I Feel Like This Place Needs To Be Updated With Newer Trailers. The ones that are there are 30 to 40 years old and the Place is Run Down and there are Empty Lots Everywhere! Its Actually Kind of An Eye Sore Tbh. If you would put new trailers in you would get better tenants and Make the place Look Nice Again.

If I could give less than one star I would! Gerald Burton evicted me from one of these trailers back in 2013. Mind you, we werent paying rent because he would not give us a WORKING furnace. I have kids who at the time were younger than 10. And, when my then boyfriend and I signed off on the paperwork for the eviction he informed us that it would not be on either record NOR would it effect us from getting another place. Yet here I am 7 years later and being denied rentals because of HIS eviction. This man is a SLUM LORD! I will NEVER refer anyone to any of his rental properties!

This place needs to be shut down. Your money will be stolen. The water bill is a messed up. And this place sells condemned trailers to people. The maintenance man is nothing but a crock drug dealer. Its a dump. And ran unlike I have never experienced. It made news when one young tenant stabbed another woman in the face with a screw driver. Seriously this place is not good.

Horrible management! Do not maintain anything from the looks of it! My daughter unfortunately lives there they try making rules up getting extra money Im disgusted

They need to fix it up a little so more people will want to move in. Could be a good park with a little bit of TLC.

After a 1500 dollar move in cost with a 750 a month rental fee a 100 water bill every month for over a year I can honestly say that this park was a joke. We were harassed every month by the bookkeeper Kathie that insisted on charging a ten dollar fee for putting a paper on my door to let everyone know our 100 dollar water bill was late again and they shut off our water almost monthly adding fee after fee. There was also a time where our money order was misplaced and fee upon fee was added once again only after repaying with fees of course did our money order appear but yet it was our problem and fees were kept. The park was maintained and problems solved quickly until change of management was made and things started coming up missing, trash over took the park even the police stated they could not wait for the place to close. New manager is a women abusing thief that couldnt tell the truth if he tried. Burton the owner is a slum lord overcharging tyrant and is the most disrespectful money hungry piss poor excuse for a property owner I have had the displeasure of knowing.

I lived at lot 622 seemed good for the price then when you do move in you see the problems first i had nothing but plywood for my floors then why i asked peggy the maintenance lady she told burton the scumlord and he didnt want too fix anything my girlfriend is pregnant and we went to the doctors and she had carbon monoxide poisening from the house maintenance sucks gerald burton is the owner of the park hes the biggest ass u would meet rude disrespectful lies to everyone constantly over all this park is garbag and so are the people who live here the people are shady and theifs

Owner is second chance believer. New park manager unsure of too new to rate.
