front is rude the maintenance man is an idiot wouldnt even prorate the rent they said because I own my trailer what does that have to do with anything I leased the property.with three small children had to leave my house for 4 days all they did was lie and be misleading. they literally forced us out of our house we could no longer live there with all the feces and water that was now under my trailer that they refused to clean up. Every time it rained that horrid smell came back. wish they had a thumbs down button or at least the availability to pick 0 Stars
Place is a joke... New management is no better than the old ones. If your looking for a respectable place to live timberlands is not it...
Man those speedbumps are ridiculous. I go maybe 2 mph never hit the gas and I still bottom out my car. I respect the fact that theyre trying to prevent speeding but wow I dont think they need to be that big. So if you have a lower sitting vehicle beware you may lose some parts.
Clean, quit, maintained.
Before even thinking about moving here you might want to consider some of the following: The water and sewer are not included in the lot rent that is 419.00 a month! And the bill is anywhere from 50 to 100 dollars a month for a family of two! They will say check your toilet is must be running all the time A part of the charge is the almost 10.00 in fees to read your meter each month, And my meter hasnt ever been read...lol Long story short its a Major Rip Off! Just found out today after giving 30 day notice that it will be 45 days for return of deposit,If they return it at all!
This park went from Bad to Awesome.
Fadi was great!Honest, helpful, and very accommodating. He has a great selection of vehicles and a gamut of prices (ALL AFFORDABLE).If u want an honest experience when purchasing a car, GO SEE FADI, He Is Awesome!!
I have family that lives there. The park has done much work to it. It is a good park
New Management... Went from bad ghetto to clean abd taken care of!
I need a spare house.
Friend has good neighbors looking after each other
Nice clean mobile home community. Friendly neighbors and staff. I like living here very much. Close to stores and expressways.
Not a nice place to live, they dont care about their residents. Management on site are rude and disrespectful.
Clean and nice office people respectful
Terrible maintenance, just look at the mailboxes. I have lived there almost 2 years and there are still doors missing. One of the first things you see when you enter the park.
Trailer Park. In Ypsilanti Michigan
I would give Zero stars if possible, these people do not maintain the property. Snow waits until; it melts (accept for the managers place) and it looks like a feral cat sanctuary. Rules are enforced inequitably, with the staff taking out personal grievances against residents.
Its a trailer park not much else to say but they do habe a pool
Good place for a modular
Needs to be cleaned badly
Nice community to raise kids
Had blast visiting with family in Michigan!!

COMFORTABLE LIVING AREA, PEACEFUL !!!
Great staff, low rent
My grandfather and grandma lives there and it has a park and basketball court
The bumps in the trailer park are too big they wrecked cars too fast and you can be driving 5 miles an hour and I should know Ive lived here for over 6 years!
Dislike mobile home parks period
They have a pool.
Nice modular homes
